Зубчатая муфта относится к области машиностроения и может быть применена для соединения валов в тяжелом машиностроении. С целью улучшения эксплуатационных свойств в уплотнении выполнена торообразная полость, а также торцевые и диаметральные кольцевые канавки. Торообразная полость заполнена консистентной смазкой и соединена цилиндрическими или иной формы каналами с диаметральными канавками. В предлагаемой муфте с целью повышения герметичности соединений выполнены гнезда под уплотнения в обойме с торцовых сторон, отделенные от полости муфты буртами. Конструкция уплотнения гарантирует герметичность зубчатой муфты при работе с большим числом оборотов и увеличивает ресурс уплотнения, с угловыми перекосами валов и с применением различных по вязкости смазок.Gear coupling refers to the field of engineering and can be used to connect the shafts in heavy engineering. In order to improve operational properties, a toroidal cavity, as well as end and diametrical annular grooves are made in the seal. The toroidal cavity is filled with grease and connected by cylindrical or other shapes with diametrical grooves. In the proposed coupling in order to increase the tightness of the joints, sockets for seals in the holder are made from the front sides, separated from the cavity of the coupling by flanges. The design of the seal ensures the tightness of the gear coupling when working with a large number of revolutions and increases the life of the seal, with angular misalignments of the shafts and with the use of lubricants of different viscosity.
