Разделительный штамп с верхним прижимом относится к инструментам для обработки металлов давлением, в частности к оснастке для листовой штамповки. Сущность изобретения заключается в смазке режущей кромки пуансона и прилегающим к ней боковой и торцевой поверхностей пуансона перед внедрением пуансона в материал заготовки. Разделительный штамп с верхним прижимом содержит нижнюю и верхнюю плиты, матрицу, пуансон, прижим - съемник, в котором сделаны каналы для подачи смазки к пуансону, и упругий элемент. Такая конструкция штампа обеспечивает смазку и охлаждение режущей кромки пуансона и прилегающей к ней боковой поверхности пуансона. Это уменьшает силу трения между пуансоном и заготовкой, а также уменьшает вероятность появления задиров и налипания материала на боковую поверхность пуансона.Dividing stamp with the upper clamp refers to the tools for metal forming, in particular to the snap for sheet metal stamping.
