Цель изобретения - более точное опускание платформы на выбранный участок и уменьшение погрешности при этом. Сущность предлагаемого изобретения: в гашении скорости движения платформы при подходе к месту установки, которое осуществляется тормозными устройствами. При этом предусматривается комплекс конструктивных решений по устройству тормозного устройства, включающее открывание и закрывание на определенный угол тормозных платформ, соединенных шарнирно на одном конце и подвижно со штоком гидродомкрата и гасителем энергии на другом, что обеспечивает не только торможение платформы, но и уплотнение постели, сохранность природного строения грунта в основании сооружения, а также отсутствие пустот под плитой и дополнительных работ по их цементации.
