Цель изобретения - снижение операционной травматичности. Диафизарная накладка состоит из полуколец, жестко скрепленных планкой. Планка и полукольца рассечены пазами, над которыми находятся выступы с проточками под замковую скрепку. На концах полуколец находятся шипы. Накладка может быть применена в травматолого-ортопедических клиниках при лечении переломов длинных трубчатых костей конечностей.
