Устройство для очистки фильтров выхлопных газов ДВС от сажи содержит: два сажевых фильтра, воздуховод, разветвитель выхлопной трубы на два канала, два устройства для СВЧ нагрева фильтров и сажи до температуры ее воспламенения и блок управления устройством. СВЧ-устройство включается только для разогрева фильтра и сажи, после чего начинается экзотермическая реакция горения сажи в потоке воздуха и СВЧ-энергия уже не нужна.
