Способ позволяет быстро и надежно отделить затапливаемый участок от рабочей части шахтного поля. Для этого в конкретных горнотехнических условиях предварительно определяют тип и количество стандартных гидроизолирующих элементов, образующих перемычку, затем производят контрольно-монтажную сборку перемычки во врубе, закрепляют в нем твердеющим материалом гидроизолирующие элементы, расположенные по контуру выработки, осуществляют дополнительное уплотнение контакта между породой и твердеющим материалом, после затвердения которого перемычку демонтируют, оставляя только закрепленные во врубе гидроизолирующие элементы, к которым при угрозе затопления вновь прикрепляют ранее демонтированные гидроизолирующие элементы. В качестве стандартных гидроизолирующих элементов могут быть использованы тюбинги. После сборки перемычки при угрозе затопления осуществляют дополнительное уплотнение стыков между гидроизолирующими элементами.
