Устройство для безреактивного измерения содержания общего билирубина в крови относится к медицинской аналитической технике и может быть использовано для измерений содержания общего билирубина в плазме (сыворотке) крови. Устройство содержит источник света, кювету для контролируемого образца, блок фотоэлектрического преобразования, блок обработки электрических сигналов. Устройство позволяет измерять величину, зависящую от значений оптического поглощения помещенного в кювету контролируемого образца, на двух различных длинах волн, при этом измеренное значение величины однозначно характеризует содержание общего билирубина в образце. Выбор определенных значений используемых длин волн позволяет повысить точность измерений за счет уменьшения влияния рассеивающих свойств образца на значение измеряемой величины.A device for non-reactive measurement of total bilirubin in the blood belongs to the medical analytical technique and can be used to measure the content of total bilirubin in the blood plasma (serum). The device contains a light source, a cuvette for a test sample, a photoelectric conversion unit, an electrical signal processing unit. The device allows to measure the value depending on the optical absorption values of the test sample placed in the cuvette at two different wavelengths, and the measured value of the value uniquely characterizes the content of total bilirubin in the sample. The choice of certain values of the used wavelengths allows to increase the measurement accuracy by reducing the influence of the scattering properties of the sample on the value of the measured value.
