Устройство относится к медицинской аналитической технике и может быть использовано для определения содержания гемоглобина в пробах крови. Устройство содержит источник света, кювету для контролируемого раствора, блок фотоэлектрического преобразования и блок обработки электрических сигналов. Устройство реализует измерение величины, являющейся функцией значений оптического поглощения помещенного в кювету контролируемого раствора на двух различных длинах волн. Содержание гемоглобина в контролируемом растворе однозначно связано со значением измеряемой величины. Выбор используемых длин волн в диапазоне 540 - 590 нм позволяет свести к минимуму влияние содержащихся в контролируемом растворе рассеивающих частиц на результаты измерений.The device relates to medical analytical technology and can be used to determine the hemoglobin content in blood samples. The device contains a light source, a cuvette for the controlled solution, a photoelectric conversion unit and an electrical signal processing unit. The device realizes the measurement of a value that is a function of the optical absorption values of a monitored solution placed in a cuvette at two different wavelengths. The hemoglobin content in the controlled solution is uniquely related to the value of the measured value. The choice of the used wavelengths in the range of 540 - 590 nm makes it possible to minimize the influence of the scattering particles contained in the controlled solution on the measurement results.
