Сущность изобретения: совершив простейшее действие над исследуемыми сигналами - деление их величин одной на другую, - по характеру изменения сигнала-частного однозначно определяют квадрант значения фазового сдвига F0 между сигналами, т. е. 90° < F0 < 180°, а также знак разности фаз между сигналом-делимым и сигналом-делителем.
