The utility model relates to agricultural engineering, in particular, to seeders for ridge sowing of row crops.

Known ridge seeder [1], including ridge formers mounted on the frame, sowing devices in the form of hollow drums with plunger ejectors of seeds installed inside them, rolling rollers and disk earthing. The sowing units are located inside the packer rollers. The packer rollers have an elastic outer rim, and plunger ejectors of seeds are connected to the elastic outer rim.

However, the known device has several disadvantages, which include:

- unsatisfactory quality of sowing of row crops;

- low quality of the formed ridges of the soil.

The purpose of the utility model is to improve the quality of sowing and the formation of ridges of soil over sown seeds.

This goal is achieved by the fact that ridge formers are made in the form of lancet paws, equipped with an adjustment bracket, on which L-shaped tacking feathers are mounted. Combing machines are staggered to the frame. Packer rollers containing a frame, spherical discs, packer rings, an axle, a rod with a spring, are located behind the lancet paws.

The ridge seeder contains a frame 1, sowing units 2 and packer rollers 3. On the frame 1, comb-formers made in the form of pointed arms 4, equipped with an adjusting bracket 5, on which L-shaped tacking feathers 6 are mounted, are staggered.

L-shaped tacking feathers 6 are installed in front of the axis 7 of the adjusting bracket 5 and have the ability to change the angle of attack to the direction of movement of the ridge seeder. The required angle of attack of the L-shaped tacking feathers 6 is fixed in position using the locking bolts 8 inserted into the holes 9 of the adjustment bracket 5.

The press rollers 3 on the frame 1 of the flare seeder are fixed by means of brackets 10 and are located behind the pointed arms 4. The press rollers 3 contain a frame 11, spherical disks 12, press rings 13. The spherical disks 12 and press rings 13 are mounted on the axis 14 with the possibility of rotation. The press rollers 3 also comprise a rod 15 with a spring 16. The pressure of the press roller 3 on the soil is adjusted by means of the spring 16.

The sowing apparatus 2 is connected by the vas deferens 17 with the opener legs 18 mounted on the frame 1.

The ridge seeder operates as follows. Preliminarily using the sowing apparatus 2 set the required seeding rate. Set the required depth of seeding with the help of the nappies 18, the depth of the lancet paws 4, the angle of attack of the tacking feathers 6, as well as the necessary pressure of the packer roller 3 on the soil.

With the movement of the ridge seeder, openers 18 and lancet feet 4 with tacking feathers 6 loosen the soil, weeds are cut. The sowing apparatus 2 through the seed tubes 16 direct the seeds to the opener legs 18, which lay the seeds to the desired depth. The lancet paws 4 following them, with their feathers attached 6, sprinkle the seeds with a loose and heated layer of soil, shifted from the row-spacing, thereby forming a tubercle of the soil above the sown seeds. Press rollers 3 compact the formed soil tubercle. Spherical disks 12 mounted on the convex side to the axis of symmetry of the packer roller 3 for more uniform compaction of the soil, together with the packer rings 13 and due to the pressure of the spring 16 form a ridge of soil, compacting it on three sides. In this case, the packing rings 13 compact the top of the soil tubercle, and the spherical disks 12 are the lateral sides of the soil tubercle and finally form the soil ridge.

The implementation of ridge formers in the form of lancet paws, equipped with an adjustment bracket on which L-shaped tacking feathers are mounted, with the possibility of adjusting the angle of attack to the direction of movement of the ridge seeder, allows seeds to be sown in the moist soil layer on a compacted bed, with the simultaneous formation of the required sizes of soil ridges over seeded seeds.

The presence of press rollers located behind lancet paws with the possibility of regulating the pressure on the soil, containing a frame, spherical disks, press rings, an axle, a rod with a spring improves the quality of soil ridges formation over sown seeds, since lancet paws with soil tubercles formed over sown seeds compacted by packer rollers on three sides with the necessary pressure, contributing to the preservation of the shape of the finally formed soil ridges throughout the vegetation tion period. This improves the quality of sowing and improves the temperature, water and air conditions for the development of plants.
