Разработан способ получения эмульгирующихся составов для жирования кож путем каталитического окисления смеси природных или синтетических жиров с маслом ПОД с последующей обработкой оксидата водным раствором сульфита натрия. Получение оксидата осуществляют путем пропускания воздуха в течение 0,5 - 1,0 ч через догретую до 65 - 105oС смесь жира с маслом ПОД при содержании последнего в смеси 4 - 19 мас.%. В качестве катализатора используют смесь медных, хромовых и бариевых солей жирных кислот при массовом соотношении металлов в катализаторе 10:10:1. Количество катализатора составляет 0,001 - 0,010% от массы исходной реакционной смеси. Показано, что в качестве жира для получения эмульгирующихся составов описываемым способом могут быть использованы животные жиры, растительные масла, синтетические жиры и сложные эфиры синтетических жирных кислот или смесь указанных компонентов в любых необходимых пропорциях.A method has been developed for the preparation of emulsifiable compositions for the fatliquoring of leathers by catalytic oxidation of a mixture of natural or synthetic fats with AML oil, followed by treatment of the oxidate with an aqueous solution of sodium sulfite. It has been shown that animal fats, vegetable oils, synthetic fats and esters of synthetic fatty acids or a mixture of these components in any necessary proportions can be used as fat for obtaining emulsifiable compositions by the described method.
