Пластинчато-роторный насос содержит корпус с впускными и выпускными патрубками, ротор по крайней мере с одним пазом и пластину, размещенную в пазу с возможностью радиального перемещения. Для повышения надежности и производительности насоса пластина снабжена опорным узлом. Опорный узел пластины может быть выполнен в виде двух цилиндрических выступов, расположенных на ее торцовой поверхности, и двух опорных колец, размещенных в корпусе с контактом с последним и снабженных выемками, сопряженными с соответствующими выступами пластин. Если в роторе установлена одна пластина, цилиндрические выступы расположены на ее боковых поверхностях, по одному с каждой стороны, и контактируют с выемками в боковых поверхностях опорных колец, также расположенных по одному с каждой стороны, а выпускной патрубок снабжен клапаном. В случае, когда в роторе установлены две пластины, цилиндрические выступы расположены на периферийных поверхностях пластин, причем выступы одной пластины расположены у ее боковых поверхностей, а выступы второй пластины смещены от ее боковых поверхностей с возможностью сопряжения с опорными кольцами первой пластины, выемки расположены на внутренних поверхностях опорных колец. В последнем случае пазы в роторе могут быть выполнены параллельными, смещены один относительно другого и диаметра вала, а глубина пазов больше радиуса ротора.Rotary vane pump includes a housing with inlet and outlet connections, a rotor with at least one groove and a plate placed in the groove with the possibility of radial movement. For increase of reliability and productivity of the pump the plate is supplied with basic knot. The plate support unit can be made in the form of two cylindrical protrusions located on its face surface, and two support rings placed in the housing with contact with the latter and provided with grooves associated with the corresponding protrusions of the plates. If one plate is installed in the rotor, cylindrical protrusions are located on its side surfaces, one on each side, and are in contact with recesses in the side surfaces of the support rings, also one on each side, and the outlet is equipped with a valve. When two plates are installed in the rotor, cylindrical protrusions are located on the peripheral surfaces of the plates, the protrusions of one plate are located on its side surfaces, and the protrusions of the second plate are offset from its side surfaces with the possibility of mating with the support rings of the first plate, the notches are located on the inner the surfaces of the support rings. In the latter case, the grooves in the rotor can be made parallel, offset from each other and the shaft diameter, and the depth of the grooves is greater than the radius of the rotor.
