Устройство относится к области неразрушаемого контроля изделий и материалов и может быть использовано в машиностроительной, металлургической и металлообрабатывающей промышленностях при дефектоскопии изделий из ферромагнитных материалов. Для расширения функциональных возможностей устройства за счет осуществления возможности определения геометрических размеров внутренних дефектов и дефектов внутренней поверхности ферромагнитного изделия устройство состоит из П-образного магнита с блоком питания для измерения тангенциальной составляющей магнитнного поля дефекта, причем датчик поля состоит из трех преобразователей поля, расположенных на фиксированном расстоянии друг от друга, схемы фиксации максимума тангенциальной составляющей поля дефекта, индикатор наличия дефекта, электронного ключа, блока определения класса дефекта, детектора и блока индикации со шкалой параметров для внутренних дефектов и дефектов внутренней поверхности.The device relates to the field of non-destructive testing of products and materials and can be used in the engineering, metallurgical and metal-working industries in the course of defectoscopy of products made of ferromagnetic materials.
