The soft connection with respect to the twisting of the frame of the swivel bogie with the primary cushioning provides the possibility of making a leading motor slewing bogie for means of local communication, such as trams, characterized by a quiet ride. This, firstly, allows to increase the service life of the hinged parts located on the pivoting carriage (increase of the service life and service life), and secondly, to reduce the load on the upper structure of the track.
