Назначение: для формирования гранул из водных систем, содержащих поливиниловый спирт, для нужд биотехнологии, медицины, пищевой промышленности, производства товаров народного потребления. Сущность: в устройстве, содержащем емкость с гидрофобной жидкостью для образования гранул и морозильный агрегат, емкость выполнена с двойной стенкой, а полость между стенками соединена с морозильным агрегатом, при этом на дне емкости установлен вынимающийся сборник гранул, а над емкостью расположен каплегенератор в виде капилляра или капилляров, соединенных с емкостью для водных систем. Для исключения контакта водных систем с воздухом капилляр или капилляры могут быть охвачены полостью с соплом, в котором он или они установлены с зазором и возможностью перемещения в вертикальном направлении, а полость включена в заполненный гидрофобной жидкостью контур с насосом, снабженным подогревателем жидкости, а контур снабжен регулятором скорости прокачки жидкости.
