Description

The invention relates to a device for ventilation of kitchen equipment, in particular a kitchen space above a stove for cooking, which can operate autonomously or be connected to an exhaust system of a kitchen ventilation system.

A ventilation device for kitchen equipment is known that is connected to the ventilation system of the kitchen and contains at least one exhaust hood installed above the cooking stove, an exhaust air connecting element in each exhaust hood for connecting the exhaust hood to the exhaust duct, a chamber installed after the exhaust hood for removal of exhaust air from the exhaust hood and a system for cooling the air (see GB patent No. 2298376, CL F24C 15/20, 04.09.1996)

This device is rigidly connected to the ventilation system of the kitchen, which narrows the possibilities of this device if there is no air ventilation system in the kitchen, or another device is already connected to it, which does not allow you to connect the ventilation device of the kitchen equipment to it.

Closest to the utility model is a device for ventilation and ventilation of air above a cooking stove, comprising a fan mounted above a cooking stove, a housing in which a fan with a drive motor and a filter system are installed, the housing being made with a visor located above the cooking stove from the side of its front panel (see copyright certificate KP RU No. 204521, class F24F 7/02, 10.20.1967).

This device allows you to provide air purification, however, this device does not fully capture the cleaned air, which is associated with the design of the device body, and the filter uses precious metals in the air purification system, which leads to a significant increase in the cost of the device and the cost of its operation.

The task to which the present utility model is aimed is to simplify the design and ensure more complete capture of the cleaned air.

The technical result consists in increasing the reliability of the device, simplifying its operation and improving the quality of air purification.

This problem is solved, and the technical result is achieved due to the fact that the device for ventilation of air above the cooking stove contains a housing mounted above the cooking stove, in which a fan with a drive motor and a filter system are installed, while the housing is made with a visor located above stove for cooking from the side of its front panel, the filter system includes grease filters from a multilayer aluminum mesh and installed after the last along carbon dioxide filters to neutralize odors, the visor is formed by a portion of a smoothly curved, bent down plate protruding beyond the housing that forms the upper housing cover, the lower surface of the housing in its middle part is formed by grease filters made in the form of removable, curved longitudinally inwardly enclosed housing panels, from the side of the rear wall of the housing the lower surface of the housing is formed by a flat horizontal plate in which the lamps are installed, the advantages halogen, and is coupled to the concave surface of the grease filters, and on the front of the upper housing cover there is a touch control panel for the device.

In cooking, vegetable oil and other types of foods often contain fat, such as meat. At the same time, it is important not only to clean the air well, but also to create conditions for its most complete capture.

The execution of the case with a visor in the form of a curved plate bent downward in combination with the execution of the lower surface of the device body with the surface concave inside the case allows the fan to create air flows converging to the lower surface of the case with a capture zone around the cooking plate exceeding the area of the lower surface of the device. In this case, the stove for cooking will be like in a tent of air flow moving to the bottom surface of the device. It is important that the air drawn by the fan enters the device smoothly around its surface with the least hydraulic resistance, which prevents the formation of vortices at the inlet of the device and, as a result, the discharge of untreated air outside the device.

The implementation of the lower surface of the housing in its middle part formed by grease filters made in the form of removable, curved longitudinally concave panels inside the housing of a multilayer aluminum mesh and the arrangement of carbon filters behind the latter along the stream of cleaned air to neutralize odors allows you to quickly remove and install grease filters, as well as at home using detergents to remove fat accumulated in them from the surface of the filters and when removed trapping filter is easy access to the charcoal filters and fans for replacement or repair.

A device for ventilating air above a cooking stove includes a housing 1 mounted above a cooking stove (not shown in the drawing), in which a fan 2 with a drive motor 3 and a filter system are installed. The housing 1 is made with a visor 4 located above the stove for cooking from the side of its front panel. The filter system includes grease filters 5 of a multilayer aluminum mesh and carbon filters 6 installed downstream of the cleaned air, to neutralize odors. The visor is formed by a portion of a smoothly curved, bent downward plate protruding outside the housing 1 and forming the upper cover 7 of the housing 1. The lower surface 8 of the housing 1 in its middle part is formed by grease filters 5 made in the form of removable, curved longitudinally concave panels inside the housing. From the side of the rear wall 9 of the housing 1, the lower surface 8 of the housing 1 is formed by a flat horizontal plate 10 in which the lamps 11 are installed, mainly halogen, and is coupled to the concave surface of the grease filters 5. On the front of the upper cover 7 of the housing 1 there is a touch control panel 12 of the device . The upper wall 13 of the housing 1 is made with holes 14 for the release of purified air from the device. The holes 14 can be made closer to the rear wall 9, if the cleaned air is sent to the exhaust pipe of the kitchen ventilation system, or closer to the top cover 7, if the air circulation system through the ventilation device is organized in the kitchen (both versions of the holes 14 are shown in the drawing) .

When the device is operating, the suctioned cleaned air by the working fan 2 is first sucked into the grease filters 5, where due to the swirl created by the aluminum grids, the droplets of fat are deposited on the surface of the grids, and then passes through the charcoal filters 6, where the remaining smallest particles of fat and other substances are retained, which create a smell, after which the fan 2 purified air from the housing 1 of the device returns to the kitchen, or is sent to an exhaust pipe (not shown in the drawing).

This utility model can be used wherever air purification is required when cooking.
