Abstract

Полезная модель относится к товарам бытового назначения, в частности к кухонным принадлежностям, и может быть использована в быту для снятия кожуры с плодов овощей и фруктов. Сущность полезной модели заключается в том, что она содержит рукоятку 1, выполненную в виде корпуса 2 переменного сечения с фиксирующим элементом 3, снабженного последовательно-соединенными между собой держателем 4 с ограничителем 5, подложкой 6 и наконечником 7, выполненным с острым концом 8, нож, выполненный в виде рамки 9 прямоугольной формы, соосно установленной в подложке 6 на уровне верхней части держателя 4, одна из меньшей стороны 10 рамки 9 соединена с держателем 4, а другая меньшая сторона 11 рамки 9 соединена с подложкой 6, большие стороны 12, 13 рамки 9 выполнены со скошенными и заточенными навстречу друг к другу кромками 14, 15, при этом, кромка 15 имеет зубчатую заостренную форму. Рамка 9 съемно-установлена с возможностью колебательного движения, держатель 4 установлен на поверхности корпуса 2 с большим сечением с возможностью поворота на 180°.
