Description
The utility model relates to the field of construction and can be used in the design and manufacture of wooden interior doors with blind or glazed sheets for residential and public buildings, as well as for administrative and auxiliary buildings and premises of industrial enterprises.
6629-88.Known door leaf according to GOST 6629-88.
Known canvas consists of a frame assembled from vertical and horizontal wooden blocks, and filling, which can be used wooden blocks, battens, strips of chipboards, veneer, plywood, wood-fiber board, paper honeycombs. For decorative cladding of the canvas, wood-fiber boards with a paint and varnish coating, planed veneer, decorative paper-plastic layer, decorative PVC film, decorative paper pressed onto the cladding, and wood parts are used.
Door leafs are made of normal or increased moisture resistance. In this case, for the manufacture of door leafs of normal moisture resistance, hardwood is used: birch, aspen, alder, linden, poplar and other species that are not inferior to those mentioned in hardness, bending strength, and resistance to decay. In the manufacture of door panels with increased moisture resistance, coniferous wood is used - pine, spruce, fir, larch and cedar. However, coniferous wood contains many natural resinous substances and this can lead to poor-quality gluing of decorative cladding to the door leaf and peeling of some of its sections from the leaf during door operation. The described disadvantage is especially evident on the outer end surfaces of the vertical bars of the door leaf frame. Due to the droplets of resin protruding from the tree with a small width of the surfaces to be glued, with poor or insufficient adhesion of the boundary sections of the joint, as well as leakage of adhesive on these
When gluing, the ratio of the total area of defective gluing sites to the total area of surfaces to be glued increases. The strength of bonding of the facing material to the outer end surfaces of the vertical bars of the frame decreases and leads to peeling of the cladding and loss of presentation of the canvas during operation.
Closest to the technical nature of the claimed is the door leaf described in p. RF No. 48349 for the utility model of the same name in class. E 06 B 3/72, c. 05/20/05, op. 10/10/05. and selected as a prototype.
Known door leaf contains a frame, assembled from vertical and horizontal wooden bars, filling, decorative cladding, attached to the canvas with adhesive, while to the outer end surfaces of the vertical bars of the frame with adhesive attached strips of material made from non-coniferous wood, and the decorative lining of the outer end surfaces of the vertical bars is also attached with adhesive to said planks.
A disadvantage of the known canvas lies in the fact that the execution of planks of hardwood in combination with fastening to them with adhesive reduces the moisture resistance of the door and also leads to peeling of the decorative cladding during operation. In addition, the execution of planks only from hardwood materials limits the manufacturer's ability to use materials in the manufacture of planks.
The objective is to improve performance while expanding the manufacturer's ability to choose materials.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in a door leaf containing a frame assembled from vertical and horizontal wooden blocks, a filling, a decorative cladding attached to the sheet with adhesive, while to the outer end surfaces of the vertical blocks of the frame with adhesive attached made of a material containing hardwood, planks, to which the decorative cladding of the outer end surfaces of the vertical bars is also attached with an adhesive, ACCORDING TO USE TH MODELS, planks are made of compacted finely dispersed fraction, additionally containing coniferous wood.
The pressed finely divided fraction of the tree is now the popular MDF material, which is made from dried wood fibers, the main connecting element of which is the lignin released when the wood is heated. The MDF material is moisture resistant, does not warp in conditions of humidity (for example, from kitchen steam or when installing the door to the bathroom). In MDF, the developed surface of wood fibers and a shortened pressing cycle are effectively combined with strength due to the participation of binders in the interfiber interaction. The technology of its production eliminates the use of unhealthy epoxies and phenol. The composition of MDF includes both deciduous and coniferous wood. MDF can contain up to 70% coniferous wood.
The implementation of the strips of the pressed fine-dispersed fraction (MDF), which contains, in addition to hardwood, also coniferous wood, provides due to the composition of the material increased moisture resistance of the product; the pressed finely dispersed structure of the material excludes the possibility of releasing resinous substances, provides deep penetration of the adhesive into the material of the planks and their strong connection with the bars, increasing the quality of the product. The possibility of using both hardwood and coniferous species for the manufacture of planks expands the range of materials used, including cheaper conifers.
The technical result is the provision of sufficient porosity of the slats with their high moisture resistance.
The inventive door leaf has a novelty in comparison with the prototype, differing from it by the material of the strips, ensuring the achievement of a given result.
