Abstract

Полезная модель относится к области косметической медицины, а конкретнее к хирургическим инструментам, которые используются при эндопротезировании молочной железы. Цель полезной модели - повышение удобств пользования. Ранорасширитель содержит корпус, выполненный в виде U-образно изогнутой пластины из упругогибкого материала и два зеркала, закрепленных на концах пластины перпендикулярно плоскости ее расположения.The utility model relates to the field of cosmetic medicine, and more particularly to surgical instruments that are used in breast replacement. Предлагаемый ранорасширитель содержит корпус 1, выполненный в виде U-образно изогнутой пластины из упругогибкого материала. Корпус 1 снабжен кремальерным замком 2. На рабочих концах 4 и 4 корпуса 1 размещены зеркала 5 и 6. Зеркала 5 и 6 закреплены перпендикулярно плоскости расположения корпуса 1. На рабочих плоскостях зеркал 5 и 6 может быть размещено, по крайней мере, две фиксирующих иглы 7. Высота фиксирующих игл 7 может быть 1,0-3,0 мм, а их диаметр - 0,5-1,0 мм. В исходном состоянии зеркала 5 и 6 вводят в операционную рану на молочной железе, раздвигают зеркала 5 и 6, расширяя тем самым операционную рану, и проводят все необходимые манипуляции по эндопротезированию молочной железы. Разведение зеркал 5 и 6 фиксируется кремальерным замком 2. Наличие фиксирующих игл 7 и вогнутостей на рабочих поверхностях зеркал позволяет надежно фиксировать их в операционной ране. Claims

1. A retractor comprising a housing and mirrors, characterized in that the housing is made in the form of a U-shaped curved plate of elastic flexible material, equipped with a lock and the mirrors are attached to the working ends of the housing perpendicular to the plane of its location.
