It should be noted that, after the wound protection device is installed on the body of a patient, for the two-segment rod 6 that is straightened, in order to avoid that the distance between the two ends of the two-segment rod 6 is shortened to cause the hinge point between the two-segment rod 5 to move towards one side of the two-end connecting line of the two-segment rod 6, which is close to the body of the patient, a limiting part can be arranged at the hinge position of the two-segment rod 5, so as to limit the relative rotation angle range between the two-segment rod 5, and prevent the hinge point between the two-segment rod 5 from moving towards one side of the two-end connecting line of the two-segment rod 6, which is close to the body of the patient. An elastic part can be arranged between the two sections of rod bodies 5, the two sections of rod bodies 5 are tensioned by the elastic part, so that the two sections of rod bodies 5 have a rotation trend meeting requirements, the two sections of rod bodies 5 rotate relative to each other according to the rotation trend, and a hinge point between the two sections of rod bodies 5 can move towards one side of a connecting line of two ends of the two sections of rod 6, which is close to the protective cover 1.
Because this wound protection device installs the back on patient's health, two segmentation poles 6 are in fold condition, can avoid pulling the subassembly and occupy the space that holds patient's health excessively to in the health that holds patient, thereby improve the comfort level when patient uses this wound protection device.
Preferably, the protection device further comprises a limiting structure arranged on the bottom surface of the guide rod 14, and the two rod bodies 5 firstly rotate relative to each other in the process that the protection cover 1 approaches the positioning assembly 4. In this embodiment, the limiting structure is a protrusion 141 disposed on the bottom surface of the guide rod 14, and actually, the bottom surface of the guide rod 14 may also be used as the limiting structure, and when the rod body 5 hinged to the guide rod 14 rotates to abut against the bottom surface of the guide rod 14 in the process that the protective cover 1 approaches the positioning assembly 4, the rod body 5 may also stop rotating. When the plate body 12 of the wound protection device is attached to the gauze at the wound of a patient, the traction rope 8 is in a loose state, the body of the patient is not pressed, and the comfort degree of the patient when the wound protection device is used is improved.

the first end of the connecting rod is hinged with the bottom of the positioning component or the second part, the second end of the connecting rod is hinged with a sliding piece, and the sliding piece abuts against the bottom surface of the protective cover and can slide on the bottom surface of the protective cover;
the screw rod is in threaded fit with the sliding part so as to drive the sliding part to move when the screw rod rotates, and further drive the connecting rod to rotate around the first end.

The thoracic surgical wound protection device of claim 1, wherein the retractor assembly includes a rod body having one end hinged to the positioning assembly and another end hinged to the plate body, the rod body configured to: when the protective cover is far away from the positioning assembly, the rod body pulls the plate body to be separated from the opening.

The thoracic surgical wound protection device of claim 1 wherein the retractor assembly includes at least two pivotally connected rods hingedly mounted between the plate and the positioning assembly as a multi-section rod integrally formed from hinged segments, the multi-section rod configured to: when the protective cover is far away from the positioning assembly, the multi-section rod is firstly straightened, and then the plate body is pulled to be separated from the opening.

The thoracic surgical wound protection device of claim 4 wherein the retraction assembly includes two rod bodies pivotally connected to each other, and wherein the hinge point between the two rod bodies is located on a side of the two rod bodies that is closer to the shield than the line connecting the two ends of the two rod bodies.

The thoracic surgical wound protection device of claim 4, wherein the retraction assembly includes two rod segments rotatably coupled to each other, and further including a stop structure disposed on the plate or the positioning assembly, the two rod segments configured to: in the process that the protective cover is close to the positioning assembly, the two sections of rod bodies firstly rotate relatively to at least one section of rod body to be abutted against the limiting structure, and then the plate body is pushed to slide towards the direction of covering the opening.
