성형유닛(50)은 신경 성형을 위하여 신경과 같은 인체 조직의 일부를 제거(긁어냄)하기 위한 것이다. 본 실시예에 따른 성형유닛(50)은 제1이동와이어(51)와 제2이동와이어(52)와 성형와이어(53)를 포함한다. 제1이동와이어(51)는 일방향으로 길게 형성되며, 제1삽입통로(13)에 가이드 와이어를 따라 슬라이딩 가능하게 삽입된다. 제2이동와이어(52)는 일방향으로 길게 형성되며, 제2삽입통로(14)에 슬라이딩 가능하게 삽입된다. 그리고, 제1이동와이어(51) 및 제2이동와이어(52)는 본체의 내부를 통과하며, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 제1이동와이어(51) 및 제2이동와이어(52)의 하단부는 본체(30)의 외부로 노출된다. 그리고, 제1이동와이어 및 제2이동와이어의 하단부에는 스토퍼 부재(60)가 결합된다. 성형와이어(53)는 인체 조직에 접촉되어 인체 조직을 제거하기 위한 것으로, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 성형와이어(53)의 일단부는 제1이동와이어(51)의 상단부에 결합되고, 성형와이어(53)의 타단부는 제2이동와이어(52)의 상단부에 결합된다. 그리고, 성형와이어(53)는 외력이 인가되었을 때는 구부러지고(접혀지고), 외력이 제거되면 다시 원상태로 펴질 수 있도록 탄성을 가지는 소재로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다. 특히, 본 실시예의 경우 성형와이어(53)는 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이, 복수의 미세 강선이 꼬아진 형태로 이루어지며, 이에 따라 탄성을 가진다.The forming

상기 가이드 와이어의 길이 방향으로 길게 형성되어 상기 가이드 와이어의 내부에 삽입되며, 일측 단부가 상기 가이드 와이어의 일측 단부에 결합되는 구동용 와이어와,
상기 가이드 와이어의 타측 단부가 결합되는 본체와,
상기 본체에 설치되며, 상기 구동용 와이어의 타측 단부가 결합되며, 상기 구동용 와이어를 당김 또는 당김해제함으로써 상기 가이드 와이어의 일측 단부를 회전시키는 구동장치를 포함하는 카테터에 있어서,
일방향으로 길게 형성되어 상기 가이드 와이어에 슬라이딩 가능하도록 삽입되며, 일측 말단부가 상기 가이드 와이어의 내부에 삽입되는 미사용위치와, 상기 말단부가 상기 가이드 와이어의 외부로 노출되는 사용위치 사이에서 이동되는 성형유닛을 포함하고,
