Abstract

Description

The invention relates to containers for sweets or similar confectionery products (hereinafter referred to as sweets).

The main purpose: fixing sweets relative to the box in which these sweets are stored, transported and demonstrated.

State of the art

A packaging for candies is known, wherein a plurality of candies are fixed on an uncoated surface of an elongated flat core element. In this case, the main element is made of a flat blank of flexible material, and the candies are wrapped in foil or film and attached to the base with an adhesive (EP 1167233 A2, class B 65 D 85/60; date of international publication: 02.01.2002).

Signs that are common to the known and claimed solutions are the presence of a flat core element and elements for fixing candies.

The reason that prevents obtaining the required technical result in a known technical solution is the use of wrapping sweets with foil or film and attaching them to the base with an adhesive composition.

The closest analogue is correction (packing insert), which is made in the form of a rectangular plate with cells (recesses-lodges) for a single laying of sweets and is equipped with a flat frame along the outer contour. In addition, each cell

made in the form of a recess and has a fixing surface, responsible for fixing the candy from horizontal movements, and the bottom, which is the supporting surface of the candy (RF Patent for industrial design No. 46077, registered September 16, 1999; published in Bull. No. 9, 1999 )

Signs that are common to the known and claimed solutions are that the correction has cells, each cell made in the form of a recess and has a fixing surface responsible for fixing the candy from horizontal movements, and the bottom, which is the supporting surface of the candy.

The reason that prevents obtaining the required technical result in a known solution is that the cells are made without access to the side surfaces located in them, which makes it difficult to remove sweets from the cells.

Disclosure of invention

The problem to which the invention is directed, is to simplify the extraction of sweets from the correction cells.

The technical result, which mediates the solution of this problem, is to provide access to the side surfaces of the candies laid in the correction cells.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the fixing surface of the cell is made with recesses that provide the ability to capture candy located in the cell to extract this candy from the cell.

The implementation of the invention

Correx is formed from a sheet or film thermoplastic (for example, from a polystyrene film) with the formation of cells 1 and free surfaces 2. Moreover, each cell has a fixing surface 3 with recesses 4 and a bottom 5.

Cell 1 is the in-depth part of the correction, in which directly lies the candy or other confectionery (not shown). Moreover, the shape and size of the cell depends on the shape and size of the candy. The cell has a fixing surface 3, which is responsible for fixing the candy from horizontal movements. In this case, the tolerances on the overall dimensions of the candy should allow the candy to be freely inserted into the cell and the candy removed from the cell, which is additionally ensured by the presence of recesses 4 on the fixing surfaces 3 of the cell 1. These recesses can be made in the form of local recesses, as shown in Fig. 1, 2 and 3, or in the form of grooves 6 connecting the fixing surfaces of adjacent cells.

The use of correction is as follows. Sweets are installed in cells 1 of the correction, which is then inserted into a box (not shown). The height of the box is equal to the vertical dimension of the correction. The correx installed in the box rests on the bottom of this box with the bottom of its 5 cells 1. Then the box is closed with a flat lid (not shown), so that the correction is firmly fixed in the box, and sweets in cells 1 of the correction. Thus, each candy (not shown) is fixed from vertical and horizontal movement inside the box and can be transported reliably. Moreover, the extraction of sweets from the correction is greatly simplified, since thanks to the recesses 4, it becomes possible to capture the candy when it is removed from the correction cell by the upper part of the candy.

Correx, which is a liner in a box for sweets or similar confectionery products, designed to fix sweets or similar confectionery products relative to the box and having cells, each cell is made in the form of a recess and has a fixing surface responsible for fixing a candy or similar confectionery product from horizontal movements, and the bottom, which is the supporting surface of a candy or similar confectionery product, characterized in that the fixing surface of the cell in polyene with recesses, providing the ability to capture sweets, situated in a cell, to extract the cell of the candy.
