ROOF TILES
The invention relates to the construction, in particular to the modular elements of the roof of tiles, which can be used to cover the roofs of buildings and structures, awnings, wall fencing and structural elements.
М. клЛ Е 04 D 1/00, 1991 г.).It is known to use roofing from pottery tiles with nailless and loose mount (RF patent No. 2011773. M. kl E 04 D 1/00, 1991).
The disadvantages of the analogue are fragility, relatively large weight, the need for a steep slope (more than 30 °) for water flow, the complexity of the production technology due to the need for lateral developed fasteners, insufficient operational reliability, due to the freely hanging lower end of the tile.
We know that we accepted as a prototype roof tiles in the form of a panel made of modern rubber-polymer materials by molding, extrusion or other known method (RF patent No. 2184820, M. class .: E 04 D 1/20, 2001).

долговечность плоских пластин, возможность протечек воды в канавках, а также сложность соединения пластин, о чем свидетельствуют в том числе 8 посвященных этой проблеме зависимых пунктов изобретения.the durability of flat plates, the possibility of water leaks in the grooves, as well as the difficulty of connecting the plates, as evidenced by including 8 dependent points of the invention devoted to this problem.
The objective of the present invention is to simplify the design, increase the reliability of roof tiles in conditions of significant wind loads, prevent moisture from getting under it, increase strength with less laborious installation of the roof.
The problem is solved due to the fact that the roof tile, made in the form of a panel with a profile section, is made of larch wood.
Larch is a coniferous tree that occupies the first place in its prevalence in the forests of Russia. Larch wood is strong, elastic, solid, durable, not subject to decay.
The proposed tiles are made as follows. The larch trunk is cut into parts (cuts), the length of which corresponds to the length of the tile (up to 1.0 m or more). Saws are installed vertically in a machine manufactured by the Russian industry with a laser working body. The latter cuts them according to the program in a plane parallel. With a trunk diameter of 1.0 m and a tile thickness of 2.0 cm, about 40 pieces of tile with a maximum width of 100.0 cm and a minimum of 20, O cm can be obtained from each cut.
Finished products can be presented in any color scheme. At the same time, the attractive decorative structure of larch can be preserved.
Laying the tiles “protrusion” w - hollow provides the simplest and most reliable connection of the tile with an overlap followed by fastening, for example, with nails to the roof cladding in its upper part. Appropriate technology is simple, reliable and requires no explanation.
предлагаемая черепица укладывается в кровлю не «подвесом, а «упором, находится под постоянным сжатием от вышерасположенных рядов и снеговых нагрузок, работая таким образом, как сжато-напряженная конструкция, причем с возрастанием снеговык и ветровых нагрузок возрастает усилие сжатия, вследствие чего повышается несущая способность как черепицы, так и кровли в целом,the proposed tile is laid in the roof not with a “suspension, but with an emphasis”, it is under constant compression from the above rows and snow loads, working in such a way as a compressed-stressed structure, and with increasing snow load and wind loads, the compressive force increases, as a result of which the bearing capacity increases both shingles and roofs in general,
As a result, the reliability of the roof is ensured, prevented; there is a danger of tearing and tearing of the tiles with increased wind loads. At the same time, the complexity of laying tiles is minimized, since there is no need to combine the protrusions and grooves, as in the prototype.
The main advantages of the proposed roof tiles are as follows:
-практичность - имеет хоропше прочностные характеристики.-practicality - has good strength characteristics.
-возможно применение в любых климатических зонах от до +80°С. Не боится агрессивных сред (соли, слабых растворов кислот и щелочей);- application in any climatic zones from to + 80 ° C is possible. It is not afraid of hostile environment (salt, weak solutions of acids and alkalis);
-экологически и радиологически безопасен - не содержит битум, фенолы и другие вредные для здоровья компоненты;- environmentally and radiologically safe - does not contain bitumen, phenols and other unhealthy components;
-долговечность - реальный срок службы не менее 50 лет без потери цвета, формы и герметичности;-longevity - a real service life of at least 50 years without loss of color, shape and tightness;
Длина листа легко может варьироваться.-technology in operation - during installation it is easily processed: sawn, cut, drilled, mounted and dismantled. The length of the sheet can easily vary.
-эстетичность - имеет привлекательную естественную структуру и цвет. Легко окрашивается в любые цветовые гаммы;- aesthetics - has an attractive natural structure and color. It is easily painted in any color scale;
-износоустойчивость - не разбивается (не хрупок), не боится царапин, ударов, подрезов.- durability - not broken (not fragile), not afraid of scratches, bumps, undercuts.
