It is well known that the importance of advertising goods and services is increasing worldwide, and in addition to advertising in the media, advertising placed outside the premises appears in various new forms. Over the past few years, on busy highways and highways you can see more and more advertising SHIELDS displayed by various companies. Advertisers are trying to attract people's attention to their products with resourceful phrases and juicy images.

There is also known a device for displaying an advertisement located on a highway and comprising an advertising panel constituting a billboard that contains at least one advertising element, especially a text or image, and a mutating part fixed in front of the billboard when viewed from the side of the road; the modifying part is fixed at a distance from the billboard, thus creating an impression on the person moving along the highway on the billboard, as if the mutating part is moving relative to the billboard; the projection of the mutable part onto the advertising surface of the billboard is smaller than said surface, and it is preferably not more than half of said surface; the modifying part consists of a rectangular shield; the modifying part contains a special shape element having a shape different from a rectangular geometric shape, and preferably said element is made of a sheet or plate; it can also be installed parallel to the billboard, while the color, in particular, of the rectangular mutable part is the same.

This technical solution is taken as a prototype of this utility model.

The device has a relatively narrow scope, since it is stationary and cannot be installed on the carriageway of the movable element of the span of the movable bridge parallel to the plane of its road surface or at an angle to it.

The basis of this utility model is the solution to the problem of expanding the scope of application of the device to demonstrate advertising on the road.

According to the utility model, this problem is solved due to the fact that in the device for displaying advertising on the road, including an advertising panel, on which the text and / or image is applied, the panel is made in the form of a flexible element mounted on the movable part of the span of the movable bridge in parallel or under angle to her; the flexible element is equipped with a mechanism for folding it into a roll; however, the mechanism for folding a flexible element into a roll can be placed on the supports of the lamp located on the movable part of the bridge span.

The applicant has not identified technical solutions that are identical to the claimed utility model, which allows us to conclude that it meets the criterion of "novelty.

The device operates as follows.

At the same time, people waiting for the resumption of traffic across the bridge can get acquainted with advertising. It should be noted that forced waiting lasts more than an hour, so there is more than enough time for the perception of advertising, this claimed device compares favorably with billboards installed along roads that pass, as a rule, at a considerable speed.

The proposed device is manufactured using conventional equipment and known materials, which determines, according to the applicant, its compliance with the criterion of “industrial applicability.
