).A reinforced column for high-rise buildings is known in the form of a reinforced concrete structure including reinforcing elements, which are longitudinal metal rods; the column is additionally equipped with a metal frame formed by corner elements connected to each other by means of stiffeners, in which risers with at least one reinforcing element are installed, while through holes are made on the side faces of the column and on slabs additionally installed at each end, and blind holes are made in the lower part of the column (RU 143976, Е04С 3/30, 10.08.2014).
The disadvantage of the technical solution is the increased material and labor intensity of the column production due to the high consumption of steel for the steel frame, inefficient use of concrete in the cross-section, the need to ensure crack resistance of the concrete and the joint operation of the steel frame with concrete, as well as the need to use removable formwork during construction.
).The closest technical solution to the claimed invention is a column that contains a metal pipe with a concrete core inside, reinforced with spiral reinforcement so that the spiral either touches the inner walls of the pipe or is no more than 2-3 mm away from them (RU 2121045, E04C 3/32, 10/27/1998).
The disadvantage of the technical solution is the increased material consumption of the column due to the high consumption of steel per pipe, inefficient use of concrete across the section, lack of reliable adhesion of the pipe to the concrete, and the need to ensure fire resistance of the pipe through additional protection with thick-layer coatings.
The objective of the invention is to reduce the material consumption of a high-rise building column.
The technical result is achieved in that the column of a high-rise building, containing a pipe with a concrete core and reinforcement inside, has a pipe made of steel fiber concrete with reinforcement by longitudinally arranged steel fibers with a length no less than 1.25 times the thickness of the cross-section of the pipe wall, on the inner side of which protruding sections of steel fibers form anchors connected to its concrete core, while on the outer surface of the pipe at the level of the ceilings and foundation, metal capitals and a metal base are respectively secured with a polymer solution, to which rods of longitudinal internal reinforcement are attached with tensioning devices.
A column of a high-rise building at the foundation level may have a metal base secured with anchor bolts.

18.The column of a high-rise building consists of a pipe 1 made of steel fiber concrete with reinforcement by longitudinally located steel fibers 2 with a length not less than 1.25 times the thickness of the cross-section of the pipe wall 1, a concrete core 3 inside the pipe 1, a metal base 4 and metal capitals 5, which are fixed to the pipe 1 from the outside with a polymer solution 6 at the level of the foundation and floors, respectively, as well as longitudinal internal reinforcement rods 7, which are attached to the metal base 4 and the metal capitals 5 with tensioning devices 8. The metal base 4 consists of a support plate 9, a belt 10, internal ribs 11, external ribs 12 and is fixed to the pipe 1 with a polymer solution 6, and is also monolithic from the inside with a concrete core 3, in addition, the metal base 4 can be attached with anchor bolts 13. The metal capital 5 consists of a core 14, a belt 15, internal ribs 16, external ribs 17 and is fixed on the pipe 1 with polymer solution 6, and is also monolithic from the inside with a concrete core 3. The rods of the longitudinal internal reinforcement 7 of the concrete core 3 are connected along the length with tension couplings 18.
19.Pipe 1 is a permanent formwork for the column when it is filled with concrete core 3 and is made in factory conditions from steel fiber concrete with reinforcement by longitudinally located steel fibers 2. On the inside of pipe 1, protruding sections of steel fibers 2 form anchors 19 connected to its concrete core 3.
The metal base 4 and the metal capital 5 are welded from a steel pipe and sheet steel and are connecting elements of the column with the foundation and parts of the column at the floor level. The metal capital 5 additionally functions as a supporting element for beams or floor slabs.
The use of steel fiber concrete for pipe 1 together with concrete core 3 ensures high load-bearing capacity of the column under normal and bending forces, reduces the cost of formwork, which allows to reduce the consumption of reinforcing steel, concrete, production time and, as a result, reduce the material intensity and labor intensity of column manufacturing.
The use of steel fiber concrete for pipe 1 with reinforcement by longitudinally located steel fibers 2 with a length not less than 1.25 times the thickness of the cross-section of the wall of pipe 1 allows the fiber reinforcement to be positioned along the axial and hoop stresses arising in the column, which will ensure high tensile strength of steel fiber concrete, increase its crack resistance under the action of compression and tension of the concrete core 3 in pipe 1, and accordingly reduce the material consumption of the column.
The concrete core 3, being in a closed circuit formed by the pipe 1 made of steel fiber concrete, has increased strength characteristics, which reduces the material consumption of the column.
Pre-stressing of the longitudinal internal reinforcement rods 7 of the concrete core 3 with tensioning devices 8 allows for regulation of normal stresses in the concrete core 3 and pipe 1 from external loads, avoiding large tensile stresses, which leads to efficient operation of the column, reduced steel consumption and, as a consequence, to a reduction in the material consumption of the column.
The presence of a metal base 4 with fastening with polymer solution 6 on pipe 1, anchor bolts 13 and internal ribs 10 monolithically with concrete core 3 allows fixing the exact location of the column installation, ensures a rigid connection of the column to the foundation, which reduces the material intensity and labor intensity of column installation.
The presence of a metal capital 5 with polymer mortar 6 fastening on pipe 1 and internal ribs 15 monolithically with concrete core 3 allows for reliable connection of floor elements to the column, provides rigid connection of column parts floor by floor, which reduces the material consumption and labor intensity of column installation.
The presence of tension couplings 18 ensures a simple and reliable connection of the longitudinal internal reinforcement rods 7 of the concrete core 3 along the length, which reduces the labor intensity of column manufacturing.
The presence of protruding sections of longitudinally located steel fibers 2 in the form of anchors 19 on the inner side of the pipe 1 ensures reliable joint operation of the concrete core 3 with the steel fiber concrete of the pipe 1 under the action of shear forces in the column from external loads, which makes it possible to dispense with additional coupling elements and leads to a reduction in the material consumption and labor intensity of manufacturing the column.
The parameters of a high-rise building column are determined by calculating the forces from operational loads. The stresses in the pipe and concrete core are determined as a result of a calculation performed using software. The dimensions of the column section, the thickness of the pipe wall, the number of longitudinal rods, their diameter, class and value of tension, the section and number of anchors are determined according to calculations of bearing capacity, rigidity and crack resistance.
Thus, the claimed invention leads to a reduction in the material consumption of a high-rise building column.
