(Sn). The present invention is aimed at reducing the concentration of toxic elements in fish muscle tissue: aluminum (Al), arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb) and tin (Sn).
The method was implemented as follows: a thin layer of feed is sprayed with the probiotic preparation “Atysh” dissolved in distilled water, in an amount of 0.08 g/kg of feed.
To implement the method, an experiment was carried out in the conditions of the Department of Biotechnology of Animal Raw Materials and Aquaculture of Orenburg State University, within which 2 groups (n=30) of juvenile carp were formed: control and experimental.
The control group received the basic diet (BD), and the experimental group received the BD + probiotic preparation “Atysh”, in the amount of 0.08 g/kg of feed.
Уфа) входят бактерии рода Enterococcus faecium (1 х 109 КОЕ) и Lactobacillus acidophilus (1 х 107 КОЕ).As an OP, feed for carp fish KRK-110-1, balanced in terms of basic nutrients (Orenburg Feed Mill OJSC, Orenburg), containing 26.0% protein, was used. The composition of the probiotic preparation “Atysh” (AGROFEDERATION LLC, Ufa) includes bacteria of the genus Enterococcus faecium (1 x 10 9 CFU) and Lactobacillus acidophilus (1 x 10 7 CFU).
Russian Regulations, 1987 (Order No.755 on 12.08.1977 the USSR Ministry of Health) и «The Guide for Care and Use of Laboratory Animals (National Academy Press Washington, D.С. 1966)». Experimental studies were carried out in accordance with the instructions of Russian Regulations, 1987 (Order No.755 on 08/12/1977 the USSR Ministry of Health) and “The Guide for Care and Use of Laboratory Animals (National Academy Press Washington, D.C. 1966)” .
- 448 с.).During the experiment, the daily feeding rate was determined depending on the body weight of the fish and water temperature, in accordance with generally accepted growing technology (Ponomarev, S.V. Industrial fish farming: textbook / S.V. Ponomarev, Yu.N. Grozescu, A.A Bakharev - 2nd ed., revised and supplemented - St. Petersburg: Lan, 2013. - 448 pp.).
The content of toxic elements in fish muscle tissue was determined by atomic emission spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (Optima 2000 V, Perkin Elmer, USA) and mass spectrometry (Elan 9000, Perkin Elmer, USA) in the ANO laboratory "Center for Biotic Medicine", Moscow.
P≤0,05.The results obtained during the experiment were statistically processed using the Statistica 10.0 software package. The significance of the differences in the compared indicators was determined by Student's t-test. The level of significant difference was set at P≤0.05.
9,9 % (P≤0,05).The introduction of the probiotic preparation “Atysh” into the fish diet contributed to an increase in the body weight of fish compared to the control (Table 1); by the end of the experiment, the weight of fish in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control by 9.9% (P≤0.05).
2).To assess the effect of the probiotic preparation on the physiological state of fish, hematological blood tests were carried out according to standard methods (accreditation certificate No. RA.RU.21PF59 dated December 2, 2015) using the equipment of the Center for Shared Use of the BST RAS http://tskp-bst.rf. A fish blood test showed no toxic effect when administered with the probiotic drug “Atysh”; the main hematological parameters were within the physiological norm (Table 2).

3). Подобный эффект действия пробиотического препарата «Атыш» обусловлен наличием в его составе бактерии рода Enterococcus faecium и Lactobacillus acidophilus, известные своей способностью снижать концентрацию токсических элементов в мышечной ткани животных (Panattoni A., Calvigioni M., Benvenuti L., D’Antongiovanni V., Pellegrini C., Di Salvo C., Mazzantini D., Celandroni F., Fornai M., Antonioli L., Ghelardi E. The administration of Enterococcus faecium SF68 counteracts compositional shifts in the gut microbiota of diet-induced obese mice // Front. Microbiol. 2022. 13:1054097. doi: 10.3389/fmicb.2022.1054097). Analysis of toxic elements in fish muscle tissue revealed certain differences between the control and experimental groups. The introduction of the probiotic preparation “Atysh” into the diet contributed to less accumulation of aluminum (Al) in muscle tissue by 83.8% (P≤0.01), arsenic (As) by 33.3% (P≤0.05), cadmium ( Cd) - by 90% (P≤0.05), lead (Pb) - by 83.3% (P≤0.01), tin (Sn) - by 83.3% (P≤0.01), relative to control values (Table 3). This effect of the probiotic drug “Atysh” is due to the presence in its composition of bacteria of the genus Enterococcus faecium and Lactobacillus acidophilus , known for their ability to reduce the concentration of toxic elements in the muscle tissue of animals (Panattoni A., Calvigioni M., Benvenuti L., D'Antongiovanni V. , Pellegrini C., Di Salvo C., Mazzantini D., Celandroni F., Fornai M., Antonioli L., Ghelardi E. The administration of Enterococcus faecium SF68 counteracts compositional shifts in the gut microbiota of diet-induced obese mice // Front Microbiol 2022 13:1054097 doi: 10.3389/fmicb.2022.1054097).
