Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of fish farming, in particular to production feed for sturgeon fish with the addition of a probiotic enterosorbent and an extract from brown algae.
A commercial feed for sturgeon is known, including fish meal, blood meal, protein concentrate "Agro-Matic", wheat flour, feed yeast, sunflower oil, premix MEGAMIX GOST 1% for fish (see Patent RU No. 2733136, 2020) However, a disadvantage This feed consists of the presence of animal hemoglobin, a source of histamine - a mediator of acute inflammatory reactions, as well as immediate allergic reactions, which can cause a number of adverse symptoms, including tachycardia.
The closest in essence is compound feed for sturgeon fish, containing crab meal, crab fat, fish meal, wheat flour, soybean meal, Vitazar, VMP PO-4 premix, corn gluten, feed yeast (see RU Patent No. 2338389, 2008). However, the disadvantage of this feed is that it does not fully improve the fish-breeding, biological, hematological parameters of sturgeon, as well as the physiological state of the fish as a whole.
The technical result is an improvement in the quality of artificial production feed for sturgeon fish during industrial cultivation due to the introduction of the probiotic preparation "Ecoflor" and the extract from brown algae "Fucoidan".
It is achieved by the fact that the well-known compound feed for sturgeon fish, including fish meal, Vitazar, wheat flour, soybean meal, feed yeast, corn gluten, premix, additionally contains the probiotic preparation "Ecoflor" and brown algae extract "Fucoidan" in the following ratio of the initial ones components, g/kg:
The selected probiotic preparation-consortium "Ecoflor" is immobilized on the carbon-mineral sorbent SUMS-1 with a concentrate of natural strains of lacto- and bifidobacteria: B. bifidum, B. longum and L. acidophilus, L. casei, L. plantarum. The standard content of bifidobacteria in the preparation is 10 8 CFU/g, lactobacilli - 10 7 CFU/g. The probiotic preparation “Ecoflor” is capable of removing pathogenic and opportunistic microorganisms, toxins and metabolic products from the body of farmed fish, as well as helping to normalize the functioning of the intestinal microflora. Thanks to these drugs, it becomes possible to reduce the level of stress in fish when changing feed and technological influences. They activate the body’s response to viruses and bacteria, increase the digestibility of feed (see article by Sergina Yu.A. Use of feed with sorbing properties when growing aquaculture objects / Yu.A. Sergina, A.D. Zhandalgarova, A.A. Bakhareva, Y. N. Grozescu, Y. V. Sergeeva National scientific and practical conference with international participation within the framework of the International Scientific Forum “Caspian 2021: ways of sustainable development” - 2021). The rate of introduction of the probiotic preparation “Ecoflor” into the proposed production compound feed was 4.5 g/kg.
Fucoidan brown algae extract is enriched with many substances, such as polyphenols, carotenoids, tocopherols, terpenes, ascorbic acid and alkaloids. These compounds determine the immunomodulatory, anticoagulant, antibacterial and antiviral properties of the brown algae extract - fucoidan. Anticoagulant properties manifest themselves in improving blood quality by preventing blood clotting. The antiviral effect is carried out by preventing the penetration of viruses into cells. By its nature, fucoidan is one of the most powerful natural antioxidants; it activates the protective functions of the cell. Fucoidan also helps reduce cholesterol levels in the blood of living organisms (see article E.V. Semenova. On the issue of using alginates from brown algae in medicine and pharmacy / E.V. Semenova, V.V. Chebotok, I.V. Borisovskaya . Modern problems of science and education. - No. 6 - Publishing House "Academy of Natural Sciences"). In the proposed feed, the rate of input of the brown algae extract “Fucoidan” was 0.5 g/kg.
В. Н. А. - с. 348).Vegetable oils, containing quite a lot of unsaturated fatty acids, are energy suppliers in animal feed. Preference is given to unrefined oils, which are more resistant to oxidation and richer in phospholipids, for example, sunflower oil. Unrefined sunflower oil used in the proposed feed is obtained from sunflower seeds, it contains unsaturated fatty acids - 46-62% linoleic acid, 24-40% oleic acid, about 1% linolenic acid, as well as saturated fatty acids - 3.5- 9.0% palmitic, 1.6-4.6% stearic and others. The proposed fish oil in the feed contains highly unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins A, D and phospholipids. Fish oil is used in feed for valuable aquaculture objects (see book Ponomarev, S.V. Feed and feeding fish in aquaculture: Textbook / S.V. Ponomarev, Yu.N. Grozescu, A.A. Bakhareva. - M. : MORKNIGA, 2020. - p. 348).
The proposed compound feed was produced by the known method of wet pressing (see book Ponomarev, S.V. Technologies for growing and feeding aquaculture objects in the south of Russia / Ponomarev S.V., Gamygin E.A., Nikonorov S.I., Ponomareva E.N. , Grozescu Y.N., Bakhareva A.A. - Astrakhan: Nova Plus Publishing House, 2002. - P. 199-200). Before granulation began, all components included in the feed were additionally ground, sifted, and then a mixture of dry ingredients was prepared. "Ecoflor" and "Fucoidan" were added to the resulting mixture. The mixture was thoroughly mixed and 25-30% water was added, then granules were formed from the wet feed mixture, dried and cooled.
Температуру воды поддерживали в пределах от 16° до 20°С, содержание кислорода - 7,5-8,5 мг/л, рН - 6,5-7,0.The effectiveness of feeding the developed compound feed was tested on two-year-old Russian sturgeon. The daily feeding rate was determined depending on the body weight of the fish and the water temperature, in accordance with generally accepted growing technology (see the book Ponomarev, S.V. Industrial fish farming / S.V. Ponomarev, Yu.N. Grozescu, A.A. Bakhareva - St. Petersburg: Lan Publishing House, 2013. - P. 235-236). Feeding of individuals was carried out in pools with an area of 1 m. The depth of water in the pools reached 0.4 m. The water temperature was maintained in the range from 16° to 20°C, oxygen content - 7.5-8.5 mg/l, pH - 6, 5-7.0.
«Фукоидан» вводили в дозировке 0,5 г/кг во все опытные варианты комбикорма (акт опытных испытаний прилагается).To determine the required doses of the probiotic drug "Ecoflor", immobilized on an enterosorbent, and the brown algae extract "Fucoidan", experimental feeding of two-year-old Russian sturgeon was carried out. For this purpose, the fish were divided into 4 groups of 15 individuals each. The first experimental group was fed with mixed feed with the addition of the drug "Ecoflor" at a dosage of 2.5 g of the drug per 1 kg of feed, the second experimental group - with the addition of the drug at a dosage of 4.5 g of the drug per 1 kg of feed, the third experimental group - with the addition of the drug at a dosage of 6.5 g of the drug per 1 kg of feed. The fourth group is the control group. Fucoidan was introduced at a dosage of 0.5 g/kg into all experimental versions of compound feed (pilot test report is attached).
As a result of the research, it was found that the effective rate of introduction of the probiotic drug complex immobilized on the enterosorbent is 4.5 g/kg, and the brown algae extract is 0.5 g/kg. Table 1 shows the fish farming and biological indicators of raising two-year-old Russian sturgeon with the proposed compound feed.
Over the entire experimental growing period, the best results in terms of linear weight indicators were typical for experimental group 2, in which the dosage of the Ecoflor drug was 4.5 g/kg. The absolute gain in the second experimental group was 70.1 g, which is 34 g more than the gain in the control variant.
It should be noted that feeding two-year-old Russian sturgeon with commercial feed with the addition of the drug “Ecoflor” at a dosage of 4.5 g/kg and “Fucoidan” at a dosage of 0.5 g/kg made it possible to reduce feed costs to 1.2 units, as well as increase the rate growth.
Throughout the experiment, fish farming and biological indicators of two-year-old Russian sturgeon reared in the second experimental group were significantly better than in the control group. Moreover, if we compare the results in three experimental groups, then it was in the second that there was a rapid improvement in linear-weight characteristics.
To assess the physiological state of the fish, an analysis of the hematological parameters of Russian sturgeon was carried out. It is by hematological data that one can judge the state of the body, as well as diagnose various types of diseases. Monitoring of the obtained blood parameters of two-year-old Russian sturgeon, whose diet included mixed feed with enterosorbent, did not show any signs of disease, and also revealed a significant increase in hemoglobin, total protein and lipids. Table 2 shows hematological blood parameters when raising two-year-old Russian sturgeon on the proposed feed.
It should be noted that the erythrocyte sedimentation rate, both in the experimental and control groups, did not exceed the norm, however, in experimental group 2 a decrease in this indicator was revealed in comparison with the others (2.4 mm/h). This biochemical indicator indicates that in the body of experimental Russian sturgeon there are no inflammatory processes or any disturbances in the functioning of the immune system.
In experimental animals consuming food with the addition of the drug "Ecoflor" at a dosage of 4.5 g/kg and "Fucoidan" at a dosage of 0.5 g/kg, hemoglobin increased to 73.1 g/l. Cholesterol level is one of the most important indicators in this experiment. In experimental group 2, a decrease in this indicator to 1.7 mmol/l was noted. "Fucoidan" has an effect on reducing cholesterol levels, and "Ecoflor", immobilized on a carbon-mineral sorbent, prevents the accumulation of cholesterol.
Positive effect. The proposed production compound feed for sturgeon has a positive effect on the fish farming, biological and hematological parameters of Russian sturgeon individuals. The introduction of the probiotic drug "Ecoflor" improved the physiological state and functioning of the immune system of sturgeon fish.
