Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the agricultural sector and can be used in growing poultry, in particular broiler chickens.
[1].As a by-product of oil pressing, oilseed cakes are obtained, which are mainly used as feed for farm animals, since they contain a significant amount of protein and other valuable substances [1].
[2].The composition of oilseeds differs depending on the individual species or variety. In general, oilseeds and oil cakes produced from them are functional food ingredients as they are rich in oleochemicals, phytochemicals with antioxidant activity, proteins, ash, fiber, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals [2].
[3].The authors experimentally established that the use of hemp and flax seeds in feeding has a positive effect on the body. By adding these seeds, fermentation improves. An increase in weight is also observed in broilers to which these seeds were added to the diet [3].
[4].There is a known method of increasing the productivity of broiler chickens, which includes introducing the probiotic Cellobacterin T into the diet at a rate of 500 g/t. Together with the probiotic, lecithin is added to the feed in an amount of 1% by weight of the feed and mixed thoroughly [4].
[5].There is a known method of increasing the productivity of broiler chickens, including the use of a suspension of the probiotic culture Enterococcus faecium RCAM05160 in the watering of poultry at a dose of 0.1 ml/kg of live weight per day during the entire growing period, while the suspension is prepared in a concentration of 1×10 9 CFU/ ml [5].
[6].The prototype is a method of feeding broiler chickens using complete feed, in which the content of sunflower cake has been increased by reducing the amount or eliminating soybean meal using a probiotic preparation, characterized in that the feed contains the probiotic Cellobacterin T 1 kg/t or the probiotic Cellobacterin T 500 g/t in combination with Celloviridin G20x 50 g/t [6].
The objective of our invention was to develop a method for increasing the productivity of broiler chickens by feeding hemp or flaxseed cake instead of 10% of the feed included in the feed together with the probiotic Cellobacterin-T at a dosage of 0.5 g/kg of feed.
An example of a specific implementation.
The study was carried out in the conditions of the Federal Scientific Center for Biological Systems and Agrotechnologies of the Russian Academy of Sciences on 30 heads of 7-day-old broiler chickens of the Arbor Acres cross, which were divided into 3 groups (n=10). Control group - received 100% of the basic diet (BR), experimental group 1 (O1) - 90% BD + 10% hemp cake, experimental group 2 (O2) - 90% BD + 10% flaxseed cake. All birds were kept under the same conditions, the microclimate in the room met the requirements of VNITIP. Feeding of the experimental birds was carried out 2 times a day, and food intake was recorded daily. The birds were watered ad libitum. The experiment period is 35 days.
Содержание птицы и процедуры при выполнении исследования соотвествовали требованиям инструкций и рекомендациям российского регламента (Приказ МЗ СССР 755 от 12.08.1977) и «The guide for care and use of laboratory animals (National academy press, Washington, D.C., 1996)». The keeping of the birds and the procedures during the study complied with the requirements of the instructions and recommendations of the Russian regulations (Order of the USSR Ministry of Health 755 of 08/12/1977) and “The guide for care and use of laboratory animals (National academy press, Washington, D.C., 1996).” Every effort was made to minimize animal suffering. Decapitation of the poultry was carried out under nembutal ether on the 35th day of the experiment, the weight of internal organs and tissues of broiler chickens was determined.
To conduct the experiment, all feed and cakes were crushed to a homogeneous state, followed by stepwise mixing. Weighings were carried out weekly on scales with an error of 0.01 grams. Blood was taken from the chickens from the axillary vein before slaughter. Blood samples for hematological studies were collected in vacuum tubes with an anticoagulant (EDTA-K3), for biochemical studies - in vacuum tubes with a coagulation activator (thrombin). Subsequently, blood analysis was performed on a URIT-2900 Vet Plus (URIT Medical Electronic Group Co., Ltd, China).
5 % (P≤0,05).The results obtained were statistically processed using a personal computer, and the arithmetic mean, error of the arithmetic mean and standard deviation were determined; the Student test was used to identify statistically significant differences. Differences were considered significant if the probability of error was no higher than 5% (P≤0.05).
Cellobacterin-T is a complex-action probiotic created on the basis of an association of microorganisms isolated from cattle rumen. Contains cellulolytic and lactic acid bacteria and has the properties of a prophylactic probiotic and the properties of an enzyme preparation. The bacteria that are part of the association produce enzymes that can hydrolyze feed fiber - xylanase, pectinase and β-glucanase.
Технический результат достигается тем, что в рационах опытных групп производили замену 10 % части комбикорма на отходы технической конопли и льняной жмых, при этом происходит удешевление комбикорма без снижения ее питательной ценности (таблица 1).The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the diets of the experimental groups, 10% of the feed was replaced with industrial hemp waste and flaxseed cake, while the cost of the feed was reduced without reducing its nutritional value (Table 1).
Химический состав двух видов жмыхов незначительно различался и колебался в пределах по сухому веществу 93,0-93,6 % и жиру 12,56-12,78 % (таблица 2).The chemical composition of the two types of cakes differed slightly and ranged from 93.0-93.6% dry matter and 12.56-12.78% fat (Table 2).
Комбикорм ПК-5 был более питательным по содержанию жира на 0,19 % и сырого протеина на 2,75 % по сравнению с ПК-6.The concentration of crude protein was 10.13% higher in flaxseed meal compared to hemp meal. However, hemp cake had a difference in fiber content. Feed PK-5 was more nutritious in terms of fat content by 0.19% and crude protein by 2.75% compared to PK-6.
Под влиянием испытуемых жмыхов и пробиотика, уже начиная с 21 суток наблюдалась заметное отличие по живой массе между группами (таблица 3).Under the influence of the tested cakes and probiotic, already from the 21st day there was a noticeable difference in live weight between the groups (Table 3).
14,58 %.Thus, young animals that received hemp cake exceeded their control peers in live weight during this period by 3.73%. By the end of the experiment, the birds from the control group were inferior to their peers from the experimental group in live weight by 8.70 and 12.88%, and in absolute gain by 9.80 and 14.58%.
The highest feed palatability was observed in the group with hemp cake and amounted to 5.39 and 4.20% relative to experimental 2 and control groups. At the same time, the highest feed consumption was observed in the control group, which was 10 and 9% higher compared to the experimental groups. According to the European Productivity Index, the control group was inferior to the experienced group by 78.8 and 65.0%, respectively.
Содержание глюкозы в крови цыплят опытных групп было на 1,19 и 4,41 % меньше по сравнению с контролем (таблица 4).The blood glucose content of chickens in the experimental groups was 1.19 and 4.41% less than in the control (Table 4).
Chickens from the experimental groups were superior to their peers from the control group in terms of total protein content in the blood by 21.95 and 7.68%, albumin by 31.11 and 37.77%, cholesterol by 66.46 and 65.86%. High levels of total protein and albumin are an indicator of high growth energy in chickens fed hemp and flaxseed cake.
По содержанию креатинина, магния и фосфора контрольные цыплята имели превосходство над опытной 1 и 2 группами соответственно на 4,27 и 5,10 %, 6,81 и 14,77 %, 49,23 и 21,31 % (таблица 5).In terms of creatinine, magnesium and phosphorus content, control chickens had superiority over experimental groups 1 and 2 by 4.27 and 5.10%, 6.81 and 14.77%, 49.23 and 21.31%, respectively (Table 5).
The highest concentration of uric acid in the blood was in the 2nd experimental group and was 8.04 and 55.14% higher than in the 1st experimental and control group.
3,68 %.At the same time, in terms of iron concentration in the blood, chickens of the 1st experimental group exceeded the control ones by 33.49%, and calcium by 3.68%.
Thus, the inclusion of 10% hemp or flaxseed cake in the feed together with the probiotic Cellobacterin-T helps to increase the live weight of chickens by 12.88%, reduce feed consumption by 10% and increase the safety of the livestock by 1%, with a negative effect on the body they do not affect birds, which is confirmed by data on the biochemical composition of the blood.
