Abstract

FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to feed for unproductive animals, namely complete feed for cats and dogs. Complete feed for cats and dogs consists of natural products contained in it in a raw and/or frozen form. The amount of calcium in the feed is ensured by including in its composition from 0.4 to 0.7 wt.% of bone meal or from 5 to 20 wt.% of bone paste made of raw bones.

EFFECT: production of a complete feed from natural products, ensuring the digestibility of calcium from the feed closest to the nutritional conditions the animals have in the natural environment.

Description

The invention relates to the food industry, in particular to food for unproductive animals, namely, complete food for cats and dogs.

GOST R 55453-2013 is known, according to which food for non-productive animals (cats and dogs) is classified as complete if it fully meets the physiological needs of animals. The specified GOST provides indicators that are responsible for the composition of complete food for dogs and cats.

At the same time, in complete food for cats and dogs made on the basis of natural products, the required amount of phosphorus is fully provided by the meat component, which forms the basis of the food, and the calcium content is provided mainly by synthetic mineral additives or bone meal.

A complete food for dogs is known, obtained by the method according to RF patent No. 2423518 (published on July 10, 2011), containing meat-containing raw materials, fat-containing raw materials, blood, water, plant materials, probiotic microflora, as well as a premix for dogs.

The disadvantage of this feed is the use of synthetic drugs in its composition, including calcium, as part of the premix, which leads to problems with the animal’s absorption of calcium from the feed, and, accordingly, to an imbalance of phosphorus and calcium in its body.

Raw foods and raw foods in jelly are a type of food for domestic animals, due to their structure of the gastrointestinal tract, they are the most digestible and complete in vitamins and proteins. In boiled products, the protein quality and vitamin composition changes during the coagulation process, which negatively affects domestic animals and it is necessary to add synthetic analogues of natural vitamins.

The technical result to which the invention is aimed is to create a complete feed from natural products that ensures the absorption of calcium by animals from feed as close as possible to nutritional conditions in the natural environment.

The technical result is achieved in a complete food for cats and dogs from natural products contained in it in raw and/or frozen form, while the required amount of calcium in the food is ensured by the inclusion of bone meal or bone paste made from raw bones.

Preferably the food contains ingredients of animal and plant origin.

Preferably, as ingredients of animal origin, the food contains in different proportions, depending on the type and type: meat of cattle, small ruminants, pigs, poultry and their by-products, meat trimmings, bone paste, kaltyk, spleen, diaphragm, esophagus, trachea hearts, kidneys, cartilage, lungs, liver, ears, pork tripe, beef and/or pork legs, head meat, udders, pork or beef skins, blood, tendons, eggs, tripe with or without its contents, ruminant tripe with or without its contents, poultry stomachs with or without its contents, mechanically separated meat, bone paste, meat trimmings, hearts, kidneys, cartilage, lungs, liver, blood, tendons, fish heads, fish, seafood, eggs .

These products make it possible to create complete food for cats and dogs.

As ingredients of plant origin, the food contains: bran, vegetables, and/or fruits, and/or berries, and/or herbs, and/or algae.

Preferably the food contains from 5 to 20 wt. % bone paste made from raw bones.

It is preferable to use bone paste with a particle size in the range of 0.2-10 mm.

In one embodiment, intended for dietary nutrition, the food contains instead of bone paste from 0.4 to 0.7 wt. % bone meal.

Preferably the food consists of mixed ingredients prepared in the form of minced meat.

Preferably the food is prepared in the form of individual rations packaged in a vacuum or sausage casing.

Preferably, the individual diets are prepared refrigerated or frozen.

Preferably, the feed contains, together with their contents, 2-4 wt. % tripe and 10-50 wt. % ruminant rumen and/or 5-70 wt. % of poultry stomachs.

The contents of the stomachs are richly saturated with digestive enzymes produced in the stomachs of ruminants and poultry. The introduction of these components into the feed allows the animal to digest the plant foods included in the feed, due to the presence in them of the necessary enzymes that are absent in the digestive tract of predatory animals, supplying them with the necessary nutrients, as this happens in the wild. Moreover, these components contain hydrochloric and acetic acids, which also help digest food and, in addition, are natural preservatives.

Preferably, the feed contains 10-50 wt. % of meat products in raw form, in the form of meat, head meat, trimmings, kaltyk, spleen, diaphragm, heart, kidneys, cartilage and 5-70 wt. % of meat products, in the form of lung, kidney, liver, spleen, heart, ears, tripe, beef or pork legs, head meat, udder, pork or beef skin, blood, tendons.

Preferably, the feed contains 1-2 wt. % bran as a source of vitamins and as fiber, which retains food in the animal’s stomach for as long as it takes for it to absorb all the beneficial substances contained in the food.

Preferably, the feed contains 5-20 wt. % natural herbal food additives in raw or dried form, such as: vegetables, fruits, berries, herbs, algae. 1-10 wt. can also be added. % of products such as eggs, fish, fish heads, seafood.

The invention can be implemented in a complete food made from natural products, which contains from 5 to 20 wt. % bone paste.

When using bone meal instead of bone paste, bone meal is 600-700 g per 100 kg for puppies and kittens, 400-500 g for adult animals. per 100 kg of raw materials.

At the same time, the formulation of the remaining natural components contained in the food can vary within significant limits, while ensuring the required ratio of components established for complete nutrition for cats and dogs. All products included in the feed are mixed in accordance with the recipe in a minced meat mixer, after which they are packaged either in vacuum packaging, or in sausage casings, or in disposable containers, and sent for preservation at low temperatures in freezers or refrigeration units. Cooled mixtures should be stored in refrigerators for no more than 12 hours. Finished products are not subject to long-term storage without freezers. The food is consumed defrosted to room temperature.

The offered food is manufactured and tested under production conditions.

All of these examples comply with the requirements of GOST R 55453-2013 for complete feeds, and the calcium content in the feed is achieved through the use of bone meal or bone paste.

Thus, the stated technical result is achieved in the form of creating a complete food from natural products contained in it in raw and/or frozen form, in which the required amount of calcium is provided by including bone meal or bone paste made from raw bones.
