The technical result is achieved by the fact that the prefabricated panel structure for storing weapons and ammunition is characterized by the fact that it has two side, front and rear, walls, which are rectangular frames made of rolled metal, bolted together to form a structure frame, with each the frame contains a grate as a filling, which is fastened to the frame by means of a welded joint along the contour, a two-tier lodgement is bolted to the side walls on the inside of the frame for placement and storage of weapons, while the front wall is equipped with an entrance door, and on its inner side a folding table for working with documents is fixed, in addition, stands with documentation are fixed on the inner sides of the walls.

Description

The invention relates to the section of building structures in general; walls, such as partitions; roofs; floors; insulation and other means and methods of protecting building structures and structures and can be used for storing weapons and ammunition.

The applicant is not aware of any analogues or prototypes of the invention that have a similar purpose.

The purpose of the proposed invention is to create a prefabricated panel structure for storing weapons of destruction (hereinafter referred to as SShK), allowing for the storage of weapons and ammunition.

This goal is achieved by the technical result of the invention, which is implemented as follows:

The walls of the SSC 1, shown in figures 1-6 (Fig. 1 - axonometric projection, Fig. 2 - main view from the outside of the SSC, Fig. 3 - left view from the outside of the SSC, Fig. 4 - main view inside the SSC, side A, Fig. 5 - main view inside the SShchK side B, Fig. 6 - left view inside the SShchK) are rectangular frames made of rolled metal. Each frame contains a grid 2 as a filling, which is connected to the frame by a welded connection along the contour. The door 9 of the SShchK is made of rolled metal; as a filling, it contains a grille 2, which is fastened to the frame by a welded connection along the contour; an information plate 12 “Room for storing weapons” is installed on the door and two eyes 10 are made with technological holes for locking with padlocks. Door 9 is attached to the front wall of SShK 5.2 by hanging it on hinges 11 at the top and bottom. The cradle 13 is made of rolled metal in two tiers and is intended for placement and subsequent storage of small arms in it. The cradle 13 is attached to the side walls of the SShchK 4.1 and 4.2 by bolted connection 14. In the fixed state, the cradle is at an angle of 75 degrees relative to the installed surface and the rear wall of the SShK 5.1 and provides reliable fastening and holding of small arms in a vertical position. On the working surface of the cradle, 15 cuts are made as cells for small arms; a weapon butt fits into the cut. To prevent unhindered access to small arms, after installing them in the cradle, a metal cable is threaded through the trigger guards to secure them in a given position. A stand with documentation 16 “Account Books” is attached to the front wall of SShchK 5.2 on the inside. For the convenience of filling out and working with accounting books, a folding table 17 is made on the inside of the wall of the SShchK 5.2. Table 17 is made of a sheet of iron and is attached to the wall of the SShchK 5.2 with hinged hinges 18, has a base in the form of a pipe 19, with the help of which it is brought into a vertical position. On the inside, on the wall of SShchK 4.1, a stand with documentation “Documentation” is attached.

The SSC for storing weapons implements the following theoretical principles.

Currently, one of the main features of organizing the storage of small arms and ammunition is the ability to promptly, in the shortest possible time and reliably organize the storage of weapons and ammunition of the provided units. Therefore, one of the important tasks of organizing the storage of small arms and ammunition is the rapid deployment of storage areas for weapons and ammunition, minimizing the involvement of personnel, mobility and increasing the reliability of storage.

The assembly and installation of the SSC is carried out in a tent where the personnel are accommodated. This placement increases not only the reliability of storage, but also increases the quick accessibility to small arms assigned to the state.

Due to its compactness when disassembled, it is possible to transport several similar products in one vehicle and deliver them manually.

Thus, using the device will allow:

increase the mobility of weapons and ammunition storage areas;

reduce the time required to carry out operations on equipment (organization) for storing weapons and ammunition when performing service, combat, and combat missions;

reduce to a minimum the separation of personnel from performing service and combat missions and their involvement in the equipment of the tent camp;

improve the organization of storage of weapons and ammunition and ensure a sufficient level of combat readiness.

A prefabricated panel structure for storing weapons, characterized in that it has two side, front and rear, walls, which are rectangular frames made of rolled metal, bolted together to form a structure frame, with each frame containing as filling a lattice, which is fastened to the frame by a welded connection along the contour, a two-tier cradle for placing and storing weapons is attached to the side walls on the inside of the frame by means of a bolted connection, while the front wall is equipped with an entrance door, and a folding table for work is fixed on its inner side with documents; in addition, stands with documentation are fixed on the inner sides of the walls.
