The kitchen utensil element is equipped with a magnet such that the bracelet serves as a magnet landing device on the kitchen utensil.

Description

A group of inventions is proposed related to household devices for fixing chef's equipment (kitchen utensils) to utensils for cooking. The devices are used for fixing spoons, spatulas, and other similar utensils on frying pans, pots, saucepans and other similar utensils with handles.

There is a known solution for a paddle for stirring rice, which contains a magnet, while the electric rice cooking machine has a metal or magnetic part in response (Japanese patent JP 1999309074, application 1998156590, publication 1999309074 dated 09.11.1999).

According to the patent of the Russian Federation RU 2316073 (application 2006120900/09, 06/13/2006, published on 01/27/2008), an elastic magnet consisting of a plasticizer and a magnetic additive is known.

According to the patent of the Russian Federation RU 2585106 (application 2012148836/12, 11/16/2012, published 05/27/2016), a frying pan is known containing a body with a handle made of non-metallic material, the front end of which is attached to the body, the rear end has a hole, characterized in that The frying pan handle includes a stationary part attached to the body, having on its upper surface at least two magnets located along the longitudinal axis of the handle, and a removable part, which is a kitchen spatula, located on the stationary part, having material inserts on its lower surface , capable of being attracted to a magnet, located corresponding to the magnets on the stationary part of the handle.

The closest analogue of the proposed solution is US patent US 5105963 (application 07516457, 04/30/1990, publication 5105963 dated 04/21/1992), according to which a magnetic elastic belt (for example, rubber) is proposed, put on the handle of a pot or frying pan. The disadvantage of this solution is the lack of a proposal for a safe material for the belt to be worn, a limitation on the thickness of the handle of the utensil, and the impossibility of using it on handles with a closed opening.

The technical result of the proposed technical solution is the creation of a thermally stable elastic magnetic utensil holder. An additional technical result is its versatility, namely, the possibility of use on handles with an open opening (frying pan) and handles without such an opening (saucepans).

The magnetic elastic kitchen utensil holder is available in two types.

The first device for fixing culinary devices (kitchen utensils) is made in the form of a length-adjustable (fastening and unfastening) magnetic strap, characterized in that its main body is made of heat-resistant (heat-resistant) silicone.

Magnetic elements can be either fairly large bodies, hermetically sealed (fused) into the body (case) of the strap, or ultra-fine particles evenly fused with the strap material.

The strap can have various types of fasteners; fasteners that allow you to adjust the width of the strap on handles of different thicknesses will be especially effective. The clasp or its individual parts can be made integral with the body (body) of the strap, for example, cast in one piece, or can be separate elements from other materials.

For greater versatility of the product, it is desirable that the body (body) of the strap has a sufficiently high elasticity, for example, Shore hardness on the A scale from 20 to 50, tensile modulus of elasticity from 6 to 12.

The second device for fixing culinary devices (kitchen utensils) is made in the form of an elastic strap, characterized in that its main body is made of heat-resistant (heat-resistant) silicone, and a spring transversely curved metal (steel) plate (strip) capable of twisting when bending, while the strap contains magnetic elements.

The magnetic elements of the device of the second type can be either fairly large bodies, hermetically sealed (fused) into the body (case) of the strap, or ultra-fine particles evenly fused with the strap material. The magnetic (magnetizing) element can be the spring metal (steel) strip itself.

For greater user convenience, the proposed holders can be equipped with an element of kitchen utensils, such as a culinary spatula (spoon, spatula, etc.), the dimensions of which and the location of the magnetic part can optimally correspond to the parameters of the holder. In this case, the patented product consists of two parts that complement each other: the utensil and its holder. In this case, a set of cooking utensils is formed, consisting of a magnetic elastic holder for kitchen utensils and a piece of kitchen utensil with a counter magnetic part.

It is also proposed to use (use) a self-twisting bracelet for a new purpose, namely, as a device for holding (fixing) culinary devices (kitchen utensils), in which the bracelet is made of heat-resistant (heat-resistant) silicone, a spring transversely curved steel plate is hermetically sealed inside the bracelet body (strip) capable of twisting when bent, and the kitchen utensil element is equipped with a magnet. In this case, the bracelet itself does not necessarily have to have the ability to magnetize other metal objects; it only serves as a mounting base (landing device) for a magnet on an element of kitchen utensils (on a culinary device).

According to Figure 1, the product according to the first embodiment is a device for fixing kitchen utensils in the form of a magnetic strap adjustable in length (fastened and unfastened), characterized in that it has a silicone main body (body) 1, magnetic inclusions (not shown), fastener elements 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3.

According to figures 2 and 3, the product according to the second version is a device for fixing kitchen appliances in the form of a self-twisting magnetic strap, characterized in that it has a silicone main body (body) 1, magnetic inclusions (not shown), a spring metal strip (not shown) .

In figures 4 and 5, as well as 9 and 10, it can be seen that an already fastened product can be freely put on through the end (butt) of the handle of the pan 3.1 (“open” handle), or it can be unfastened and fastened securely through the hole in the handle of the pan 3.2 (such a handle is conventionally called “closed” above).

Figures 6, 7 and 8 show a fragment of products for both options, which shows an approximate (schematic) image of the magnetic elements 4 and/or the spring strip 5. Obviously, when twisting, it is preferable that the magnetic elements appear on the outer rather than the inner side 6 bracelet

The proposed product is made as universal as possible. If its length is slightly shorter than the circumference of the handle, then the above parameters of hardness and elasticity will allow it to be stretched elastically on the handle, which will even improve its fixation. If, on the contrary, the handle turns out to be excessively thin, then the product will be freely crushed by the element (spatula) placed on it, even of relatively small weight (mass).

It is fundamentally important for the product to have magnetic elements hermetically included in it, in order to avoid them coming into contact with water, washing liquids and food.

No less important is the use of heat-resistant silicone to avoid damage and ignition when using cookware on gas stoves.

As for the held elements of kitchen utensils (spoons, spatulas, spatulas, whisks, skimmers, etc.), they can either be made of metal capable of magnetization, or have an element of such metal attached to them, or have on them, or there is a magnetic element inside, or be equipped with a strap similar to the one offered.
