The present invention essentially relates to the field of manufacturing cardboard packaging, mainly for food products, including those containing fat and/or moisture.

More specifically, the present invention relates directly to packaging products, namely to packaging structures, which are a container made by punching a form from a pulp and paper material with a laminated layer, folded along the fold lines and glued in certain places to accommodate foodstuffs with which an additional ingredient with increased moisture and / or fat is used, which can be placed in an additionally formed internal compartment in order not to use a separate container or place such an ingredient directly in the main section of the package directly with food products.

Currently, catering establishments, various restaurants, cafes, grocery stores need to use cardboard packaging instead of plastic containers for their products. - allows you to create packaging of various sizes;

- retains an aesthetically pleasing design that has a concise design;

- allows you to use a minimum amount of cardboard while maintaining the tightness of the entire structure.

The technical result is the possibility of creating a package that includes a department for the main course with a double bottom and the ability to form a compartment for individual ingredients with high moisture and / or fat, while maintaining the tightness and aesthetically pleasing appearance of the package, including a lid in one product.

The technical result is achieved by making a structure from a die-cut mold, the assembly of which is carried out along the creasing fold lines, as a result of which the elements are tightly adjacent to each other, including by applying glue to certain areas, and at the same time a flat state of the package is formed, which allows the product to be transported with savings. a large number of places.

Also, the technical result is achieved due to the fact that the outer bottom is initially formed due to a sequence of actions, while the inner bottom, which is in contact with the food product, is flat with a continuing small longitudinal line, partially bent inwards and tightly adjacent to one of the side inner walls, which accordingly does not allow small particles of the product to get stuck in the bottom, and moisture and / or fat to flow out. When eating food products from a package, there is no need to decide where to place a separate package with sauces or ingredients with increased moisture and / or fat, since such an ingredient can be placed in an additionally formed compartment inside the package itself.

Implementation of the invention.

The present invention relates to the creation of a package and an assembly method.

Proposed by the present invention, the packaging is made of pulp and paper material, cardboard. The packaging consists of a two-layer cardboard, while the side that comes into contact with food products is covered with a laminated layer based on polymeric materials such as polyethylene or polypropylene, or by lamination of a finished polymer film (polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate or a multilayer combined) using an adhesive composition, or cellulose film. The structure of the cardboard and the presence of all the necessary components are aimed at obtaining a package folded in a flat state in such a way that during transportation it is possible to exclude the contact of the laminated layer with surrounding objects and elements that contribute to contamination of the inner surface.

The packaging is made from a pre-cut blank (mould) of the required size.

The method of assembling the package in a flat state is carried out by spot application of the adhesive composition in certain places of the package, with further formation of the workpiece along the fold lines.

So, along the scoring fold lines, all the walls of the package are folded and further gluing the two walls together by superimposing the two extreme walls on top of each other.

The outer bottom is also formed by bending additional elements that are a continuation of the side walls of a certain shape inwards by overlapping each other and partially gluing for fastening. For alignment, tightness and stability of the package, the inner part of the bottom, which is a continuation of the front wall of the package, presses the formed outer part of the bottom. At the same time, the inner part of the bottom has identical proportions of the area of the lower part of the package, as well as an additional longitudinal narrow line extending onto one of the inner walls.

Due to the fact that at the previous stage of gluing the two walls were glued together by overlapping, an additional compartment is formed on the inside of one of the corners of the package.

The lid, in turn, may also have a defined opening that allows the package to be opened.

Appropriate proportions of the package and the presence of additional elements contribute to the creation of a package aimed at solving the claimed technical result.

Additional elements contribute to increased strength, as well as longer and more reusable packaging.

Assembling the package in the proposed way eliminates the formation of gaps, since there is a double bottom, which contributes to tightness and avoid leakage in case of placing products with a higher content of fat and/or moisture.

The assembly method described herein by forming a double bottom, an additional compartment and a lid can be used in many different forms of carton packaging to create a sealed product.

It should be noted that the present invention does not limit the use of pulp and paper material as the framework material. Given the complete lamination of the inner surface of the package, which largely protects the frame material-base from moisture and fats released by food products, other materials containing recycled pulp and paper products, waste paper can also be used as a frame material.

Also, the presence of the optimal number of all components of the package will allow you to create packages of various heights and sizes. In the event that the walls are increased in length or width, then for assembly purposes only the dimensions of additional elements and corner segments can be changed without losing the hermetic qualities and assembly time of the entire structure.

The advantage of the proposed packaging is its manufacture from a single form, a quick method of assembly into a flat state using a minimum amount of adhesive composition, the possibility of reliable fixation due to the elements of an integral design, without adding additional elements, the formation of strength and lightness of the structure at the same time with an extended period of tightness of the package.
