Abstract
Description
The invention relates to agriculture, namely the fodder production for poultry.
It is known that for good growth and development of broiler chickens, they need to be fed compound feeds with a high content of crude protein, both vegetable and animal origin. The main and most effective source of animal protein in poultry diets is fishmeal. Its production volumes are decreasing every year, and the demand is growing due to the growth in poultry meat production. 90% of fishmeal is imported to Russia, while the cost of this product is constantly growing.
Therefore, the search for effective substitutes for fishmeal is an urgent task for the industrial poultry farming of the country.
The updated "Recommendations for feeding poultry" developed by VNITIP, Sergiev-Posad, 2015 are known. The recipe includes soybean oil and meal, corn, wheat, corn gluten, salt and fish meal (63-67% protein). According to the recommendations, in the first period of growing poultry (1-28 days), 4-5% of fishmeal is added to the feed, and in the 2nd period (29-38 days) - 2-3% of fishmeal by weight of the feed.
However, when using this feed, both the high cost of mixed feed with fishmeal and its significant consumption were noted.
А23К 1/10).Also known is a feed product for chickens containing sunflower meal, grass meal, dry reverse, fodder yeast, meat and bone meal, fish meal, feed fat, mineral and vitamin supplements and grain components, characterized in that half of the fish meal is replaced by stingray meal. When fed with such flour as part of compound feed, the live weight of chickens increases by 4.41% compared to the control, where only fish meal was used as a source of animal protein. However, when using this feed, along with an increase in the weight of chickens, feed consumption also increased, which reduced the economic indicators from the use of the product (USSR author's certificate 1704748 1990 A23K 1/10).
Known feed product for broiler chickens, balanced in amino acid composition, including wheat, corn, soybean meal, sunflower meal, corn gluten, limestone, defluorinated phosphate, salt, vegetable oil, lysine, methionine, threonine, vitamin and mineral mixture, characterized in that , which contains a protein concentrate from a feather (BKP), obtained by the method of short-term high-temperature treatment in a thin layer with a digestibility of at least 85%, while for broiler chickens from 1 to 28 days of cultivation (see RF patent 2573960 A23K 50/75 2014 .). However, the known feed does not allow to achieve an increase in the live weight of the bird, to reduce the cost of feed, since fishmeal is present in the composition.
Known feed product for broiler chickens, including wheat, corn, soybean meal, limestone, salt, vegetable oil, lysine, methionine, threonine, feather protein concentrate (PCP), characterized in that the product additionally contains semi-skimmed soybeans, monocalcium phosphate, bran wheat, bacell-M, sodium sulfate, mineral blend, choline chloride, vitamin blend, fekord and hydrolyzate of collagen-containing raw materials with a protein content of at least 28%, obtained by short-term thermal treatment in a thin layer, the digestibility of which is at least 60% (see patent RF 2700094 A23K 50/75; A23K 10/26; A23K 20/174; 2019).
The closest technical solution (Prototype) is a feed product for broiler chickens, including wheat, corn, soybean meal, semi-skimmed soybeans, soybean oil, limestone, monocalcium phosphate, lysine monochloride, methionine, salt, bacell-M, threonine, mineral blend , blend-vitamin, choline chloride, fekord, hydrolyzate of collagen-containing raw materials, hydrolyzate of keratin from feather. Feather keratin hydrolyzate contains at least 80% protein, with a digestibility of at least 70%. The hydrolyzate of collagen-containing raw materials contains at least 70% protein, with a digestibility of at least 70%. Hydrolysates are obtained by heat treatment in a thin layer (see RF patent 2728444 A23K 50/75; A23K 10/26; A23K 20/174; 2020).
However, the known feed product with the inclusion of hydrolyzate of collagen-containing raw materials (HA) and hydrolyzate of keratin from feathers (FP) does not allow to achieve a significant increase in live weight and reduce feed costs per 1 kg of live weight gain in broiler chickens.

Therefore, the technical objective of the claimed invention is to create a feed product that provides an increase in the zootechnical indicators of growing broiler chickens while reducing feed costs, as well as the cost of feed and improving environmental safety due to the use of secondary products of poultry processing in feed production. In the claimed invention, it is proposed to additionally use intestinal hydrolyzate (GI) with a protein content of 70% and a protein digestibility of 72% in the diet of broiler chickens. The inclusion of intestinal hydrolyzate (HKish) in a mixture of animal proteins allows you to increase the synthesis of muscle proteins in the body of broiler chickens and contribute to a more complete assimilation of the nutritional components of the diet, which allows you to achieve a higher technical result, in particular, an increase in live weight, reduce feed costs by 1 kg live weight gain and feed cost.
