The disadvantage of this method of treatment is the presence of certain experience in injecting an animal, the use of a large number of drugs, as well as the absence of immunostimulating substances in the scheme.
Known drug Progestogel 1% - gel for external use. The medicinal product belongs to the group of hormonal and is intended for the prevention and treatment of mastodonia and diffuse fibrocystic mastopathy in women, contains micronized progesterone 1 g as an active ingredient.
(Инструкция по медицинскому применению препарата).Excipients: octyldodecanol - 1.0 g, carbomer 980-0.5 g, macrogol glyceryl hydroxystearate (polyoxyhydrogenated castor oil) - 4.0 g, trolamine (triethanolamine) - 0.5 g, ethanol 96% (vol) (in terms of absolute ethanol) - 47.7 g, purified water - up to 100.0 g. (Instruction for the medical use of the drug).
The disadvantage of this drug is the high cost, the use in medicine, the absence of immunostimulating substances in its composition.
The objective of the claimed technical solution is to develop a new universal drug for the treatment of diffuse fibrocystic mastopathy in cats, which has a hormonal, regenerative, local immunostimulating effect.
The problem is solved by using a hormonal drug together with an immunostimulating drug as part of an agent for the treatment of diffuse fibrocystic mastopathy in cats.
%: прогестерон (1%) - 1,5; мексидол-вет (50 мг) - 3,5; ланолин безводный (основа) - 95,0.The claimed product contains progesterone, mexidol-vet, anhydrous lanolin in the following ratios of components, wt. %: progesterone (1%) - 1.5; mexidol-vet (50 mg) - 3.5; anhydrous lanolin (base) - 95.0.
Progesterone (1%) - solution for external and internal use. The action of progesterone is based on blocking estrogen receptors, which improves the absorption of fluid from tissues and reduces the compression of the milk ducts, as well as blocking prolactin receptors in the breast tissue, which leads to a decrease in lactopoiesis. Thus, progesterone limits the proliferative effect of estrogens on breast tissue.

Lanolin is an animal wax obtained by digestion of sheep's wool, which gives the skin elasticity and softness, protecting it from dehydration. The anhydrous form is formed by hydrogenation. Such Lanolin has a mild effect on the skin, loses its astringent properties and natural smell. A natural remedy saturates the cells of the epidermis with additional moisture. Intensive hydration of the dermis contributes to the renewal of the skin, which gives the skin a healthy look.
An agent for the treatment of diffuse fibrocystic mastopathy in cats is prepared as follows.
