SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of religious and ritual ceremonies held in churches and temples. Claimed is a method for collecting and removing smoke, soot, ash from the burning of candles from a group of candlesticks installed in temples, cathedrals and other religious buildings, using dome-shaped umbrellas installed over the candles. Air flows polluted with smoke, soot, ash are removed through the upper open ends of vertical pipes, located in the volume at the centre of the domes and embedded coaxially inside the channels of the load-bearing racks of the candlesticks, moved inside the pipes, and from below, through holes in the floor, enter the common mechanical horizontal main air duct installed under the floor of the rooms, passing a fan, an air filter, then through a common vertical air duct mounted on the outer wall of the temples, cathedrals and other religious buildings, being released into the atmosphere.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of purifying the internal air by means of a system for collecting and removing smoke from the candlestick to the outside atmosphere, causing no discomfort for the people present (the congregation).

Description

The invention relates to the field of religious and ritual rites held in churches and temples.

The closest, according to the applicant, is the Bulgarian patent [1], in which the method of collecting and removing smoke, soot, soot during the combustion of candles from a group of candlesticks installed in a temple, cathedral and other places of worship, includes the following elements:

- candlesticks for candles of various diameters, equipped with a carrier stand, resting on the base;

- sequentially installed on the bases, an insert-casing made of rectangular frames in the shape of a parallelepiped.

At the same time, the smoke collection and removal system is made in the form of a dome-shaped reflector with a hole, in the upper part of which a fan can be located. In addition, the reflector through the hole is connected to a pipe that removes smoke from the room.

The disadvantages of the above patent are as follows:

- if the chimney is connected to the reflector, the candlestick can only be placed near the walls;

- architectural objects in which candlesticks are placed are of great historical value and the destruction of walls, for the introduction of a chimney and the implementation of an extract, is unacceptable.

Also close, according to the applicant, is a patent [2], in which the system for collecting and removing smoke, soot, soot during the combustion of candles from a group of candlesticks installed in the temple is made in the form of a reflector with one (several) holes, characterized by the fact that the reflector has a shape that ensures the collection and movement of smoke towards the hole, and is equipped with a filter located in its hole. The candlestick can also be equipped with a fan, which is installed on the reflector or in the reflector hole before (after) the filter.

A significant disadvantage of this method is:

- the presence of noise (mechanical, aerodynamic) arising from the operation of the fan and causing discomfort to the people present (parishioners);

- decrease in the efficiency of cleaning the internal air in the reflector in the absence of a fan in the smoke collection and removal system.

The present invention solves the problem of increasing the efficiency of cleaning the internal air by the system for collecting and removing the smoke of the candlestick outside into the atmosphere, which does not cause discomfort to the people present (parishioners).

The technical result is achieved by the fact that air flows contaminated with smoke, soot, soot are discharged through the upper open ends of the vertical pipes located in the volume in the center of the domes, and, built coaxially inside the channels of the supporting racks of the candlesticks, move inside the pipes and from below, through the holes in floor, enter the common main horizontal air duct with mechanical stimulation, installed under the floor of the room, pass through a fan, an air filter, where they are cleaned of contaminants, then they are released into the atmosphere through a common air duct mounted on the outer wall of the temple, cathedral.

This design of the candlestick smoke collection and removal system allows you to completely localize smoke, soot and other residual combustion products from candles and remove them from the temple, cathedral and other religious buildings to the atmosphere.

The scheme of the claimed invention - a method for collecting and removing smoke, soot, soot during the combustion of candles from a group of candlesticks installed in a temple, cathedral and other places of worship, is shown in the drawing.

Each candlestick contains one bearing rack 1, based on the base 2, tabletop 3 with candles 4, installed in series on the carrier rack, a system for collecting and removing smoke, which is located above the tabletop for candles, consisting of a reflector umbrella in the form of a dome 6, containing a vertical pipe 7 , the upper open end of which is located in the center of the dome 6, the pipe is built coaxially inside the channel of the carrier rack 1, its lower end is connected through a hole in the floor 9 to a horizontal duct 10 with a mechanical drive, located under the floor of the room 8, in which there is a fan 11 and air filter 12. The horizontal air duct 10 is connected to a common vertical air duct 13 located on the outer wall of the temple 14.

The work of the claimed invention - a method of collecting and removing smoke, soot, soot during the combustion of candles from a group of candlesticks installed in the temple, cathedrals and other places of worship is carried out as follows.

During the operation of the candlesticks, the fan 11 is turned on in the horizontal duct 10. When the candles burn, smoke and soot with hot air rise up and enter the dome 6, from where they are sucked in through the upper open end of the pipe 7, built coaxially inside the carrier rack 1, move down the pipe ( shown by arrows in the drawing) and through the hole in the floor they enter the horizontal duct 10 with a mechanical drive located under the floor of the room 8, then the fan 11, the air filter 12 pass through and through the common vertical duct 13 located on the outer wall of the temple 14, they are thrown into the outer atmospheric air, providing comfort for people (parishioners) in the process of religious and ritual rites held in churches and temples.

Thus, the advantage of the claimed invention - a method for collecting and removing smoke, soot, soot during the combustion of candles from a group of candlesticks installed in temples, cathedrals and other places of worship is the possibility of complete localization of smoke, soot and other residual combustion products from candles and their removal from outside into the atmosphere, providing comfortable conditions for people, as well as preventing contamination of the inner surface of walls, vaults and church shrines (icons, iconostases, etc.) while maintaining the necessary silence in churches and temples.
