State of the art
Helix pomatia) нашли свое применение в косметологии и медицине, где они используются благодаря большому содержанию полезных веществ, витаминов и минералов, в том числе: холин - 13%, витамин B12 - 16,7%, витамин E - 33,3%, калий - 15,3%, магний - 62,5%, фосфор - 34%, железо - 19,4%, медь - 40%, селен - 49,8%.Currently, one of the promising areas in medicine and pharmacology is the creation of drugs based on biologically active substances of natural origin. Grape snails (lat. Helix pomatia) have found their application in cosmetology and medicine, where they are used due to the high content of nutrients, vitamins and minerals, including: choline - 13%, vitamin B12 - 16.7%, vitamin E - 33 .3%, potassium - 15.3%, magnesium - 62.5%, phosphorus - 34%, iron - 19.4%, copper - 40%, selenium - 49.8%.
24.10.1974).It is known that grape snail extract, containing mucopolysaccharides, enzymes and amino acids, has a beneficial protective and regenerating effect on the gastric and intestinal mucosa, quickly eliminates painful symptoms and dyspepsia, improves appetite and suppresses insomnia. The symptoms are relieved without the use of sedatives (contained in many of the drugs) and the treatment is generally more stable and durable than with currently used drugs and does not have their unpleasant side effects (German patent application DE2318787, IPC classes A61K 35/56, A61K 17/00, published 10/24/1974).

Disclosure of invention
Задачей изобретения является разработка легкореализуемой, масштабируемой технологии получения концентрированного порошкообразного экстракта из виноградной улитки для использования его в медицине, фармакологии, или в качестве пищевой добавки (БАД).The objective of the invention is to develop an easily implemented, scalable technology for obtaining a concentrated powdered extract from a grape snail for use in medicine, pharmacology, or as a food additive (BAA).
The technical result is an increase in the efficiency and manufacturability of the process of obtaining an extract, reducing time and energy costs when obtaining a high quality powdered extract.
The specified technical result is achieved using a method that includes the following steps: preparatory, during which the snail placed in the cage is provided with flour and water for 3-5 days, after which the snail is provided with only water for 5 days, keeping at a temperature of 19-22 °C; then the prepared snail is mechanically removed from the shell and placed in a homogenizer, to which water is added in an amount of 30% by weight of the snails; after which the homogeneous and homogeneous snail mass is dried and further sterilized.

Sterilization can be carried out within 20-30 minutes.
Implementation of the invention
The essence of the proposed method is as follows.
The method for obtaining a powdered extract from a grape snail consists of the following steps:
1. Preparation of a grape snail.
The snail in the cage is fed for 3-5 days with flour, also provided with water, after which they do not feed for 5 days, leaving only water and the required temperature from +19 to +22°C.
Snail preparation is one of the most important steps. Since the stomach of the snail may contain earth, it should be prepared in the manner described above. As a result, after 5 days, during which only water is available to the snails, the body of the snail is completely cleansed, which ensures the production of a high quality powdered extract.
2. Extraction of the snail.
The prepared snail is mechanically removed from the shell and placed in a homogenizer with the addition of a small amount of water, the amount of water is 30% by weight of the snails. Homogenization is carried out until a mixture of homogeneous composition is obtained.
3. Drying.
A homogeneous and homogeneous mass is dehydrated. For this, a spray dryer with a temperature of 40-45°C or by lyophilization (lyophilization) can be used. Drying can be carried out within 24-26 hours.
4. Sterilization.
Средний цикл стериализации составляет 20-30 минут в зависимости от выбранного метода (аппарата).The sterilization cycle consists of loading the sterilization chamber and the actual sterilization process. The average sterilization cycle is 20-30 minutes, depending on the chosen method (device).
As a result, a fine powder of light gray or gray color is obtained (see photo in Fig. 1-2), which retains the maximum amount of useful substances.
The table shows the nutrient content (calorie, protein, fat, carbohydrate, vitamins and minerals) per 100 grams of powdered extract.
