Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine, in particular to substances used for the treatment of digital dermatitis in cattle.
Digital dermatitis is one of the most important problems of modern dairy farming and animal husbandry in general, as a widespread and economically significant disease. In herds with obvious signs of limb lesions, from 20 to 35% of animals are detected, but it is also possible with a low level of preventive and therapeutic measures to damage up to 70% of the herd. The disease is accompanied by lameness, severe pain in the affected area. Even with a small lesion area, the animal is not able to stand on a diseased limb.
Г. 2019. №7-8. С. 24) [1, 2].In recent years, iodophores have been used as an aseptic component in the composition of ointments. 66l0); The use of iodophores in veterinary surgical practice / Chuvakova E.A., Kurochkina N.G. // Youth and Science. 2019. No. 7-8. P. 24) [1, 2].
A known composition containing iodophores based on ethoxylated para-n-nonylphenol with disinfecting and detergent properties (RF patent No. 2535016) [3]. However, information on the use of this active substance in the composition of an ointment for the treatment of digital dermatitis in cattle was not found in the available literature sources.
The disadvantage of the known composition is that it does not have an analgesic effect.
The objective of the invention is to provide a preparation in the form of an ointment for effective treatment of digital dermatitis in cattle.
The technical result of the proposed invention is to increase the analgesic effect of an antiseptic ointment containing active iodine.
The task and the specified technical result are achieved due to the fact that in the known preparation for the treatment of digital dermatitis of cattle, containing iodophor, according to the invention additionally contains lactic acid, glycerin, dimexide and an ointment base in the following ratios, wt. %: iodophore (C Io = 5.5%) - 70.0; lactic acid (80%) - 5.0; glycerin - 5.0; dimexide - 5.0; ointment base - the rest.
Iodophores are complex compounds of iodine with high molecular weight surfactants. Iodophor and compositions based on it are used as a disinfectant for the treatment of the surgical field, various medical products, etc. Active iodine, which is part of the ointment, has a bactericidal effect against gram-positive, gram-negative bacteria, pathogenic fungi, yeast, mycoplasma and others. The mechanism of the antimicrobial action of active iodine lies in the interaction of iodine with structural and functional proteins of microorganisms. The resulting iodamines lead to a change in the conformation of protein molecules with the loss of their initial physical, chemical and biological properties. Due to this, the destruction of membrane structures and blocking of biocatalytic processes in microbial cells is carried out.
Йодофоры наиболее эффективны в кислой среде (рН от 2 до рН 5) (https://ru.qaz.wiki/wiki/Iodophor, https://web.archive.org/web/20140214181533/http://www.daff.gov.au/animal-plant-health/aquatic/aquavetplan/operational_procedures_manual_-Iodophores are most effective in an acidic environment (pH 2 to pH 5) (https://ru.qaz.wiki/wiki/Iodophor, https://web.archive.org/web/20140214181533/http://www.daff .gov.au / animal-plant-health / aquatic / aquavetplan / operational_procedures_manual_-
