The system also has a customer presence sensor in front of the terminal display, a storage unit for storage and an executive unit, and a hardware and software complex with a centralized control unit for the presentation of goods, which receives data from presence sensors, images of copies of goods presented and offered for sale, data of an interactive dialogue and transmits commands for demonstration of presentations.

EFFECT: use of centralized control of personal presentation makes it possible to increase the operational adaptability of the system as a whole and the terminals used in it.

Prior art

It is advisable to offer the presentation of the goods to the buyer, presumably, who wants to get acquainted with it in more detail, for example, who stops directly in front of the goods. For this purpose, it is known, for example, a display installed on a rack with presented goods, disclosed in US patent US 9560922, published 02/07/2017.

It is known from the prior art, see European patent EP 3005327, published on July 31, 2019, a terminal for personal presentation of goods, including built into a single housing:

- touch screen display,

- customer presence sensor (image sensor),

- control unit for displaying presentations.

This well-known terminal for personal presentation of goods is the closest analogue of the claimed terminal.

In accordance with this known technical solution, the terminal monitors the interaction of the customer with the product by processing customer images. A significant amount of computation is performed and the appropriate processor and software are used. The terminal also includes a specialized rack equipped with scales to determine that the goods have been taken from the rack shelf. Thus, the terminal imposes a restriction on the arrangement of the retail trade area. At the same time, it is not envisaged to combine the terminals into a system with centralized control, which would make it possible to redistribute the monitoring functions of the terminal.

The prior art discloses a system for personal presentation of goods in retail trade disclosed in RF patent No. 2586814, published on June 10, 2016, which includes means of communicating to the buyer a message that influences the buyer's choice, buyer's location sensors and a server (hardware and software complex) that provides bringing a message to the buyer. The main disadvantages of this technical solution are the need for the participation of the buyer to obtain the purchase data (the buyer must read the barcode) or the need to use a “smart shopping cart electronically connected to the specified multi-network for communication”.

At the same time, from the prior art disclosed in the international publication WO 2009077888, published on June 25, 2009, a system for personal presentation of goods in retail trade, including:

- displays located next to the advertised goods,

- sensors of the presence of the buyer and

- a hardware and software complex (computer system) with a centralized control unit for the presentation of goods with communication means that receive data from presence sensors and transmit commands for demonstrating presentations. This known system is the closest analogue of the claimed system for personal presentation of goods in retail.

But this system does not allow us to determine what impact the presentation had on the buyer's decision to buy the product.

The claimed invention is aimed at eliminating the disadvantages of the known technical solutions.

Disclosure of invention

As a result of using the claimed invention, the presentations of the product, including the responses to the buyer's requests, are compared with the fact that the presented product was taken (taken from the shelf). In turn, this provides the basis for the formation of a database and analysis of the behavior of real and potential buyers, determining the effectiveness (efficiency) of each specific presentation of the product.

At the same time, the use of centralized control of personal presentation makes it possible to increase the operational adaptability of the system as a whole and the terminals used in it. This is ensured by the implementation of operations for processing images of goods (the appearance of packages of goods) on the server, in particular, regulating the transfer of images to it from the terminal, as well as downloading presentations to the terminal from the server. When installing or changing the location of the terminal in the trading floor, it is enough to set only the identification numbers of the goods (packages of goods) in the field of view of the video camera, which transmits images of the copies of the goods to the memory block of this terminal at the request of its executive unit.

In addition, the invention makes it possible to reduce the size of the terminal and its power consumption with the same display size as the prototype, since there is no need for a specialized rack and scales to determine that the customer has taken the goods from the shelf, and image processing is carried out outside the terminal.

The specified technical results are achieved in the system of personal presentation of goods, including:

- video cameras for obtaining images of copies of goods offered for sale and advertised (presented),

- terminals , each with built into a single housing:

- display with touch screen,

- a sensor of the customer's presence in front of the terminal display,

- a storage unit, and

- an executive unit containing means for setting the identification numbers of goods in the field of view of at least one video camera, and means for wired or wireless communication using the identification numbers of the terminal and the goods when transmitting to the hardware and software complex the presence sensor data received from of at least one video camera of images offered for sale and presented copies of goods, and the correspondence in time of registration of these images to the presence sensor data (time intervals of the customer's presence in front of the terminal), data of the customer's interactive dialogue with the system (details of the customer's dialogue), product presentation, requests and responses to requests, and receiving commands and information from the hardware-software complex, and

- hardware and software complex with:

a centralized control unit for the presentation of goods with a communication means (wired or wireless) that receives data from the presence sensors, images of instances of goods presented and offered for sale, data of an interactive dialogue and customer requests, and transmits, using the identification number of the terminal, commands for demonstrating presentations, and also product presentations and responses to inquiries,

a unit for processing images of copies of goods offered for sale and counting copies of each product from among those presented and offered for sale,

a block for generating data of the correspondence of the number of offered for sale copies of the presented goods to the time intervals the buyer is in front of the terminal and the used options for the presentation of the goods, the data of the interactive dialogue, the buyer's requests and responses,

a memory unit storing tables of correspondence between identification numbers of terminals and goods received, for example, directly from terminals, images of the appearance and characteristics of goods, options for queries, responses to queries and presentation of goods.

The terminal of the system may additionally include a memory unit for storing images obtained from at least one video camera, offered for sale and presented copies of goods, and the correspondence in time of registration of these images to the data of the presence sensor (time intervals of the customer's presence in front of the terminal), data of the interactive dialogue and presentation of goods, requests and responses to requests, and the executive unit can transmit data and information stored in the memory unit, at the command of the centralized control unit of the hardware and software complex.

The terminal of the system can receive from several video cameras images of different copies of the same product or different products presented through this terminal and offered for sale.

- a memory unit for storing presentations and responses to requests, as well as storing time-bound data of the presence sensor (time intervals of the customer's presence in front of the terminal), data of an interactive dialogue with the customer and options for used product presentations, received requests, responses to requests and images of instances goods received by the camcorder.

The terminal may include a unit for processing images of items offered for sale and counting items of each item from among those presented and offered for sale.

The video camera can be configured to be installed outside the terminal housing and transmit (via wired or wireless communication) the image of the product instances to the memory unit by commands from the control unit.

Additionally, similarly to the technical solution disclosed in EP3005327, the terminal 1 may include a camera with a customer's image recorder supplied to the memory unit 9 of the terminal for storage in temporal correspondence with the detection of the customer's presence in front of the terminal. In this case, the execution unit 8 of the terminal is configured to transmit the customer's image, and the hardware-software complex additionally includes an image processing and customer identification unit, respectively, the centralized control unit for the presentation of goods of the hardware-software complex is configured to receive and transmit the customer's image to the image processing unit and identification of the buyer.
