Abstract

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dermatology, and concerns methods of treating oily skin. Substance of the method consists in that the skin surface is periodically treated with cosmetic agents, performed from 4 to 5 with an interval between treatments in range of 7 to 10 days. Each treatment involves sequential implementation of procedures for make-up removal with cleansing gel with fruit acids, surface peeling with 5-15% salicylic acid for 1-5 minutes, applying gel with aloe extract for period of 10 to 15 minutes. Then one performs skin cleaning with the help of an ultrasonic device, an anti-inflammatory mask with kaolin is applied for 10 minutes. Skin is rubbed with tonic with chamomile extract and the matting cream is distributed with aloe extract.

EFFECT: using the method enables reducing inflammation with high efficiency and preventing acne.

The invention relates to the field of cosmetology and can be used to care for oily skin of the face and body.

State of the art

Excessive sebum secretion is the cause of excessive oily skin due to the influence of genetic, hormonal, anatomical, biochemical and immune factors.

Oily skin has a grayish tint with a characteristic greasy sheen, enlarged pores, open and closed comedones. It is known that increased sebum secretion is the main prerequisite for acne.

Proper care of oily skin involves reducing the production of sebum, narrowing the pores, cleansing comedones, leveling the relief, preventing the occurrence of inflammatory processes, and relieving inflammation.

Various skin care methods are used to improve the condition of oily skin.

Known cosmetic skin cleaning (source [1]: E. Hernandez. New cosmetology. Hardware cosmetology and physiotherapy. M .: Cosmetics and medicine, - 2014, pp. 444-445). Before cleansing the skin, a preparatory stage is performed - heating the skin with lotion or vaporization, which implies steaming the skin with finely dispersed steam.

The known method of cosmetic skin cleaning (source [2]: patent RU No. 2336883). In the method, together with skin cleansing, a moisture-absorbing napkin soaked in antler concentrate with a temperature in the range of 20 to 50 ° C is used to warm up the skin.

A known method of treating the skin in the treatment of acne, including vaporization in the first session (source [3]: patent RU No. 2345753).

These methods [1; 2; 3] imply a thermal effect on the skin, heating the skin, which increases blood flow and, as a result, leads to an increase in skin sensitivity, increased rosacea, the appearance and increase in the size of telangiectasias.

Thus, the known methods of care for oily skin [1; 2; 3] suggest a thermal effect on the skin, accompanied by negative processes inherent in such an effect. At the same time, the most effective and safe procedure for the procedure, the amount of applied cosmetics in relation to oily skin has not been determined.

The essence of the invention

The objective of the present invention is to develop a gentle method of care for oily skin that cleanses the skin of dead cells and comedones, narrows pores, reduces inflammation and sebum production, prevents acne, increases the overall effectiveness of oily skin care, without using a thermal heating effect on the skin ...

The technical result consists in increasing the efficiency of care for oily skin, which manifests itself in cleansing the skin of dead cells and comedones, narrowing the pores, reducing inflammation and sebum production, preventing acne.

The consequence of the technical result is the following technical effects, which are of a cosmetic nature: a decrease in the sebaceous sheen (change in the intensity of gloss), an improvement in skin color (a change in color, subjectively more pleasant emotionally), an alignment of the relief (a decrease in the depth of the grooves and the height of the elevations on the skin), the severity of redness (change in the intensity of the vascular pattern) and narrowing of the pore size (decrease in the transverse size of the pores of the skin).

The technical result is achieved by the fact that in the method of caring for oily skin, the skin surface is periodically treated with cosmetics, 4 to 5 treatments (cycles) with cosmetics are performed with an interval between treatments (cycles) in the range of 7 to 10 days. Each treatment (cycle) includes the sequential execution of procedures: makeup remover with a cleansing gel with fruit acids in a volume of 1.5 ml, surface peeling in a volume of 2 ml with 5-15% salicylic acid for 1 to 5 minutes, application of a gel with an extract aloe in a volume of 15 ml for a period of 10 to 15 minutes, cleansing the skin with an ultrasound machine, applying an anti-inflammatory mask with kaolin in a volume of 15 ml for 10 minutes, rubbing the skin with a tonic with chamomile extract in a volume of 3 ml and distributing a matting cream with extract aloe in the amount of 0.5 ml.

It is envisaged that make-up removal with a cleansing gel with fruit acids is carried out using a foaming gel containing fruit acids, salicylic acid, extracts of sugar cane, chamomile, green tea, aloe.

A surface peeling is used, containing 5 or 15% salicylic acid as the main ingredient, and additional ingredients in the form of glycolic acid, azelaic acid, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and licorice root extract.

A soothing moisturizing gel with aloe extract containing extracts of Centella asiatica, bamboo, cucumber, and lotus is applied.

Cleaning is carried out using an ultrasonic apparatus in the mode from 25 to 30 Hz.

An anti-inflammatory mask with kaolin containing bentonite, extracts of aloe, chamomile, calendula, arnica is used.

Wipe the skin with a tonic with chamomile extract containing allantoin.

A matting cream containing extracts of aloe, chamomile, cucumber, hyaluronic acid is used.

The technical result is achieved by periodically performing a set number of treatments (cycles), each of which contains a sequence of actions (procedures) that contribute to a consistent change in the conditions of oily skin, cleansing of sebum, removal of keratinized cells, comedones, and pore narrowing.

The method is carried out as follows.

The invention is intended for use for the care of oily skin of the face and body.

The method of care for oily skin includes periodic treatment of the skin surface with cosmetics. Perform from 4 to 5 treatments (cycles) with cosmetic products with an interval between treatments in the range of 7 to 10 days.

Each treatment (cycle) includes the sequential execution of procedures: makeup remover with a cleansing gel with fruit acids in a volume of 1.5 ml, surface peeling in a volume of 2 ml with 5-15% salicylic acid for 1 to 5 minutes, application of a gel with an extract aloe in a volume of 15 ml for a period of 10 to 15 minutes, cleansing the skin with an ultrasound machine, applying an anti-inflammatory mask with kaolin in a volume of 15 ml for 10 minutes, rubbing the skin with a tonic with chamomile extract in a volume of 3 ml and distributing a matting cream with extract aloe in the amount of 0.5 ml.

Below are examples that describe the essence of the way to care for oily skin. At the same time, the particular applications of the method according to the invention do not limit the scope of the claims.

First, make-up removal is carried out with a cleansing gel with fruit acids, make-up removal is carried out using a 1.5 ml foaming gel containing fruit acids, salicylic acid, extracts of sugar cane, chamomile, green tea, aloe.

Then a surface peeling is done in the amount of 2 ml with 5-15% salicylic acid for 1-5 minutes, a surface peeling containing 5 or 15% salicylic acid as the main ingredient and additional ingredients in the form of glycolic acid, azelaic acid is used , hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, licorice root extract.

Then apply a gel with aloe extract in a volume of 15 ml for 10-15 minutes, apply a soothing moisturizing gel with aloe extract, containing extracts of Asiatic Centella, bamboo, cucumber, lotus.

Then cleaning is carried out using an ultrasonic apparatus, cleaning is carried out in the mode of 25-30 Hz.

After that, an anti-inflammatory mask with kaolin in a volume of 15 ml is applied for 10 minutes, an anti-inflammatory mask with kaolin contains bentonite, extracts of aloe, chamomile, calendula, arnica.

Then rub the skin with a tonic in the amount of 3 ml with chamomile extract, wipe the skin with a tonic with chamomile extract containing allantoin.

Next, a matting cream with a volume of 0.5 ml with aloe extract is distributed, the matting cream contains extracts of aloe, chamomile, cucumber, hyaluronic acid.

The full cycle of such procedures consists of 4-5 with an interval of 7-10 days.

The specified sequence of actions leads to cleansing the skin of dead cells and comedones, narrowing pores, reducing inflammation and sebum production, and preventing acne.

Clinical Example 1 See FIG. 1, 2, 3, 4. Patient M., 35 years old. The skin on the face is oily with many enlarged pores in the forehead, cheeks, and chin. On the cheeks there are multiple spots of hyperpigmentation, single atrophic scars.

First, we carried out a make-up removal with a cleansing gel with fruit acids. A 1.5 ml cleansing gel was applied to the patient's skin. Then a surface peeling was carried out in the amount of 2 ml with 5% salicylic acid for 5 minutes, the residues were removed using wet wipes. Then, for 10 minutes, a gel with an aloe extract in a volume of 15 ml was applied for 10 minutes, and the cleaning was carried out on an ultrasonic apparatus in a 25 Hz mode for 10 minutes. Then they applied a 15 ml anti-inflammatory mask with kaolin for 10 minutes, the residues were removed with wet wipes. Then the skin was wiped with a tonic in the amount of 3 ml with chamomile extract. Then, a matting cream in the amount of 0.5 ml with aloe extract was distributed on the skin. The described procedures were performed according to the above described scheme 4 times with an interval of 7 days. Changes in the condition of the skin were observed (Fig. 1; 2; 3; 4; 5) and a positive dynamics of the emotional state of the patient. The skin has become smoother, matte and lighter.

For make-up remover, for example, a gel containing lactic, glycolic and salicylic acids, extracts of sugar cane, chamomile, green tea and aloe can be used. However, make-up removers with a different composition can be used.

Gel in an amount of 1.5 ml is applied to the treated skin surface, spread with soft circular movements along the massage lines for 1-2 minutes, then thoroughly washed off with warm water using napkins.

The cleansing procedure helps to remove impurities, sebum and keratinized cells, creates conditions for the penetration of subsequent products into deeper layers, prepares the skin for the next stage.

On cleansed dry skin, 2 ml of surface peeling is applied, while it is desirable to use 5-15% salicylic acid as the main ingredient.

Salicylic acid belongs to phenolic aromatic acids. It has a pronounced keratolytic effect, improves the evacuation of sebum from the ducts of the sebaceous glands, softens the surface of comedones.

In this case, the composition of the peeling can be supplemented with other active ingredients. For example, glycolic acid, azelaic acid, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, licorice root extract. However, other ingredients may also be used.

The peeling is applied to the skin with cotton swabs, distributed along the massage lines in 1-2 layers and left for 1-5 minutes. After that, the remnants of the peeling are washed off with warm water napkins.

Superficial peeling acts in a gentle way, helps to narrow the pores, reduce sebum secretion, evens out the skin surface, softens the contents of the sebaceous glands for the further stage of comedone extraction.

A 15 ml gel with aloe extract is applied to the surface of the skin, distributed and left for 10-15 minutes. Aloe extract has an anti-inflammatory, moisturizing, emollient and antiseptic effect on the skin, increases local immunity, promotes the penetration of other active substances into the skin.

In this case, the composition of the gel may include other active ingredients, for example, extract of Asiatic Centella, bamboo, cucumber, lotus.

However, any gel with aloe and other active ingredients can be used.

The skin is cleaned using an ultrasonic apparatus with a power of 25 Hz for 10 minutes. Preferably, ultrasonic cleaning is carried out on the device UZMT 2.12-01 "Galatea", however, other devices can be used.

Ultrasonic mechanical vibrations contribute to deep cleansing of the skin from the remaining horny scales and deep comedones, improving micro- and lymphatic circulation, as well as the penetration of aloe gel into deeper layers of the skin. If necessary, carry out manual extraction of comedones. The remains of the gel are washed off with napkins with warm water.

Apply a dense layer of a mask with kaolin in a volume of 15 ml.

Kaolin is widespread in nature. Absorbs sebum, toxins from the surface of the skin, reduces inflammation and congestion. It has antibacterial, hemostatic and antiviral effects. Possesses photoprotective properties, which is necessary to protect the skin after the procedure in order to reduce the risk of pigmentation.

The mask is applied to the skin with light movements along the massage lines, left for 10-15 minutes. After that, the leftovers are removed using cotton napkins moistened with warm water.

An example of such a mask is a mask with kaolin, bentonite, extracts of aloe, chamomile, calendula, arnica. However, other active ingredients can be used.

The mask tightens pores, reduces the severity of inflammation, normalizes the secretion of sebum.

Distribute tonic with chamomile extract in an amount of 3 ml. The tonic reduces the severity of inflammation, moisturizes, restores skin acidity. In this case, other active ingredients, for example, allantoin, may be included in the tonic.

However, any tonic with chamomile extract and other active ingredients can be used.

Apply 0.5 ml of cream with light massage movements. The cream may contain, for example, extracts of aloe, chamomile, cucumber, hyaluronic acid. The cream softens the skin, moisturizes, protects the skin from adverse environmental influences.

To achieve a cosmetic effect, the described sequence of procedures is advisable to be carried out 1 time in 7-10 days with a course of 4-5 times. Treatment courses can be repeated as needed. As a prophylaxis and to maintain the effect, you can repeat the procedure 1-2 times in 6-12 months.

Clinical example 2, see Fig. 5; 6; 7; 8; nine; ten; eleven; 12; 13; 1 4. Patient B., 39 years old. The skin on the face is oily, hypersensitivity is noted. On the face in the forehead, cheeks, chin, there are many enlarged pores, open comedones. There are also telangiectasias on the wings of the nose.

Makeup removal was carried out with a cleansing gel with fruit acids in the amount of 1.5 ml, makeup removal was carried out using a foaming gel containing fruit acids, salicylic acid, extracts of sugar cane, chamomile, green tea, aloe.

Then a surface peeling was carried out with 15% salicylic acid for 1 minute, a surface peeling was used in an amount of 2 ml, containing 15% salicylic acid as the main ingredient, and additional ingredients in the form of glycolic acid, azelaic acid, hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, licorice root extract.

The rest of the product was washed off with warm water napkins.

Then they applied a gel with aloe extract for 15 minutes, applied a soothing moisturizing gel with aloe extract in a volume of 15 ml, containing extracts of centella asiatica, bamboo, cucumber, lotus.

After 15 minutes, ultrasonic cleaning of the skin was carried out, in the 30 Hz mode, except for the cheeks and wings of the nose, where there were telangiectasias. In these areas, a gentle manual extraction of comedones was performed. The remaining gel was washed off with water.

Then they applied an anti-inflammatory mask with kaolin in an amount of 15 ml for 10 minutes, an anti-inflammatory mask with kaolin contains bentonite, extracts of aloe, chamomile, calendula, arnica. Remains of the mask were removed with wet wipes.

Then they rubbed the skin with a 3 ml chamomile extract tonic containing allantoin. Distributed 0.5 ml of matting cream with aloe, chamomile, cucumber, hyaluronic acid extract.

According to the indicated scheme, 5 sessions of procedures were carried out with an interval of 10 days.

Objectively: redness has decreased, the skin has become smoother, matte and radiant, pores have decreased. There was a positive dynamics of the emotional state.

The proposed method of care for oily skin, based on a gentle step-by-step effect without steaming, provides delicate cleansing of the skin from impurities and comedones, reducing inflammation, greasy shine, narrowing pores, smoothing the relief, acquiring a healthy skin color, lightening, and preventing the appearance of acne elements.

The claimed technical solution can be implemented using modern technology.

The method expands the existing arsenal of methods for oily skin care and provides cleansing of the skin from dead skin cells and comedones, narrowing of pores, reducing inflammation and sebum production, and preventing acne.
