The invention relates to the anatomy of veterinary medicine and can be used for the manufacture of educational vascular preparations.
Н. Universal tinting paste "Ecoterra" was used as a dye. The filling was carried out using disposable catheters of various diameters and disposable syringes of various volumes. Ligation of the vessels was carried out with cotton threads 1-1.5 mm thick. The organs being filled vessels were rinsed with ammonia. The poured vessels and organs were fixed in a 10% formalin solution for 12-24 hours, steam was treated for an hour. Then the organs were removed, cleaned of soft tissues, washed under running tap water. After that, it was placed in a 4% solution of alkali (sodium hydroxide), left at a temperature of 56-58 ° C for 12-24 hours, then washed under a weak stream of running water until the macerated tissues were completely removed and dried [Shedko V.V., Gushchin Ya.A., Muzhikyan A.A., Makarova M.N. Topical issues of veterinary biology. - 2016. - No. 4 (32].
The disadvantage of this method is the high cost, duration, labor intensity of the process.
Наиболее близким по технической сущности является способ изготовления учебных анатомических препаратов кровеносных сосудов на трупном материале, заключающийся в том, что проводят наливку в сосуды наливочной массой, основу которой составляет 100%-ный силикон, разбавленный бензином с добавлением масляных красок - кадмий красный и хром-кобальт для введения в артерии, берлинская лазурь или пражская синяя для вен, зеленый для желчных протоков, при этом сначала наливают сосуды конечностей, головы и шеи, затем наливают остальные сосуды, после чего окрашивают их снаружи этой же наливочной массой, которую дополнительно разбавляют бензином в соотношении 1:3 [Патент №2270483].The closest in technical essence is a method of making educational anatomical preparations of blood vessels on cadaveric material, which consists in the fact that filling the vessels with a filling mass, the basis of which is 100% silicone, diluted with gasoline with the addition of oil paints - cadmium red and chromium cobalt for introduction into arteries, Prussian blue or Prague blue for veins, green for bile ducts, while first pouring the vessels of the limbs, head and neck, then pouring the rest of the vessels, after which they are painted outside with the same filling mass, which is additionally diluted with gasoline in the ratio of 1: 3 [Patent No. 2270483].
The disadvantage of this method is the high cost, duration, labor intensity of the process, the low quality of the resulting educational anatomical preparations.
The technical result of the claimed invention is to reduce the cost, labor intensity and duration of the process, improve the quality of the resulting educational anatomical preparations.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that the method of making educational anatomical preparations of blood vessels on the cadaveric material of animals and birds, which consists in the fact that the vessels are filled with a filling mass with the addition of paints - red for introduction into the arteries, blue - for veins, while the vessels are first poured extremities, head and neck, then the rest of the vessels are poured, Villacryl H Plus acrylic material with a concentration of powder and solution of 1: 5 and 1: 3 is used as a pouring mass, a red or blue dye concentrate "Redont-kolir" is used as paints, the corpse with poured vessels is kept in a 4% sodium hydroxide solution at a temperature of 50 ° C for three days.
The use of Villacryl H PIusb acrylic material as a filling mass allows to reduce labor intensity and cost, as well as to simplify the method of filling the blood vessels. Carrying out filling with a filling mass with a concentration of 1: 5, and then with a concentration of 1: 3, significantly increases the quality of the received educational anatomical preparations. The first portion of the pouring mass, with the ratio of powder and solution - 1: 5, is finely dispersed and penetrates to the smallest vessels, the second, the pouring mass with the ratio of powder and solution - 1: 3, thicker, fills large vessels, creating volume in them.
Keeping a corpse with poured vessels in a 4% sodium hydroxide solution at a temperature of 50 ° C for three days allows the soft tissues of an animal or bird to completely dissolve, which increases the quality of the received educational anatomical preparations and significantly reduces the complexity and duration of the process, since in a fewer days, complete erosion of tissues will not occur, and in a larger number, all bone tissue will dissolve. The temperature of 50 ° C of sodium hydroxide solution allows to activate the process of tissue erosion, which reduces the duration of the process of making educational anatomical preparations.
The method for pouring blood vessels is carried out in three stages:
First stage: prepare the corpse of an animal or bird. For this, the corpse of an animal or bird is kept for three days at room temperature to relax the valve apparatus of the venous vessels. The muscles are separated from each other without incisions and cannulas are inserted into the vessels, through which the vessels are washed with water at a temperature of 37-40 ° C.
Prepare a pouring mass for primary and secondary pouring. Portions are prepared just before pouring. Store the filling mass for no more than 30 minutes. For a portion of the pouring mass of the primary pouring mix powder and a solution of Villacryl H PIusb acrylic material in a ratio of 1: 5 and add 5 ml of Redont-kolir dye concentrate of the required color - veins - blue, arteries - red for vessel differentiation. A portion of the filling mass for secondary filling is prepared similarly to the primary one, but in a ratio of -1: 3.
Stage three. The third stage is the filling of the vessels.
Syringes of different sizes are used (10 ml, 20 ml, 50 ml). Syringes and needles should be treated with a liquid solution of petroleum jelly before filling. First, the arteries are filled, then the veins are filled. The consumption of the filling mass is from 20 to 50 ml. The filling is carried out until the pressure in the vessels is created.
The vessels of the corpse of an animal or bird are poured at a temperature of 37-40 ° C through the femoral or axillary or jugular vessels, while the filling mass inside the vessels becomes elastic.
First, primary filling is carried out - a prepared portion of the filling mass is introduced, with a powder to solution ratio of 1: 5 - more liquid, for greater filling of capillaries and small vessels, and then a secondary filling is carried out - a prepared portion of the filling mass is introduced with a powder and solution ratio of 1: 3 - thicker, which contributes to the creation of pressure in the vessels.
After filling the vessels completely and creating pressure in them, when the syringe plunger does not move, the filled vessels are squeezed with a forceps. After pouring the vessels, the corpse of an animal or bird is left for 30 minutes for complete polymerization of the filling mass, then the corpse of an animal or bird is placed in a 4% sodium hydroxide solution at a temperature of 50 ° C, held for three days to obtain an impression of the vessels, which is then washed with warm water and dried at room temperature.
The claimed method of making educational anatomical preparations of blood vessels on the cadaveric material of animals and birds provides a better quality of staining of blood vessels, due to which there is a good visibility of the prepared preparations, on which arterial and venous vessels are clearly visible in color. Due to the low cost of the filling mass, the cost of manufactured preparations is halved. Due to the fact that the corpse of an animal or bird is not opened before pouring, the labor intensity is reduced and the duration of the process of making anatomical preparations of blood vessels decreases.
The claimed method of making educational anatomical preparations of blood vessels on the cadaveric material of animals and birds was tested in the laboratory of the Department of Anatomy, Histology, Physiology and Pathological Anatomy of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Omsk State Agrarian University.
