Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the production of polymer compositions based on powder fillers and granular polypropylene, which can be used for the manufacture of structural products.
One of the main requirements that polymer compositions intended for the manufacture of structural products must meet is to ensure their structure without internal defects - cracks, delaminations.
A known composition based on sulfur (binder) and mineral fillers (RF patent No. 2153714, IPC 7 С04В 28/36, publication July 27, 2000). Its disadvantage is its low strength.
Known polymer is a solution containing an epoxy resin ED-16, polyethylene polyamine (binder), a plasticizer and a filler of optical glass of a certain particle size distribution (RF patent No. 2142439, IPC 7 04B 26/14, publication 10.12.1999). A significant disadvantage of the polymer is its tendency to crack formation.
Also known is a material containing a rubber base and a powdery filler with a certain particle size distribution, providing maximum particle packing per unit volume of the composition (RF patent No. 2111559, IPC 7 G21F 1/10, publication 05.20.1998). The disadvantage of the material is its fragility and low mechanical strength.
In accordance with the theory of Graphite, an increase in the likelihood of microcracks is due to the movement in the volume of the composition of large particles of solid filler.
210).Compositions based on polyolefins, for example, based on polypropylene, possess relatively high mechanical properties (“Encyclopedia of Polymers” - M .: “Soviet Encyclopedia”, 1974, v. 3, p. 210).
Ближайшим по технической сущности к заявляемому техническому решению является полимерная композиция следующего состава, мас.%:Closest to the technical nature of the claimed technical solution is a polymer composition of the following composition, wt.%:
порошковый вольфрам 49÷73;powder tungsten 49 ÷ 73;
порошковое железо 6,0÷11;powder iron 6.0 ÷ 11;
2.according to the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2325998 01/10/2006, B29C 45/16, C08L 23/12, publication 10.06.2008. The components of the composition are mixed and extruded at the melting point of polypropylene in the mold. The product is pressed at a temperature of 100-140 ° C and cooled to room temperature at a specific pressing pressure of 700-1000 kg / cm 2 .
The disadvantage of the composition used in the manufacture of parts in this way is the appearance of cracks and delaminations in them. For some structural products, polymer compositions are required that make it possible to obtain them without cracks and other defects. The disadvantage of the prototype composition used in the manufacture of parts in this way is the appearance of cracks and delaminations in them.
The technical problem, the solution of which is provided by the implementation of the claimed invention, is the development of a polymer composition for the manufacture of structural products without defects.
Техническая проблема решается путем использования в составе композиции каучука синтетического термостойкого низкомолекулярного (СКТН) по ГОСТ 13835-73 при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:The technical problem is solved by using synthetic heat-resistant low molecular weight (SKTN) rubber composition in accordance with GOST 13835-73 in the following ratio of components, wt.%:
2.A composition based on a powder inorganic filler, a copolymer of propylene with ethylene and rubber SKTN is prepared in a known manner: they are mixed and extruded at a temperature of 210 ÷ 230 ° C, then pressed at a temperature of 100-140 ° C and cooled to room temperature at a specific pressure of 700-1000 kg / cm 2 .
Примеры 9-10 контрольные (согласно прототипу).The following are examples illustrating the essence of the invention. The data are tabulated. Examples 9-10 control (according to the prototype).
An analysis of the examples in the table shows that the introduction of a composition based on a powder of inorganic filler with a uniformly distributed total density of 11.3 to 19.3 g / cm 3 and a copolymer of propylene with ethylene rubber SKTN in an amount of 0.5 ÷ 1.0 wt .% eliminates the formation of defects in the structure of the product material. The introduction of SCTH rubber into the composition in an optimal ratio promotes the formation of adsorption layers, which play the role of boundary lubrication, facilitating the mutual movement of supramolecular structures. The increasing mobility of structural formations contributes to their mutual orientation, which leads to an improvement in the structure of the composite material.
The introduction of more than 1.0 wt.% SKTN rubber into the composition does not lead to a further increase in the quality of the structure of the material and parts pressed from it, therefore, an increase in SKTN in wt.% Is impractical.
External and internal defects were inspected visually on sections of the part.
