Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of compositions and technology of highly filled composite materials and products based on dispersed wood-plant fillers and thermoplastic polymer binders and can be used in furniture manufacturing, construction, mechanical engineering and other industries.
Composite material is known (patent RU 2170716, С04В 26/02, ВВВ 17/00, published on July 20, 2001) made of a mixture of a polymeric material and a filler. As a binder, a thermoplastic polymer is used in an amount of 50-85% by weight, and as the rest by weight of the filler mixture contains sand.
The reasons that impede the achievement of the technical result indicated below when using a known substance include low physicochemical parameters and high cost.
Closest to the claimed invention, the composition for the same purpose in terms of features is a composite material made of a mixture of a polymeric material and a filler (see RU 2002125536, publ. March 27, 2004). Secondary polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is used as a polymeric material in an amount of 15-99% by weight, and as the rest by weight of the filler mixture, it contains sand, and / or ground glass breakage, and / or ceramic, preferably red, brick. Adopted for the prototype.
The reasons that impede the achievement of the technical result indicated below when using a known substance adopted as a prototype include the fact that secondary PET, high humidity sand, and a polymer matrix modifier are not used as a binder in a known substance of a known composition.
The problem to which the invention is directed, is to increase certain physico-chemical parameters and reduce the cost of the composite. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in the proposed composite material, including a polymer binder and a filler, a filler with a moisture content of not more than 7% is used, PET binder is used as a binder, and polyhydroxyether is also added. Effect: increase the strength, hardness, heat resistance and fluidity of the melt, as well as reducing the cost of the composite itself.
The specified technical result in the implementation of the invention is achieved by the fact that the composite material, consisting of a polymeric binder and a filler, contains sand belonging to the group "very fine" (M to = 1-1.5 mm), humidity not more than 7%, as PETFlexes are used as a binder (a shredded plastic bottle, not recycled polyethylene terephthalate), and also additionally contains polyhydroxyether, in the following ratio, wt.%: PET 53.5-72.5, sand 25-45, polyhydroxyether 1.5 -2.5. As the reinforcing material, sawdust and wood chips can be used, both processed and untreated with glyoxal, glass break with individual particle sizes up to 3 mm, the glass mass being 25-50% of sand, or brick fight, the size of individual particles does not exceed 5 mm, and the mass of the battle does not exceed 50% of the sand.
The sample is difficult to burn - it is gradually charred when exposed to open fire, when it is removed, the material ceases to char.
Information confirming the possibility of carrying out the invention with obtaining the above technical result:
The claimed composition is processed into finished products by direct extrusion. The content of each ingredient varies within the limits indicated in the claims, depending on the required characteristics.
Preparation of hot mass for extrusion: in a twin-screw extruder with codirectionally rotating screws with direct loading of the starting components, polyhydroxy ether and sand are gradually introduced into the PET heated to 270 ° C, as well as with a separated polymer plasticization zone and mixing the components by side loading of wood filler into the extruder zone where the polymer completely transfers to the melt, a wood reinforcing filler is added. This approach reduces the residence time of the wood filler in a hot extruder, which accordingly reduces the likelihood of carbonization.
The claimed material is durable, fireproof, cheap, environmentally friendly.
