Description

The invention relates to the clothing industry, namely, the subject of outerwear for people with disabilities (wheelchair users).

The proposed device as an invention is a semi-overalls for the indicated purpose, which is a combination of a bodice without sleeves with a piece of clothing covering the lower part of the body, and having two types of transformation:

- product (I), consisting of a bodice and a skirt (panel, covering both legs);

- product (II), consisting of a bodice and trousers.

Known (RU, 2528161, C1, IPC A41D 1/00, published 30.10.2013) suit for people with disabilities (wheelchair users), containing pants with lining, which consist of front and back halves, connected by seams in the middle line , while the side seams are made detachable on the zipper and are shifted towards the front, in addition, the pants have additional undercuts on the front halves at the level of the upper leg fold (similar to the lower section of the front yoke of the semi-overalls), and on the back half of the trousers - a yoke andrib webbing on the bottom.

The disadvantages of the known design of the trousers include: (a) low functionality due to the absence of lightning along the stepped seam; (b) an insufficient level of comfort in the area of the knee joint and the area of the buttocks due to the absence in these places of sufficient volume, which can be achieved through folds, tucks, undercuts.

The task (technical problem), which the present invention is directed to, is to create outerwear for people with physical disabilities, providing a high level of comfort.

The technical result achieved in the implementation of the present invention, is to extend the functionality of outdoor clothing for people with disabilities - wheelchairs.

This technical result is achieved due to the fact that in the step seams of the lower part (bottom) of the semi-overalls, having an anatomical (repeating the shape of the body of a seated person) cut, which is a pants consisting of front and rear halves, connected by side, step and middle sections , and made detachable along the side seams, there is one detachable two-lock zipper for transforming the trousers into a cloth covering both legs and back.

The production of trousers detachable along the side seams can be carried out using, for example, one- or two-lock separable zippers or a velcro (velcro) textile fastener.

Installing a detachable two-lock zipper in the step seams of the lower part of the semi-overalls not only simplifies its use (for example, put on / take off shoes) without any help, but also provides for the transformation of the lower part of the semi-overalls from the trousers to the cover covering both legs (skirt) and back, i.e. the product is multifunctional and, accordingly, suitable both for walking in especially cold weather, and for playing sports on ice.

The anatomical cut of the claimed product is achieved with the help of various structural articulations (undercuts), darts, folds, which make it possible to get the volumetric shape of the product parts from different flat sections from its flat patterns and due to which good quality of the fit of the product is achieved, in this particular case - on the figure wheelchair user. The removed bib overall of the claimed design retains the configuration shown in FIG. one.

So, the front part of the trousers, which is the middle halves of the front halves of the trouser legs, has a yoke (front yoke), which consists of two halves, from which the center half of the width of the front halves of each leg is folded towards the knee line (recommended length 21, 0 + 0.5 cm), and in the knee area on each front half of the leg the folds are laid: one fold from the step seam and two folds from the side seams; perpendicular to the step and side seams, respectively.

On the upper edge of the bodice, closer to its side edges, holders / loops are inserted, each for a buckle-lock, designed to fix one of the ends of the shoulder straps. At the other end of each strap of the bodice, there is at least one slotted loop with which the buttons sewn on the back yoke of the bottom of the product in accordance with the location of the loop, this end of the strap is fastened to the bottom of the semi-overall. To adjust the semi-overalls along the waist line (in width), a perforated elastic tape 2.0 cm wide, inserted along the upper cut of the front yoke, as well as an elastic tape, strewn from the inside on the back yoke on the waist line, is used.

All details of a bottom, and also a bodice of semi-overalls, as a rule, carry out on a lining. The most preferred material for the lining is a knitted fabric with antibacterial impregnation applied using nanotechnology. Such a lining material allows in case of contact with open areas of the body to provide a wound-healing effect in the presence of dermatitis of the skin.

For the top (outer side) of the product, a two-layer softshell fabric (softshell) is preferable: the top layer is water-repellent, protecting against precipitation; bottom - warmed, fleecy, allowing to keep heat inside. The material of the bodice and shoulder straps is the same as at the bottom of the product: the straps and the top of the bodice are softshell, the bodice lining is knitted.

Taking into account the peculiarities of the claimed model and for preserving heat in the space near the bottom of the product, as a rule, they are pulled together with an elastic tape.

The semi-overalls having artificial heating can be used for walks in fresh air at low temperatures and for playing sports on ice arenas.

The semi-overalls made of wear-resistant materials can be washed in a conventional washing machine at a temperature of 30 ° C, after removing the removable liners with heating elements.

In the claimed product can be implemented two models of semi-overalls on the lining (bodice with a skirt and bodice with pants), each of which can be used both with heating (liners attached) and without heating (liners disconnected).

Below, as proof of the industrial feasibility of the invention, with reference to the above drawings, a description is given of a specific, but not the only possible, construction of the claimed semi-overalls.

The semi-overalls (Fig. 1-5) have the upper part (top of the product) in the form of bodice 1 with straps 2 connected to the lower part (bottom of the product / semi-overalls), which is a panel that covers both legs (Fig. 2, 3) in product (I) or pants (Fig. 4, 5) in the product (II).

The bodice 1 (Fig. 8) of the product, having the shape of a trapezium, is made on a lining, with removable straps 2 and two patch pockets 3 with flaps 4, each fastened with a textile fastener 5. Holders are inserted in the upper edge of the bodice, closer to its lateral edges. loops 6, each for buckle-lock 7.
