Abstract
Description
The technical field to which the invention relates.
The invention relates to non-lethal weapons with sound, light, irritant (irritant) means of hitting the target and is intended for use as a means of limiting targeted aggressive physical actions, deterring and dispersing an aggressive crowd in the police technique of suppressing mass disturbances of public order.
The level of technology
[1-3].There are known devices for deterring and dispersing an aggressive crowd, which are hand-held light-sound grenades and light-sound grenades with irritants and traumatic elastic ready-hit grenades, such as “Zarya”, “Flame”, “Fakel”, GSZ, “Vyushka”, “Drofa”, “ Vyun-K ”and others [1-3].
В настоящее время за рубежом боеприпасы светозвукового действия практически не патентуются, вероятно потому, что создание устройств действие которых обеспечивается энергией взрывчатых веществ (BB) пиротехнических составов, порохов уже несет за собой новых технических решений и разработки подобных устройств идут по направлению создание компактных (имеется ввиду устройства в габаритных размерах классических гранат и снарядов к ручным гранатометам) по новым инновационным развиваемым в США и получившим название «Compact Non-Lethal Non-Pyrotechnic Flash-Bang Technologies».At present, light-sound munitions are practically not patented abroad, probably because the creation of devices whose action is provided by the energy of explosives (BB) pyrotechnic compositions, powders already carries new technical solutions and the development of such devices goes towards the creation of compact (meaning devices in overall dimensions of classic grenades and projectiles to hand grenade launchers) according to new innovative technologies developed in the USA and called “Compact Non-Lethal Non-Pyrotechnic Flash-Bang Technologies.
The disadvantage of light and sound grenades is their increased invasiveness for people who are in an aggressive crowd, primarily because of possible mechanical injuries if a grenade is hurled into the head or injured areas of the body, since a hand and grenade grenade is always a hard and heavy object. large relative lateral load.
[5].The main disadvantage of the majority of well-known light and sound grenades is their high injury risk for casual or non-aggressive participants in an aggressive crowd. The recommended distance from the above grenades at their rupture (not to cause serious injuries to people) is 2 ... 5 m. The explosion of a grenade in a crowd is very traumatic, since the high explosive-crushing effect of the 88-40 pyrotechnic light-sound compositions in the shell (case) of a grenade is from 40 ... 70% of the high explosive-crushing effect of the explosion of a military explosive (BB) of TNT, and in terms of the draft, TNF can surpass. Most of the structures of light-sound grenades also form solid fragments of non-metallic bodies and metal parts of garnet fuses during an explosion. Practice shows that a sound-acoustic grenade exploding close to biological objects, as a rule, causes severe mechanical injuries, including with crushing and tearing of limbs, or serious damage to the organs of vision up to the smallest fragments of the grenade body, including subsequent blindness. Despite the absence of splinters declared in the descriptions of grenades at rupture, in reality lesions are also inflicted by fragments of non-metallic bodies of grenades and, moreover, high-speed particles of metal fuel, condensed oxidizer, and solid heated metal oxides of the explosion products. In connection with the great trauma, as practice shows, law enforcement officers use sound and sound guarantors extremely rarely and only in exceptional cases, realizing their high trauma and the risks of subsequent administrative and even (in the case of fatal injuries) criminal liability. The effect of an explosion of a sound-acoustic grenade in the immediate vicinity of a material object is given, for example, in [4]. Fragment wounds from the explosion of light-sound gran are given in [5].
To control the degree of non-lethal impact of light-sound grenades is fundamentally impossible. When a person is close to a person, the degree of exposure may be too large and causes penetrating shrapnel wounds, contusions, rib fractures, brain concussion, significant superficial damage to various organs and skin, skull damage, heart failure, kidney, liver, internal hemorrhages, fracturing and separation of limbs, in the limit - a high probability of death or disability of the object of use. In all constructions of light-sound grenades implemented in today's time, diametrically opposite requirements cannot be fulfilled: ensuring complete “non-lethal” damage to the object (s) used in the case of use, on the one hand, and ensuring effective impact, i.e. sufficient deterrent and dissipative aggressive - crowd action, on the other hand. The search for the optimal ratio of non-lethal requirements and the effectiveness of the impact is still an urgent and not fully solved task.
The lack of light-sound grenades of all types also lies in the fact that all types of such grenades contain condensed pyrotechnic compositions, which are also blasting explosives of reduced power when they are detonated using detonators. The explosion of one grenade during the storage of light-acoustic grenades in a warehouse causes the inevitable explosion of all grenades and the corresponding disastrous consequences. The storage and use of light-sound grenades is equivalent to the storage and use of explosives with the corresponding necessary measures for the security of accounting, storage, preservation, which inevitably complicates the possibility of their use. Getting light and sound grenades into the hands of offenders as a result of weaning them from law enforcement is even more dangerous due to the possibility of individual use of taken away (stolen) grenades to commit crimes, for example, using homemade fragmentation shirts for grenades.
[7].In addition to these drawbacks, it should be noted the very high price of hand-held light-sound grenades, which does not allow using them in the quantities necessary for solving various operational tasks. For example, the cost of the Zarya-2 manual light-sound grenade, the most common in the power services of the Russian Federation, is 1959.49 rubles apiece until February 15, 2016 ([6]). The cost of the hand-held light-sounding irritating grenade “Drofa-PM” in 2014 amounted to 13,472.09 rubles per item [7].

The implementation of the invention
1. FIG. 1. A grenade consists of a hermetic
The
In one of the variants of bringing a grenade into a combat (operating) position, the internal cavity of the
In another variant of bringing a grenade into a firing position, the
In another embodiment of bringing a grenade into a firing position, the
In the third variant of bringing a grenade into a combat position (Fig. 2a.),
1.In the storage state, the housing may not be evacuated, but filled with water. To bring the grenade into working (combat) position, the user connects the filling
In all the above-mentioned variants of bringing the proposed grenade into a combat (operational) position, before the user fills the grenade body with fuel, oxygen or air, or a gas charge, the grenade can be stored with an initiating device permanently attached to it, which is unacceptable during storage of grenades - analogs (unacceptable storing light and sound grenades with fuses / fuses). The only option for the inadmissibility of long-term storage of the proposed grenades with attached initiating devices is storage with the case already filled with a gas charge.
For unloading a grenade in the event of cancellation, the need to use a grenade in the body of a grenade can be made, equipped with a sealed removable plug, installed mainly on the threaded connection. If it is necessary to unload a grenade, the body of which is already filled with a gas charge, the hermetic plug is removed, the grenade body is filled with water through the opening to displace the gas charge from the body, after which the water is drained from the grenade body and the hole is again muffled.
The filling
В этом случае при заполнении корпуса гранаты горючим для образования газового заряда жидкое горючее целесообразно распылять (для лучшего испарения).The use of gasified liquefied propane or propane - butane, propylene, ethylene oxide, MAPP gas (Mappgas), dimethyl ether (DME) or their mixtures is most expedient as a combustible gas. It is possible to use a liquid fuel with a higher boiling point than the above-mentioned combustible, for example, diethyl ether. In this case, when filling the body of a grenade with fuel, it is advisable to spray liquid fuel to form a gas charge (for better evaporation).
As a gaseous oxidizing agent, it is advisable to use predominantly oxygen, or nitrous oxide, or nitrogen tetroxide. Gas and steam-gas mixtures of combustible with nitrous oxide, nitrogen tetraoxide and oxygen have lower and upper explosive limits (LEL and ERW), as compared to mixtures of combustible with air, (for example, a mixture of propane-butane and air has 100% large LEL and ERW, than the mixture of propane - butane with atmospheric air). This property of oxygen, nitrous oxide and nitrogen tetroxide allows the gas charge to be proportioned less carefully. The use of nitrogen tetroxide is less advisable due to its toxicity (that is, the need for special measures during storage in the filling device and in the garnet) and high boiling point, which excludes the use of garnet at low temperatures.
Unlike light-sound grenades - analogs containing condensed light-sound pyrotechnic mixtures, the proposed garnet has a much softer and predominantly acoustic effect when undermined.
When the body of the proposed grenade is ruptured, the pressure of the explosion products, even in the immediate vicinity of the shell, in deflagrating and detonating gas charges is orders of magnitude lower than the pressure of the explosion near the surface of the grenade body with light-sound pyrotechnic condensed mixtures when they explode or detonate at low speeds, which occurs in light and sound grenades - analogues. Therefore, the traumatic risk for people, even when the body of the proposed grenade is ruptured closely, is orders of magnitude lower than from a rupture close to the human body of known light-sound charges of grenades - analogues.
The proposed grenades are characterized by lower injury risk in comparison with light-sounding grenades - analogues also because during the rupture they practically do not form solid massive high-speed shell fragments. When the proposed grenade breaks, only a small amount of relatively small, safety-proof fragments of a thin-walled plastic case made of PET case material is deformed when a gas mixture of fuel and oxidant detonates, or only single and short case breaks along the line of least resistance in case of turbulent combustion of fuel and oxidizer. Even in the case of the operation of the proposed grenade in the user's hand, for example, as a result of improper use, explosive amputation of the limb will not occur, and the injury will be limited only to severe injury. Reduced injury risk is also achieved by the fact that (unlike an explosion of light-sound grenades), the explosion of a gas charge does not form high-speed particles of unburned metal fuel particles, condensed oxidizer and solid red-hot oxides of explosion materials flying from the site of the explosion. cause the most serious (up to blindness) injuries of the organs of vision.
Equipment in the proposed grenades of the case, in addition to the equipment itself with a gas charge, can be very diverse. For example, to obtain additional sound and light exposure, a certain amount of finely dispersed aluminum, magnesium, zirconium or their alloys can be additionally introduced into the body of the grenade. With the explosion of a grenade, metallic fuel ignites, is sprayed and burns down due to oxygen in the air. To obtain an additional smoke-generating effect, liquid smoke generators sprayed at the hull rupture can be additionally introduced into the body. To obtain additional irritant, for example, tear and spasmodic effects, the body can be filled with liquid solutions of lacrimators or powders of lacrimators.
To obtain an additional offender-marking effect, liquid, indelible or solid, finely dispersed dyes can be introduced into the body of the grenade.
Combined equipment is also possible, for example, with indelible dyes with lacrimators. These additional active substances are introduced into the body during the production of grenades.
The main condition for equipment with all of these additional substances is the absence or insignificance of their interaction with the oxygen-oxidizing agent inside the grenade body.
Due to the fact that the proposed grenade is hollow, and the weight of the gas charge inside the case can be neglected, the grenade has a very small total weight, and, accordingly, a small throwing distance. Therefore, it is advisable to weight the body of a grenade by placing it inside the body (in the body cavity) or outside the weight body, for example, pouring some polymerizable silicone rubber into the body cavity or gluing the molded rubber outside the body, for example, by gluing or tying. To increase the weight of the grenade, it is also possible to save part of the water inside the grenade case when filling the case of the gas mixture in the variant of the grenade with water displaced when the case is filled with the gas mixture.
If the proposed grenade falls into the hands of offenders as a result of theft or weaning from law enforcement officers, remaking them into grenades with the possibility of using taken away (stolen) grenades to commit serious crimes, such as using a homemade fragmentation shirt, for the proposed grenades is impossible in principle.
The cost of the proposed grenades when using PET packaging containers for bottling beverages, taking into account refueling with gas fuel and oxidizer, differs by an order of magnitude (downwards) from the cost of standard light-sound grenades mentioned in the section "Prior art".
