Abstract
Description
The invention relates to mechanical engineering, namely to the manufacture of pipes from composite materials, and can be used in the manufacture of threaded pipe joints.
Pipes with threaded connections are used to organize collapsible transport lines and mean multiple use. Thus, collapsible pipe lines made of fiberglass fiber are known, for the connection of which a thread is used.
From patent No. 151466 SU, a method for forming an internal taper thread is known, according to which the thread of the profiled mandrel is filled with superimposed glass rods by crimping with a flexible rod.
From the patent No. 4999389 US known polymer composition of resins, which is intended for the formation of wear-resistant, lubricating surfaces. The composition contains a thermosetting resin, such as epoxy resin and hardener, in combination with a filler, which, in turn, contains ceramic powder, graphite and short pieces of fiber.
From patent No. 2460746 RU known composition for forming threads on a fiberglass pipe using a threaded sign, which contains, by weight. h: epoxy binder (epoxy resin in combination with hardener) - 100, graphite - 0-25.0, wollastonite - 10.0-200.0 of the content of epoxy resin with graphite.
The aim of the invention is to increase the durability and wear resistance of a thread made on a glass-ceramic composite pipe.
The goal is achieved due to the fact that at the stage of mechanical cutting, the thread is applied with an understatement of the average thread diameter by 0.1-1.5 percent, then the binder composition is applied to the applied thread, similar to the composition of the binder pipe, additionally including the following components:
частей- epoxy binder, which is taken as a mixture of epoxy resin and hardener, from 70 to 120 vol. parts
Далее устанавливают на резьбу формующий стальной знак и производят отверждение резьбовой части трубы при следующих условиях:- filler, from 200 to 280 vol. parts, as a filler take: chipped fiberglass and graphite filaments with a length of 5 μm to 200 μm and ceramic powder with a grain size of 5 μm to 200 μm, graphite powder, as well as crystalline silicon dioxide with a particle diameter of 7 to 40 nm. Next, a forming steel sign is mounted on the thread and the threaded part of the pipe is cured under the following conditions:
температурный режим - от 80 до 130°Сtemperature mode - from 80 to 130 ° C
время отверждения - от 90 до 180 минут.curing time - from 90 to 180 minutes.
By applying a binder composition to the thread surface, on the one hand, the filling of machining defects is achieved, and on the other hand, during curing, a high degree of adhesion to the pipe material is achieved. As a result, the wear resistance of the threaded joint, the reliability and service life of the pipe are increased.
The implementation of the invention
The main body of the pipe is manufactured by winding fiberglass onto a mandrel using epoxy resin and hardener as a binder mixture. After the pipe body has cured, the threads are formed mechanically in the end region - threading is performed on a CNC machine. The required thread profile is provided by a steel profile disc with a diamond coating. The working speed of the disk drive is 10,000 rpm. During the cutting process, water cooling is used. Cutting is performed with underestimation of the average diameter of the thread so that after the molding process the value of the average diameter of the thread on the finished pipe does not go beyond the nominal. Next, a binder composition is applied to the threaded surface, similar to the composition of the binder pipe, further comprising the following components:
частей- epoxy binder, which is a mixture of epoxy resin and a binder, from 70 to 120 vol. parts
частей.- filler, from 200 to 280 vol. parts.
В зависимости от условий работы возможно использовать отвердители холодного отверждения Этал-45М, АФ-2, ХТ-116.An epoxy resin, for example ED-20 or YD-128 (epoxy-diane uncured), is used as a binder, and as a hardener, for example, PEPA (polyethylene polyamine). Depending on the working conditions, it is possible to use Etal-45M, AF-2, KhT-116 cold curing hardeners.
The following mixture is used as fillers: chipped fiberglass and graphite yarns from 5 μm to 200 μm long and ceramic powder with a granule size from 5 μm to 200 μm for the purpose of increasing the hardness of the binder, graphite powder to reduce the coefficient of friction on the surface of the product, as well as crystalline silicon dioxide with a particle diameter of from 7 to 40 nm in order to increase the hardness of the binder.
The result is a surface roughness of 0.1-0.5 mm.
