Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to medicine, and more specifically to the means of first aid when injured with damage to the skin.
A method of treating open wounds and burns is a very complex, not fully understood process. Currently, the most common treatments for open wounds or burns include mainly removable dressings / wound dressings to protect against, for example, moisture loss and infection, using autografts, skin replacement products, or hydrogels such as alginates, the introduction of substances to cool and relieve pain, and the acceleration of wound healing through the introduction of drugs, which are usually hemostatic to suppress bleeding in the wound area, anti-inflammatory to suppress inflammation, sterile congestion for sterilization in order to prevent the penetration of bacteria into the wound, or drugs with a combination of the above pharmaceutical effects [Shapovalov SG Modern wound coverings in combustology / S.G. Shapovalov // FARMindeks-Practician. - 2005. - No. 8. - S. 38-46]. For many centuries, materials made from natural raw materials — cotton or flax, cotton wool, gauze — served to close the wound surface. They protect the wound quite well from the effects of the environment and the penetration of microbes, have good breathability and moderate absorption properties. But at the same time, in the medical literature there is numerous evidence that gauze, widely used in the form of cotton-gauze or gauze dressings, with a sufficiently long stay on the wound has a traumatic effect on it, slowing down the healing process. Gauze dressings adhere to the wound, when they are changed, the gentle regeneration of the epithelium is significantly damaged, repeated bleeding often occurs, and removing the dressing is accompanied by severe pain [Abaev Yu.K. Handbook of the surgeon. Wounds and wound infection. - Rostov n / A: Phoenix, 2006. - 427 p.]. Suppurative processes often covertly occur under gauze-soaked wounds that have lost their absorption properties. Finally, the high consumption and rather high cost of gauze dressings, increasing every year, make us look for all kinds of artificial substitutes for traditional dressings [Smirnov S.V. The use of the domestic universal foam-polyurethane coating "Locus" for the treatment of wounds, burns and ulcers / S.V. Smirnov, M.V. Shakhlamov, M.A. Litinsky // Plastic surgery and cosmetology. - 2013. - No. 1. - S. 1-7.]. Modern medicine places high demands on the “ideal” coating for the treatment of wounds, burns and ulcers. Approximately “ideal” dressing should at least meet the following conditions:
- непроницаемость для бактерий в обоих направлениях (как к ране, так и от нее); • высокие теплоизолирующие свойства;- impermeability to bacteria in both directions (both to and from the wound); • high heat-insulating properties;
- высокая газопроницаемость;- high gas permeability;
- 2005. - №8. - С. 38-46].- to have mechanical properties that provide not only comfort at the time of application, fixation and wearing, protection of the wound from further damage, possibly rare changes in the dressing, but also the absence of injury at the time of removal of the coating. In addition, the coating should be non-toxic, non-allergenic, comfortable, have a long shelf life and competitive cost [Shapovalov SG Modern wound coverings in combustology / S.G. Shapovalov // FARMindeks-Practician. - 2005. - No. 8. - S. 38-46].

The disadvantage of this solution is that this dosage form is a bandage, i.e. a covering having a certain shape and with an extensive wound will have to use several such dressings or impose them on top of each other. A coating in the form of a spray can cover the entire area of the affected wound, regardless of what shape the damaged surface has, the coating just needs to be sprayed onto the area of the wound.
The basis of the invention is the task of creating a spray for external use of alcohol, which would meet the requirements of modern medicine to the "ideal" coating for the treatment of wounds, burns and ulcers. Approximately “ideal” dressing should at least meet the following conditions:
- непроницаемость для бактерий в обоих направлениях (как к ране, так и от нее);- impermeability to bacteria in both directions (both to and from the wound);
- высокая газопроницаемость;- high gas permeability;
Кроме того, покрытие должно быть нетоксичным, неаллергенным, комфортным, обладать большим сроком годности и конкурентной стоимостью.- to have mechanical properties that provide not only comfort at the time of application, fixation and wearing, protection of the wound from further damage, possibly rare changes in the dressing, but also the absence of injury at the time of removal of the coating. In addition, the coating should be non-toxic, non-allergenic, comfortable, have a long shelf life and competitive cost.
The solution to this problem is provided by the fact that the spray for external use of alcohol contains active substances:
1.65%,Bakelite varnish - 1.65%,
9.7%,polyvinyl butyral - 9.7%,
канифоль - 0.85%,rosin - 0.85%,
10%lidocaine - 10%
и вспомогательные вещества:and excipients:
3.5%,dibutyl phthalate - 3.5%,
1.75%,castor oil - 1.75%,
72.55%.ethyl alcohol - 72.55%.
Thanks to a special form of release in the form of a spray, the wound cover provides quick and effective bonding of the wound surface, preventing the entry of microorganisms into the wound. Adding an anesthetic in the form of lidocaine to the drug provides an analgesic effect. It is supposed to use the drug in the field to protect military personnel from infection of wounds received during the exercises.
The pharmacological effect of the spray is an insulating, wound healing, antiseptic, hemostatic. The spray is a clear or slightly cloudy liquid from light yellow to reddish in color.
The invention is illustrated in FIG. 1-3. In FIG. 1 shows a laboratory animal injured; FIG. 2 - a laboratory animal after applying a wound dressing, in FIG. 3 - laboratory animal in the process of recovery.
The method of application of the spray is externally. Spray the drug directly onto the damaged surface, capturing the surrounding healthy tissue. After 2 minutes, a thin, elastic film forms firmly held on the surface of the skin.
The method of use is demonstrated in the laboratory animal of FIG. 1-3. Upon receipt of damage, the wound cover is sprayed onto the wound area. It covers the wound surface with a film and thereby the wound area. It covers the wound surface with a film and thereby provides protection against the entry of microorganisms, dust and dirt particles. The film formed on the wound has a good throughput for oxygen, so tissue respiration is not impaired. After applying the wound cover, wound healing processes are accelerated and a scab forms.
