Criticism of analogues
20.The disadvantages of the known disinfectants are the high concentration of active chlorine - 0.5 mg / ml and significant costs in its synthesis, it also has strongly irritating mucous membranes of the respiratory tract and eyes, which makes it impossible to use it in aerosol form in the presence of a bird. Anolyte with a content of active chlorine of 0.05% causes irritation of the upper respiratory tract and mucous membranes of the eyes with free evaporation, and at lower concentrations of active chlorine, anolyte does not irritate. It is also known that a chlorine-containing disinfectant is closest to the proposed invention in its essence and the achieved effect, consisting of an electrochemically activated neutral anolyte synthesized from a weak saline solution using a STEL-10N-120-01 model 20 installation.
Prototype
As a prototype taken the patent for the invention No. 2251416. - 2005. Bull. No. 13. - 3 p. According to the prototype, the chlorine-containing disinfectant closest to the proposed invention in its essence and the achieved effect consists of an electrochemically activated neutral anolyte containing 0.12 mg / ml of active chlorine and 1-1.5 mg of acetic acid per 1 ml of the drug.
Prototype criticism
The disadvantages of the known disinfectant drug is the irritating effect of acetic acid on the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract, causes inflammation of the upper respiratory tract, high consumption and high cost of acetic acid when using this drug.
The well-known disinfectant prototype contains more than 0.12 mg / ml of active chlorine and 1-1.5 mg of acetic acid per 1 ml of the drug is introduced into its composition. As a result of its use in aerosol form in the presence of a bird, it is accompanied by mild irritation of the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract and eyes. Moreover, the preparation of the required volume of electrochemically activated chlorine-containing neutral anolyte is associated with an increase of 1.2 times. Acetic acid solutions with a concentration of 30% and above, in contact with skin, cause burns. Vapors irritate the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract. Prolonged exposure to acetic acid vapors causes a disease of the nasopharynx and larynx. The perception threshold of the smell of acetic acid in the air is in the region of 0.4 mg / L. MPC in atmospheric air is 0.06 mg / m in indoor air - 5 mg / m 3 . When the concentration of active chlorine is 0.3 mg / ml or more, the electrochemically activated neutral anolyte has a local irritant effect, and if inhaled, it can cause acute toxic irritation of the respiratory system and mucous membranes of the eyes.
The purpose of the invention
The aim of the invention is to eliminate the irritating effect while maintaining the original high bactericidal activity of the electrochemically activated neutral anolyte and reducing the cost of the drug.
4000:1.This goal is achieved in that the electrochemically activated neutral anolyte containing 0.5 mg / ml of active chlorine is diluted with water in a ratio of 1: 5 and potassium permanganate in a ratio of 4000: 1 is introduced into the diluted electrochemically activated neutral anolyte.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
4000:1.In a disinfectant, an electrochemically activated neutral anolyte containing 0.5 mg / ml activated chlorine is diluted with tap water in a ratio of 1: 5 and potassium permanganate in a ratio of 4000: 1 is added to the diluted electrochemically activated neutral anolyte.
Potassium permanganate is used in medicine and veterinary medicine as an antimicrobial, anti-toxic, deodorizing, anti-inflammatory, astringent, irritating, cauterizing and hemostatic agent. By bactericidal activity, a 0.5% solution of potassium permanganate corresponds to a 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide, and by many times exceeds its deodorizing effect.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the electrochemically activated neutral anolyte containing 0.5 mg / ml of active chlorine is diluted with water in a ratio of 1: 5 and potassium permanganate in a ratio of 4000: 1 is introduced into the diluted electrochemically activated neutral anolyte. At the same time, 0.02 mg or 0.10 mg / ml less chlorine is contained in an electrochemically activated neutral anolyte diluted with water. With its aerosol spraying, irritation of the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract and eyes in birds and other living organisms is not observed. Anolyte and catholyte in terms of toxicometry, according to GOST 12.1.007, when introduced into the stomach and applied to the skin belong to low toxicity compounds of hazard class IY. Anolyte at a concentration of active chlorine up to 100 mg / l does not have a local irritant and skin-resorptive effect. When the concentration of active chlorine is up to 300 mg / l, it has a weak local irritant and sensitizing effect. With the inhalation route of entry into the body, it is a highly hazardous compound that can cause acute toxic irritation of the respiratory system and mucous membranes of the eyes.
1.The results of accounting for bactericidal activity: the proposed disinfectant are given in table. one.
1:4000 - 92-98%.As can be seen from the data table. 1, a neutral anolyte with an active chlorine content of 0.10 mg / ml in combination with potassium permanganate provides 100% disinfection of microorganism suspensions upon contact for 2 minutes. In this case, a synergistic effect is observed, i.e. increased antimicrobial action compared with the action of each of them individually. In this case, the disinfecting effect of a neutral anolyte with a content of 0.10 mg / ml of active chlorine in relation to sanitary-indicative microorganisms was 92-94%, and potassium permanganate in a ratio of 1: 4000 to 92-98%.
The test is carried out as follows: in a suspension test, 9 ml of the test solution and 1 ml of 1 billion suspension of sanitary indicative microorganisms are introduced into sterile tubes: E. coli or St. aureus. At the end of the exposure, after 2, 5, 10 minutes, 1 ml of the mixture is taken from the tubes and transferred to a test tube with 6 ml of sterile saline solution, shaken and after 1-2 minutes, 0.6 ml of the liquid is inoculated on MPA in Petri dishes. After they are placed in a thermostat at 37 ° C and incubated for 24-72 hours. Accounting for bactericidal activity is carried out according to the number of grown colonies of microorganisms on MPA in Petri dishes.
Features of the invention, distinctive from the prototype
4000:1.Unlike the prototype, the proposed disinfectant consists of water diluted in a ratio of 1: 5 with an electrochemically activated neutral anolyte. The composition of this tool is also administered potassium permanganate in a ratio of 4000: 1.
Technical result
The technical result of the proposed disinfectant is that a diluted electrochemically activated neutral anolyte contains five times less active chlorine or 0.10 mg / ml with a five-fold reduction in energy consumption for its synthesis, and potassium permanganate added to the composition of the preparation ensures the intrinsic undiluted electrochemically activated neutral anolyte of high bactericidal activity, gives it a deodorizing effect.
The irritating effect inherent in the prototype is eliminated - an electrochemically activated neutral anolyte containing 0.12 mg / ml of active chlorine and 1-1.5 ml diluted with acetic acid per 1 ml of the drug.
Moreover, the introduction of a diluted neutral anolyte of potassium permanganate in a ratio of 4000: 1 ensures 100% death of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus in suspension experiments with a contact of 2 min.
The proposed disinfectant, while maintaining high bactericidal activity, does not irritate the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract and eyes with aerosol spraying, and energy costs for electrochemical activation of saline solutions are reduced.
