Abstract
Description
The field of technology.
The invention relates to the field of maintenance, repair of vehicles and can be used in the repair of tank trucks.
The level of technology.
In the practice of servicing and repairing vehicles, accessible structural solutions are known that are associated with a long, expensive and time-consuming process for identifying cracks in tankers. As a rule, a tank truck is a kind of thermos that serves to maintain a constant temperature of the transported liquid. Often, an external heating device is mounted in the external coating of the tank truck. Repairing and repairing a leak in a cracked tanker is very time consuming. For this, work is needed to uncover (open) the outer layer, find the path of fluid movement between the tank body and its outer layer, fix the crack location to eliminate it, and, accordingly, the subsequent assembly of the outer layer of the tank with its original state.
Disclosure of the invention.

The technical result that the claimed invention provides is the simplification and cheapening of the method for detecting cracks in the bodies of tankers.
The essence of the technical solution - a method for detecting cracks in tankers - is to place a specialist inside the tanker, all the technical holes of which, except one, are hermetically closed, and a device for pumping air is connected to a single open hole. Evacuation of the tanker is carried out within the safe norms of pressure and air concentration for a person inside. The specialist finds a crack on the inside of the tanker body, using the difference in air pressure outside and inside the tanker. Wherein:
- выявление трещины происходит визуально, по образующимся пузырям в месте трещины, после смачивания внутренней стороны поверхности автоцистерны жидкостью;- crack detection occurs visually, by the bubbles formed at the crack site, after wetting the inside of the tanker surface with liquid;
- выявление трещины происходит по звуку проникающего снаружи в автоцистерну воздуха.- crack detection occurs by the sound of air penetrating into the tanker from the outside.
The implementation of the invention.
During the operation of tankers, their bodies often get cracks and, as a result, the transported liquids flow. Often a leak from these cracks comes out not where it formed, but in places where the liquid found its way through the outer layer of the tanker. In such cases (when the outer layer of the tank makes it impossible to trace and determine the true location of the crack, and the crack itself inside the tank cannot be found visually), as well as in cases where the crack cannot be found visually from the outside or from the inside of the tank, regardless of the presence the tanker of the outer layer, its search is a long, expensive and time-consuming process. To search for cracks in tanks with an outer layer, it is necessary to uncover (open) the outer layer, find the path of fluid movement between the tank body and its outer layer, fix the crack location to eliminate it, and then cover the outer layer of the tank and bring it to its original state. To search for hidden cracks in tankers, regardless of the presence of the outer layer, a long-term inspection of the entire surface of the tank truck is necessary - inside, outside, and sometimes on both sides, including in its inaccessible places.
The found method for diagnosing hidden cracks is much simpler, faster and cheaper: a specialist is located inside the tanker, all its technological holes - hatches and drains, hermetically closed (except for one), and a device is pumped to the only unclosed hole to pump air out of the tanker. Evacuation of the tanker is carried out within the safe norms of pressure and air concentration for a person inside. The specialist finds a crack on the inside of the tanker body, using the difference in air pressure outside and inside the tanker. As air is pumped out, the crack is detected either by sound - by the noise of air entering the tanker from outside, or visually - by the bubbles formed at the crack site, after wetting the inside of the tanker's surface with liquid (for example, soapy water). At the same time, the process of finding a crack is reduced from several days (with a large volume of related work) to several hours (taking into account all preparatory operations), which makes the claimed method more popular.
