Abstract
Description
The invention relates to arts and crafts, in particular to the production of glass used for the manufacture of decorative and artistic products.
A known method of decorative and artistic processing of glass by the method of fusing technology, characterized by sintering of glass under the influence of high temperatures.
The method is as follows.
Киев, изд-во «Витражная мастерская», 2005 г., htth://glass.ru).A glass base is laid on a flat surface and a drawing is laid out in advance from pieces of colored glass cut in accordance with the developed sketch, using special glue. Further, the workpiece is subjected to high-temperature processing - "sintering". Heat treatment of glass allows you to create glass with an original texture and a wide range of colors. The fusing technology allows the production of stained glass and products that interact well with water, since they do not have seams between glass elements, and also has the ability to create embossed images (S. Litvinenko. “Fusing technology.” Kiev, “Stained Glass Workshop” publishing house, 2005, htth: //glass.ru).
However, the fusing technology does not allow to obtain clear image contours, since the colors flow onto each other, creating a watercolor effect. In order for the product to acquire contours in the technology of fusing technology, it is necessary to use the technique of partition enamel, complicating the manufacturing process with a significant increase in the cost of the product itself. In addition, in the manufacture of finely detailed products, the process of laying out a picture in small details requires a lot of attention, professionalism and a careful selection of materials, characterized, therefore, by low manufacturability and high labor costs.
A known method of decorative and artistic processing of glass, based on machining the surface with an air stream with particles of abrasive material - the so-called sandblasting method, which consists in the following. The stencil cut out of linoleum, or rubber, or film is applied to the glass, fixed, and in the sandblasting chamber it is matted with uncovered stencil sections. The sandblasting technique of glass allows you to produce finely detailed drawings with clear contours (as opposed to fusing technology) and delve into the thickness of the glass. Deep sandblasting allows you to reproduce a deep volumetric pattern, similar to the bas-relief.
д.).However, the glass pattern obtained by sandblasting determines the presence of brittle parts with sharp edges that easily break off during operation, which makes it difficult to care for the products and, in addition, require additional operations to smooth the sharp edges of the product, or special coatings and products care products (soap washing solutions, ammonia-based cleaners, lint-free fabrics, etc.).
The technical problem to which the claimed invention is directed is to develop a method of decorative and artistic processing of glass that eliminates the disadvantages of fusing technology and sandblasting glass and allows to increase the processability in the manufacture of finely detailed products with a clear reproduction contour while maintaining product integrity and simplifying maintenance .
The specified technical result is achieved by the fact that a stencil is applied to the glass that reproduces the patterned pattern, a part of the stencil is removed either from the pattern or around the pattern (background) and deep processing of the open part of the glass is carried out, followed by heat treatment of the product with one or more alternations thereof, and if necessary, decorating the product in a color scheme, the decor is carried out either before or after heat treatment. Glass deep processing is carried out by sandblasting and / or engraving and / or chemical etching to a depth of at least 1 mm. Heat treatment of the product is carried out in the range of 650-850 ° C. For decorating products in a color scheme, color film, paint, potal, UV printing, ground colored glass are used.
The essence of the claimed method is as follows.
The most significant factor determining the majority of the positive qualities of the claimed method is the combination and alternation of deep processing of glass with its heat treatment. This combination (Example 1) and its repeated alternation (Example 2) allow the manufacture of products with a variety of textures and colors when using a wide range of means for color design. The claimed method practically eliminates the disadvantages of fusing technology and deep processing of glass (for example, sandblasting), while the use of the claimed method in the manufacture of decorative and artistic glass products makes it possible to produce qualitatively new types of products, the manufacture of which is neither inherent in fusing technology nor deep glass processing. Easily achieved clarity of the contours of the drawing, its relief and an affordable variety of color design allow reproducing highly artistic glass products. The claimed combination of features of the invention is applicable for the manufacture of ceramic products.
The method is as follows.
Example 1. In a specialized computer program (Vector), a drawing is processed and, using a plotter-cutter, a stencil is cut out on a film. The stencil is applied to glass, a film is removed, for example, part of the stencil around the picture (the background is removed), and the product is subjected to deep processing to a depth of 1.5 mm, for example, by sandblasting or engraving, after which the product is sent to a heat treatment furnace at a temperature of 800 ° C. After deep processing of the background (its deepening), a relief pattern with clear contours appears on the glass, acquiring transparency and gloss after heat treatment, while the relief of the pattern is characterized by smooth roundness (due to fusion of sharp edges). The pattern of the picture is precisely detailed, the clarity of lines and small details are visible.
This product in terms of decorative and artistic qualities is self-sufficient in itself and, in addition, is convenient when it is decorated in a color scheme. So, when using a color film (color films), a stencil is cut out of the film with an exact pattern (as on the product) and applied to the smooth side of the glass, clearly combining the parts from the color film with the relief of the picture on the product, and due to its transparency, gloss and roundness of the relief with its clear contours, color highlighting more clearly distinguishes the relief, providing a play of colors in the transparent space of the relief. When using paints instead of a film (at a baking temperature of 100 ° C, if necessary), the latter can be applied both to the relief and to the smooth side of the product, achieving a game of colors in a transparent relief.
Example 2. Preparation of the drawing, stencil and applying it to the glass according to example 1. Next, remove the film from the drawing, leave the background under the film, unlike example 1, where the film was removed from the background, and deep sandblast the drawing (at least 2 mm) thus deepening the pattern, and then the recesses are filled either with ground colored glass with the same KTP with a glass base (coefficient of thermal expansion), aligning the material with the surface of the glass, or with multi-colored paints that do not fade at temperatures in the limit x 800 ° C, and heat treatment is performed before the decorating material is sintered with glass; after cooling, an article with a color, finely detailed with clear contours pattern is obtained.
Таким образом, двукратное чередование глубокой обработки и термообработки обеспечивает изготовление отличного от вышеописанного изделия (цветное, рельефное).If you need to give this product a relief, more expressively highlighting the color pattern, lay the stencil on the glass, exactly matching with the color pattern, remove part of the stencil around the picture (from the background) and perform deep processing of the glass and after heat treatment within 800 ° C get a detailed relief color drawing. Thus, the twofold alternation of deep processing and heat treatment ensures the manufacture of a product different from the above (color, relief).
In FIG. 1-7 are illustrations of products made by deep processing:
на фиг. 1 - фона рисунка (вокруг рисунка) с последующей термообработкой (прозрачное, рельефное с четкими контурами изделие);in FIG. 1 - background of the picture (around the picture), followed by heat treatment (transparent, embossed product with clear contours);

на фиг. 5 - фона рисунка (вокруг рисунка) с последующей термообработкой с использованием сольвентных и УФ-красителей с обратной стороны изделия (рифленое, с четкими контурами и цветное изделие);in FIG. 5 - background of the picture (around the picture), followed by heat treatment using solvent and UV dyes on the back of the product (corrugated, with clear contours and color product);
на фиг 6 - рисунка с последующим заполнением углублений цветным заполнителем, например, цветным молотым стеклом и термообработкой (гладкое с цветным рисунком изделие);on Fig 6 - figure, followed by filling the recesses with colored filler, for example, colored ground glass and heat treatment (smooth product with a color pattern);
7 - рисунка с последующим заполнением углублений цветным молотым стеклом и термообработкой при последующей глубокой обработке фона (вокруг рисунка) и повторной термообработке (рельефное с цветным рисунком изделие).in FIG. 7 - a drawing with subsequent filling of the recesses with colored ground glass and heat treatment during subsequent deep processing of the background (around the picture) and repeated heat treatment (product embossed with a color picture).
Thus, the claimed method of decorative and artistic processing of glass is characterized by high adaptability in the manufacture of finely detailed products with a clear contour of reproduction, causing a wider range of manufactured types of glass products.
