Description
The invention relates to the field of arts and crafts and relates in particular to improving the user qualities of household items belonging to the category of cutlery used for food, drink, storage and carrying. In particular, we are talking about giving glasses, bottles, cans and other similar household items not only decorative design, but also the formation of antifungal, antiviral and bactericidal properties in them.
Utensils - a generic name for household items used for cooking, eating and storing food. All dishes can be divided into several categories:
- предметы для сервировки стола: тарелки, миски, плошки, блюда, салатники, чашки, кружки, пиалы, стаканы, рюмки, бокалы, стопки, блюдца, менажницы;- items for table setting: plates, bowls, plates, dishes, salad bowls, cups, mugs, bowls, glasses, wineglasses, glasses, piles, saucers, scissors;
- изделия для приготовления пищи: кастрюли, сковороды, сотейники, шумовки;- products for cooking: pots, pans, stewpan, skimmers;
In the framework of the present invention, utensils are understood to mean a container having a bottom and a body extending from the bottom. The shape of the container in the plan (cross section) can be any - round, square, triangular, oval polyhedral, etc. The bottom shape (flat, convex or concave, or stepped, etc.) does not apply to the issue under consideration and can be any. The height of the body may also be different. The presence of a neck with or without a cap does not apply to this issue either.
The interest in birch bark as an environmentally friendly decorative material with expressiveness and originality of the pattern of surface structure from an artistic point of view is widely known. The use of birch bark in industrially manufactured products has so far been limited to the manufacture of products, the shape of which corresponded to the natural bending of birch bark. It is known to use pieces of birch bark as decorative panels, the artistic value of which is determined by the appearance of a particular section of birch bark. Birch bark is also used for the manufacture of various wicker and glued composite products.
Currently, interest in birch bark is growing. This is due to its environmental friendliness and beneficial properties. Birch bark is rich in volatile substances triterpenoids, the main of which is betulin, known in medicine as a powerful antiseptic.
Birch bark is an environmentally friendly material with unique properties different from other natural materials. Birch bark has bactericidal properties. Previously used birch bark dishes not only in everyday life, but also in order to store perishable products.
As for convenience, birch bark dishes are lightweight, but durable. It will not break if it falls to the floor, but at the same time keeps its shape well. Multilayer parts and birch bark products are generally not susceptible to weathering: they do not warp, do not crack over time, regardless of contact with liquids, or lack thereof.
The bactericidal and antifungal properties of many trees have long been known and are used in the manufacture of modern dishes (glasses, jars, wineglasses). Under modern utensils we mean a tableware made of different technologies from glass or porcelain or other material, coated on the outside as a decorative layer with wood or bark. The presence on the subject of a wood component gives the product as a whole the properties inherent in the properties of wood.
Thus, in WO 2013114605, a container is described comprising an inner container made of glass, ceramic or porcelain, and an outer container made of wood material and arranged to cover the outer side of the inner container. Thus, imitation of wood is achieved, and the smell of wood is not transmitted to food and drinks. Due to the high thermal insulation of the wood, the container can be safely held, and hot food and drinks or cold food and drinks can remain hot or cold for a long time.
CN 201094477 describes a construction relating to plates, bowls or similar utensils. The outer wooden bowl is connected to the inner porcelain bowl using high-temperature glue (resin). The composite wooden bowl is provided with a magnetic element integrated in the intermediate layer between the bowls. The composite bowl not only has the appearance of wooden utensils, but also has practical value, since the porcelain bowl is odorless and has high hardness, and the layer of wood provides thermal insulation.
JP 3108528 discloses a cookware design, which is a three-layer structure comprising an outer layer of wood, an inner layer (a container of clay, porcelain, plastic) and an intermediate adhesive layer.
JPS 57140145 describes manufacturing techniques and the design of cookware in which the cherry bark, on which the adhesive agent is applied, adheres to the base material. The main material is made from the composition of wood pulp, synthetic fibers and resin under a hot press, followed by solidification due to natural cooling. For the final formation of the product, the material covered with cherry bark is again placed under a hot press.
The listed solutions have one serious drawback, which consists in the use of adhesive compositions for attaching a wooden component to the surface of a tableware. Adhesive compositions of various compositions, which are used for gluing to porcelain or glass, require accurate execution of gluing technology and quickly lose their properties during the operation of a tableware. In addition, these compositions contain components that are considered harmful to human health. In addition, it is very difficult to obtain the desired shape of a wooden fragment, repeating the shape of a table object. Therefore, as a rule, either small fragments of a natural tree are used, glued to the surface as a mosaic, or the tree is processed into a wood-containing material from which the fragments are formed. In any case, such wood inserts no longer work as a bactericidal and antifungal property.
To eliminate these shortcomings, artisans use the principle of wrapping dishes (containers) with narrow birch bark strips by weaving them around the container itself. This technique can create an external birch bark frame or casing for any tank, since the use of narrow birch bark strips allows you to adjust the weaving to the surface of the tank.
As a prototype (for the device and for the method), a decision was made of an enameled mug in birch bark, presented in the online store on the website "33 little chest", located on the Internet in the online access mode at: http://33sunduchka.ru/ tovary-dlya-kukhni / butylki-kruzhki-stopki / emalirovannaya-kruzhka-v-bereste, discovered in May 2017 (a copy of the page of the website “33 chest” is attached).
A feature of this embodiment of the wrap of the mug is that they use prepared strips of birch bark, which are then intertwined to give the shape of a frame or casing, repeating the external shape of the body of the mug. This technique allows you to save the beneficial properties of birch bark as a bactericidal and antifungal agent, but has one serious drawback. This drawback is due to the fact that the weaving must be fixed, and the fixing is organized as a mechanical or adhesive fastening of the strips between themselves and along the edges of the weave. This fastening is carried out either by firmware, or paper clips, or brackets, or by glueing. At the same time, almost all intersections of the strips are held together, which makes such weaving a labor-intensive operation that requires sufficient skills and practice.
The weaving used in the prototype also covers the bottom of the cup, which leads to a decrease in the stability of the cup (due to weaving irregularities). In practice, the coverage of the bottom of the mug is not practical, but necessary to maintain the shape of the frame or casing, since it is the presence of the bottom as a supporting part that allows you to maintain the shape of the side wall of this frame.
The present invention is aimed at achieving a technical result, which consists in simplifying the design while maintaining the bactericidal and antifungal properties of birch bark.
The specified technical result in part of the device is achieved by the fact that in the vessel, which is a container having a bottom and a body extending from it, while at least part of its height the body is covered by a birch bark pad, the birch bark pad is made of a bendable strip with a front side, which is the inner surface of the birch bark, at one end of which at least one cut is made extending from the edge of the strip and along the length of the strip with a symmetrical extension from the edge of the strip in the direction of the bottom a, and at the other end of which at least one protrusion extended along this strip is placed with tongues transversely and symmetrically extending from it to accommodate the protrusion above the cutout in its narrow zone and its end part with tongues under the strip in the expanded cutout zone.
The specified technical result in terms of the method is achieved by the fact that the method of manufacturing dishes, which is a container having a bottom and a body extending from it, consists in determining the circumference of the body of the container and cutting a strip with a length greater than the circumference of the body from the birch bark, then this strip of cortex is delaminated to obtain a strip of the inner layer of birch bark 1-1.5 mm thick or the crust of the birch is delaminated to obtain an inner layer of birch bark 1-1.5 mm thick and a strip with a length longer than Nost of the body,
и с помощью штанцевальной матрицы, сделанной по лекалу, вырубают на концевых участках полоски бересты элементы замкового соединения, которые на одном конце представляют собой отходящий от края полоски и вдоль длины полоски по крайней мере один вырез с симметричным расширением от края полоски в направлении дна, а на другом конце - по крайней мере один вытянутый вдоль этой полоски выступ с поперечно и симметрично отходящими от него язычками, а затем оборачивают полоску бересты вокруг тулова и соединяют между собой элементы замкового соединения путем размещения указанного выступа над вырезом в узкой его зоне и его концевой части с язычками под полоской бересты в расширенной зоне выреза.and using the die-cutting matrix made according to the pattern, the birch bark elements at the end sections of the strip are cut, which at one end are at least one notch extending from the edge of the strip and along the length of the strip with a symmetrical extension from the strip edge towards the bottom, and at the other end, at least one protrusion extended along this strip with tongues transversely and symmetrically extending from it, and then wrap a strip of birch bark around the body and connect the elements of the castle joint by placing the specified protrusion above the cut in its narrow zone and its end part with reeds under the strip of birch bark in the expanded zone of the cut.
These features are significant and are interconnected with the formation of a stable set of essential features sufficient to obtain the desired technical result.
The present invention is illustrated by a specific example of execution, which, however, is not the only possible, but clearly demonstrates the possibility of achieving the desired technical result.

According to the present invention, utensils are considered in the form of a
The container itself, belonging to the category of dishes, can be made of any material, for example, porcelain or ceramics, which is selected from the list of materials approved for use in objects for the preparation, reception and storage of food.
In the framework of the present invention, the shape of the container in plan (cross-section) can be any - round, square, triangular, oval polyhedral, etc. The bottom shape (flat, convex or concave, or stepped, etc.) does not apply to the issue under consideration and can be any. The height of the body may also be different. The presence of a neck with or without a cap does not apply to this issue either.
The peculiarity of the execution of such utensils is that at least part of their height the body is covered by a
People have long noticed the durability of birch bark, its ability to resist rotting. Birch bark was placed under the lower crown of a chopped hut so that dampness did not penetrate into it. Weaving water-resistant shoes made of birch bark, sheathed birch-bark boats, now made famous tues, in which milk and kvass remained cold even in the heat. In general, birch bark products are not subject to atmospheric influences: they do not warp, do not crack over time, regardless of contact with liquids, or lack thereof.
Birch bark has a powerful antifungal, antiviral and bactericidal action. Well-known volatile production of birch leaves. Because of them, in a birch grove per cubic meter of air there are no more than 400 pathogenic microbes. For comparison, the norm for operating rooms is 500. Birch bark also releases volatile products. Betulin or birch camphor is the most useful that is in birch bark. This is the strongest natural antiseptic and biostimulant. The bactericidal properties of birch bark are well known to everyone - in Russian villages today they keep milk in birch bark bales, in which it does not sour for many days even in hot weather. In birch bark dishes, salt and sugar do not dampen, bread does not dry and does not mold, and honey is stored almost forever. Birch bark also has water-repellent properties and special durability - for example, Novgorod birch bark letters, found several years ago deep in the ground, are about 600 years old and they are perfectly preserved. Modern studies performed in more than 40 Russian and foreign clinics have confirmed centuries-old folk experience. It is irrefutably proved that the substances contained in birch bark have pronounced biostimulating, antiseptic, antifungal, antioxidant and many other useful properties.
For dishes, the birch bark patch is a bendable strip with the front side on the inner surface of the birch bark. The outer side of the birch bark is usually white with a grayish tint, less often pinkish-brown. The inner layers facing the bast come in various shades - from yellow to brown. The inner side of the birch bark is called the front. In products using birch bark, as a rule, birch bark is facing outward, i.e. more durable and beautiful inner layers. In addition, it is the front side that has the greatest bactericidal properties.
Such a patch in the form of a strip of birch bark from the inner surface of the birch bark is applied to the body, squeezed to the body around the circumference, and the ends are connected by a lock connection 3 (Fig. 1 and 2). Since birch bark has sufficient adhesiveness, the compressed pad sits quite firmly on the body.
The castle connection is made as follows (Fig. 3). At one end of the strip of birch bark, at least one
For the manufacture of dishes with birch bark, the circumference of the body core is first determined, and then a strip longer than the body circumference is cut from the birch bark with a thickness of 3-5 mm. The excess along the length of the strip is due to the fact that the end parts of the strip will be made in the form of elements of the castle connection and part of these elements from one edge of the strip will be located under the parts of this connection on the other edge of the strip.
Then this strip of bark is delaminated (birch bark is manually separated), separating the outer layers, until a strip of the inner layer of birch bark is 1-1.5 mm thick. This strip of this layer of bark has sufficient flexibility, strength and decorative color.
However, as an option, delamination can be performed before cutting the strip. In this case, the birch bark is first stratified until an inner layer of birch bark 1-1.5 mm thick is obtained and a strip is cut from it with a longer circumference of the body.
Using the die cutting matrix 8 (Fig. 4), made according to the pattern of the lining for this type of dishes, the birch bark elements are cut at the end sections of the strip, which repeat the design described earlier. The die-cutting matrix is a base made of a piece of thick plywood with cutter blades inserted into it. Cutting - these are the knives that cut off the excess parts of birch bark when cutting. The birch bark is laid on the base, with the knives laid down on top of the matrix and exerted pressure on the matrix, at which excess material is cut off. Clear and even sections of the elements are obtained (Fig. 5), which is important for a high-quality connection of the end parts of the strip to each other.
The size of the pattern may vary, depending on the size of the ceramic product. At the same time, the configuration and principle of the castle structure remains unchanged.
And then they wrap a strip of birch bark around the body and connect the elements of the castle connection between each other by placing the protrusion above the cut in its narrow zone and its end with tongues under the strip of birch bark in the expanded zone of the cut.
The use of the inner layer of birch bark, as it has flexibility and the ability to carry a pattern, including extruded during embossing, allows not only to decorate the patch from the outside, but also to apply special information. Application of information is carried out either by receiving a separate embossing or extrusion, or using the die cutting matrix at the time of cutting down the elements of the castle joint, this graphic is applied at the same time. In particular, it is possible to apply information in Braille, which will allow the visually impaired or blind to navigate in containers and determine from the inscription either their purpose or content. In this vein, such an overlay can be considered as a special device that can be equipped with utensils manufactured on a large scale, but used for blind or visually impaired people.
Drawing on a strip of birch bark with a textual inscription using Braille means forming relief points on the surface. Embossed points are applied by indentation mechanically or manually. Due to the elasticity of the inner layer of birch bark, significant physical effort is not required when writing manually. At the same time, the strength and crush resistance of the formed bulges of the relief points when reading text and when operating the dishes ensures the durability of the inscription.
The present invention is industrially applicable and can be manufactured serially for the same forms of utensils. The achieved effect is that the bactericidal and antifungal properties of birch bark are preserved. This greatly simplifies the manufacturing process and securing the lining on the tank.
